Which brings me to the college issue. On this I do agree with Sanders and I urge you to reexamine your position. If these college graduates graduate gratis but then give back to society (through their job, social reproduction, etc.) aren't they in a sense paying back?
You have an admirable sense of conviction, but in this I urge you to keep learning.
Teach me, I'm willing to learn.
From what I know, most college graduates have a very hard time finding a job post graduation. And if they do find one it is underpaying of what they deserve or sometimes it doesn't even fit in the field to which they studied.
Student loans suck, but what does government interference even include? What is Bernie's actual plan to make college "Free."
In Missouri we have a program called A+ program. The reward if you complete this program is basically the state of MO gives you money to help fund your college education, a scholarship. It is a decent chunk of change and it helps many low income family's like mine go to college.
However you have to earn this. Here is a link: http://dhe.mo.gov/ppc/grants/aplusscholarship.php
This is, in my opinion, the best way for "free college."
The student must work for this and if they do that, then they reap the benefits.
