Tython Jedi Academy - Training Yard
While they had never used the word prisoner and his quarters wasn't a cell perse, it was quite apparent what he was. They had questioned him and Silas had been very cooperative, having nothing of real value to hide.
He had snuck into this very Academy a year earlier, this was something he didn't deny. They would know that he arrived, attended the funeral and left. He had not been on the world for more than a few hours. They could verify this easily, and yet they insisted on treating him like he was some great threat.
It had been a couple of days since their arrival. They had been largely keeping Loa away from him, deeply concerned on the influence he had over the girl. No doubt convinced he was teaching her the darkest of arts. Silas had been patient but even his patience had limits. When he had started to make a scene about it they told him they could meet in the Temple’s training yard but under heavy guard.
His small contingency of guards had escorted Silas to a secluded training yard to ensure he could not corrupt any of the Jedi who happened to be training at the academy. Loa was not far behind.
He smiled as she approached. “Hope you are staying out of trouble.” He said glancing over at the six temple guards. “They said we could train for a bit. My quarters were beginning to feel a bit cramped.” He said stretching.
They had taken his staff when they had arrived, deemed too deadly an artifact to be carried but they had provided with training staves here. He tossed one to Loa. They had fought in search away hundreds of times. Its familiarity was comforting to Silas as he prepared to spar with the young woman.
