Eithni looked at Funani, and really was annoyed by the fact that she didn't have Water of Life on her, as she could do so much fun and cool stuff with it. Not to mention, she could heal Oddi's wound, though she didn't get to think on it long as Funani jumped three guards. Not really knowing what utinni meant, Eithni just thought it was like a warcry or cheer, so she just started to cheer on Funani when he fought the three guards, "Yea, kick their utinni!" Cheered Eithni with an excited smile, jumping in the air.

Eithni followed Oddi with her eyes as the Clawdite went down the right corridor and turned her eyes at the left, where the exit would be. Then she got up and followed the small female down the right corridor. Getting to the door that Oddi stood by, aiming her gun at, Eithni stood leaned up against the side of the wall to the door, waiting.

The moment the door was opened, they got met with a large among of green glowing sparks to the face, making the man in the front scream up in a mix of shock and pain as his face got hit. He fell backwards and hit two men behind him, so all three fell to the ground, one loudly expressed pain, having his hands to his face, where the others tried to push the first off of them. The last two saw Oddi and eithni, getting ready to shoot.

Funani kept his back to the group scanning the left hall. He followed the group slinking along eyes keeping a good look for anyone lookin to cause some mighty awful bit of trouble. That was until he felt everyone stop they were at the door. Funani turned to face the door in anticipation along with the rest of this little impromptu raiding party. The door swung and the green lightning of hell came from the witch electrocuting everyone as they all collapsed to the ground. Funani ran in as Oddi and Eith held the gang at gun point. His eyes widened at the sight before him, good blazes look at all of those weapons. Though he could have a pick of any the tools that lay before him there was one that Funani was desperate to fin. Going from shelf to table, to rack trying to find his beloved Emilee.

After much fuss he spotted something on a shelf just out of his reach with some stretch and jumping he managed to grab hold of it nearly getting smacked in the face by some case connected to the object. Funani looked down at his homecrafted piece of weaponry inspecting it quickly for any new scratches any signs of misuse. "Oh Emilee, I'm going to give you a nice cleaning when we git out of here." Funani said to his rifle not caring if it made him look crazy. A bit more scavenging and he even was able to find some of his tools namely his port scanner, datapad, and sweet sweet engine tape.

"ok find what you need and let's git."

Oddi was glad to see that Funani now had his old trusty “rifle” back. She felt like he had a better chance of surviving now. But something was eating at her, and she had a sick feeling in her gut. She had to know… what sort of operation was this, anyway? She had never interrogated anybody before, but she had to wonder if she should try, especially now that they were holding these two thugs at gunpoint. In fact, she had never held anyone at gunpoint before like this. This was new territory. Swallow your fear, Oddi, she told herself. They won’t tell ya nothin’ if you show fear. Come on… you used t’ be a con artist! Act assertive! She puffed out her chest a little and placed a sly smirk on her lips while staring down the two remaining men.

“Hello boys… would ya kindly tell us what kind a’ black market outfit that yer runnin’ here? Quickly now, before we fry ya up like bantha bacon!” She raised her pistol up and visibly set it to full power as she aimed at the both of them.

One thug spat toward her, only reaching her foot. Ew. “I’m not takin’ orders from a karkin’ youngling, little lizard *bleep*!!!” he barked defiantly.

Oddi glanced back at Eithni, who chose that moment to release a ripple of energy. She smirked again as she turned back to the two, who were shaking in their boots as they stared at Eithni in petrification. “Waitress? I’d like two orders of Lady Vox-lackeys fried in about-to-die sauce!!!” She released a short burst to his far left as Eithni’s energy rippled some more. She wasn’t a very accurate shot by any means, but one thing was for sure… she was excellent at missing.

“Okay!!! Okay!!!” the thug screamed in panic as he held his hands up. “We gather up workers off of the streets to build items to sell on the market!”

Oddi’s face fell. She knew exactly what this was, and it was hitting home. “In other words, y’all are enslavin’ folks off a’ the street for a fencin’ operation,” she said, her tone of voice sounding a bit more unsettled as the smirk disappeared. “Y’all are in the business of stealin’ lives.” She pursed her lips and narrowed her eyes as she fought the urge to plug him right there. But alas, that was not Oddi’s way of things. However, these two didn’t need to know that. “Why don’t th’ two of you step in a bit closer together. Now.” she emphasized. They inched toward each other with their hands still raised. “Y’all can do better than that… closer! Come on, put yer heads together like I’m takin’ a picture!” They awkwardly did as she said as nervous sweat dripped down their brow. She closed one eye as it she was aiming reeeeeeeally hard, her thumb swiftly changing the setting back to stun. “Say cheeeeeeeese!!!”

Eithni saw Oddi's questioning methods and it was clear she wasn't exactly in her element, but could one blame her? Not exactly the cheeriest place to be honest. Entering the room she chose to scare the last two men with some magick, it was fun but she wanted to find her things as more than just her weapons had been taken.

Walking past Oddi and in the direction that Funani was, she started to levitate into the air as if it was nothing and began to search through every single crate and place gear and weapons could be placed. Eithni quickly found her bow, the Schnee, a bow who fires energy arrows who can paralyse or shock those that are hit by them. Eithni started to check her bow for any damage or tampering that has been done to it, which she was glad was not the case. After placing the folded bow in how back, finds the witch also her Viboblade daggers as well, which she sheaths at her belt on her back.

Now she only needed to find the rest, a ritual dagger and a flute made of rancor bone. Eithni had to open a couple of smaller boxes before finding her last two belongings. Landing on the floor again, she turned to look at her fellow crime-riders and gave them a sheepish smile, "Had to find my flute and ritual dagger" explained the witch cheerfully and skipped every other step she took with her hands behind her back and exited the room.

When Eithni exited the room and stood in the corridor again, she looked back the direction to freedom and then into the room where Funani and Oddi still was. "Come on, we're almost out!" Called the excited girl and started to walk towards the exit as soon as Funani and Oddi exited the room as well.

Funani saw Oddi do her little interrogation, hell he was almost proud of her seeing her hold up the two scoundrels, if you ignore the lightning but that was now starting to become disturbingly normalized, guess enough ear-piercing screaming you get used to it. Funani though could tell that Oddi was fuming, Funani was now adding Oddi to the list of people he should never, ever piss off intentionally. Still as he waited for the two to finish up with Eithni cheerfully gathering her things something caught his eye, in the pocket of one of the guards...

Funani walked to the stunned pair and rifled through the pockets to find himself seeing a A Holoman who would of thunk it? Surprisingly it was in used, and abused but still working condition... he'd give it some good ol' TLC later. Even if one of these things was the reason why he was oblivious to Oddi almost getting eaten by a tentacle monster, he always wanted one of these things. Quickly he pocketed the player, put on ear phone, the other wrapped around his ear so he could still hear, and pressed shuffle.

A wonderful riff coincided with Eithni's declaration that that they we're almost out. Funani was pratically skipping to the beat, rifle at the ready, and head bopping. Funani was actually even able to keep up with the much taller Eithni which was a surpise though maybe he was propelled by the power of song(could that be more powerful than the force?) and the three scoundrels were hauling their way towards freedom.

"For Kriff's sake STOP THEM!" Lady Vox's commanding scream called out from behind them as Funani turned around now hopping backwards seeing Lady Vox and a gang of goons in tow. Blaster fire was now raining every as it seemed they shooting at anyone that looked vaguely like a prisoner.

"Jumpin' Jack *Bleep*" Funani said accidentally as he started to quickly raise his rifle and ran down blaster fire on the goons. It wasn't accurate and didn't hit a gosh darn thing, but that wasn't the point. Lady Vox and the thugs all took cover to avoid being hit. Blaster fire was now being retaliated and started to spark and crackle all about the corridor leaving a spray of burn marks all about. Funani turned his back to look at the door that supposedly held their freedom... It seemed so close

Really? The three of them are trying to escape an underground slave racket and the jawa is listening to music??? Oddi shook her head and made a half-chortle. This was true Funani style.

“That goes out into an underground passage! We’re not out of th’ woods yet!” She called out to the other two. Just then, a flurry of shots began to rain all around them as Lady Vox ordered her goons to stop them, and Oddi was sure that stop really meant “kill”. Ai Mabara… this ain’t good! She scanned the corridor frantically but saw no cover. She knew that if they didn’t defend themselves, they would all be mowed down. There was no other option.

She leapt in the air and spun around as she brought up her blaster to stun the goons legs and make them all lose balance, but a barrage of blaster-fire was about to meet her face-to-face. Instinctively, she held up her other hand…

The energy that surrounded her met in front of her hand and deflected the blasts back at the gang, spraying two on the right side, with one taking a shot to the head. Oddi felt both amazed and horrified… amazed that she had deflected the shots with the Force and yet horrified that she had just taken a life. However, in her realization, the shield didn’t last, and then…

*PEW PEW PEW!!!!!*

In another cluster of shots, Oddi suddenly felt a sharp blow on her left shoulder. Time seemed to slow down for her in that moment as, despite knowing what hit her, she found herself overwhelmed with shock and disbelief. Her small body was sent back violently from the impact, sending her flying past Funani and Eithni, where she skidded along the floor before stopping.

She found herself staring at the ceiling with shallow breath, dazed and perplexed at the reality that surrounded her and scrambling to bring her state of mind back to the moment. Where was she again? What just happened? They were underground, right? Where was Funani?

Am I about to die???

They had no cover, blaster bolt was flying around their head and Oddi did something which both was crazy and amazing at the same time and a lot of stupid. Other prisoners got shot as well, at least those that ran the same way as the trio did, all killed on the spot by blaster fire. Eithni just out of instant turned around and started to fire her bow with lethal precision. One of the men took the chance and looked up from cover and received a purple energy arrow directly to the face paralysing the poor sod in an instant, oh and also blinding him because of where the energy arrow hit. If it hadn't been for the paralysing effect from the arrow, would the man have screamed his lungs out.

However, Eithni quickly took cover by the door in the room they had been in right before getting shot at. Eithni wanted to try and pull the cover away from the goons, but it would be impossible as she needed to be in a place where she actually could see what she pulled. Besides, it was still rather a new ability for her so it might not even be enough to move heavier things than small rocks. So she just continued to pop back and forth from her cover by the door to shoot arrows at the goons.

Eithni popped out from cover and saw Lady Vox and fired an arrow, but the damn woman ducked right as Eithni let go of the arrow and instead hit the energy arrow one of the two reinforcement that ran to Lady Vox's cover.

Funani had been charging trying to keep his head down as he ran with the wind, then in the corner of his eye he saw Oddi do something, and then she got shot... A half second pause took place in the moment as Funani struggled with what he just saw. Oddi had deflected some blaster bolts with her... hand and now she was on the ground...

Funani felt his heart briefly tear again. No no no no no no, not her! Anyone but her. Funani then ran not caring for himself over to Oddi trying to see if she was really... NO Dammit. Funani Looked over Oddi, a glimmer of hope now appearing in the Jawa's eyes, it was bad but she was still conscious. She needed to be anywhere but here stat, but for a bit he just stared unaware to the actions of Eithni and everyone else around him. He is in a state of shock, as it felt like his body had somehow found a way to leave his mind.

Then a blaster bolt struck nearby and it jolt him back to reality as he suddenly fired off a few shots back with his blaster. He then grabbed Oddi by the collar of her robes and started to drag her forward.
"I ain't leaving ya behind dammit!" The Jawa spoke still continuing he didn't really feel the weight of the clawdite in that moment it didn't matter to him, what did was getting her to safety. Funani kept going and going feeling like a fire had erupted inside him and was burning away at him. He didn't feel anything as his eyes stared at the door leading him to the underground passage.

Funani would feel a light push on one of his shoulders as he finally neared the door. The jawa brutally slammed the thing open applying all of his strength, he picked Oddi back up and dragged her around the corner into cover. He quickly propped her up against the wall.

"Please stay with me, you dumb dumb clawdite, I'll get you out of this hell." Funani spoke to Oddi hoping to keep her conscious, and aware. He then grabbed hold of his rifle and starting to take aim down the hallway. A few aimed shots and he started to give every karking asshole in this kriffing sewer shooting at them trouble. A few even went down, Funani not even registering the fact that he may have just killed a few people, that would be the last thing.

"Eith! Your covered, get over here now!" He yelled over to the witch sure she may of been nightmare material, but Funani didn't care right now, She didn't lay a damn finger on Oddi and seemed to like them, that was good enough right now.

"Please stay with me, you dumb dumb clawdite, I'll get you out of this hell."

The jawa’s words seemed to echo in Oddi’s head as she slowly became aware that Funani was trying to speak to her. There was a sore, burning sensation in her right shoulder… not a widespread pain like the time that she got her other shoulder burned in that furnace back on Zolan ((See bio)), but a more sharp and localized burn. Her eyes focused on her jawa-friend and she realized that he must have pulled her out of the line of fire. Now she remembered where they were and what happened. Corellia… sub-level… sewer chambers… fencing operations and slave racket… and blaster-fire. So… this was what it was like to get shot. It certainly wasn’t an experience that she would recommend.

“Get us out, Funi…” she told him with weakened voice. “I know where we can go from here… I know someone…” Funani had propped her up against the hall in the passage outside, and he had to concentrate on firing back against their attackers. She gathered her focus and glanced at the skin on her left wrist below her hand, where a metallic object was jutting out. Good… it’s still there… she thought, …but just barely! I caught it just in time. She removed the electronic chip and slipped it into the pocket of her robe. She breathed a sigh of temporary relief. If she had gone unconscious, it would have slipped out of her skin completely, and might’ve been lost for good.

The passage had been cleared of people since the door had been opened and the blaster-fire had started to fly out of the doorway, so other than Funani leaning through the frame to fire back she found herself alone. She listened to the back-and-forth laser blasts and the crackling of electric “magick” from the witch as that Vox lady continued to screech orders at her underlings. She itched to get back in there. She felt like she had to do something more. That was worse than the physical pain was right now. She knew that she wasn’t going to be much good in a fight in her condition… but her blaster remained poised in her hand anyhow. Should the wrong face come through that door, she’d be ready.

Please… please let us get out of this alive…

All hell pretty much has been let loose and it felt like an 'every man for themselves' type of situation with Oddi down, Funani being frantic over Oddi's survival. At first, Eithni didn't hear Funani's voice call to her as she let another arrow loose, hitting another guard in the head. Then the witch heard the little robed Jawa yell for her and turned her attention at Funani and Oddi, realizing Oddi had been hit. In very quick movements, moved Eithni from cover out into the open and quickly got up to her two prison break companions. Just before she got behind cover, she turned around in the air and fired one last arrow. The arrow hit its mark, directly in the centre of Lady Vox's chest. The moment Lady Vox got hit by the plasma arrow was an electrocuting charge streaming through her body, completely paralysing the female, making her fall to the floor stiff as a plank.

Lady Vox was even in the middle of shouting orders when she got paralysed by Eithni's arrow, which made the witch jump in gleeful joy shouting, "I got her, I got her!". "Ups..." said Eithni with a surprised look, quickly realized that wasn't the best thing to do in the open as every guards now shot at the young Dathomirian girl, making Eithni jump for cover. A grenade went off right by the little trio, making everything shake around them. "I think I might have made the mean men angry," said Eithni with a sheepish smile, rubbing the backside of her head.

Sitting down on her shins, she looked at Funani and Oddi, "let's get out of here! I'll distract the mean men and you'll get out of here, I'll be right behind you two" told Eithni Funani and Oddi and got up again. The green glowing mist devoured Eithni's eyes yet again and the witch drew her bow again and went to the corner of the cover and just started to fire extremely fast arrow after arrow at the guards who had moved out of cover. A lot of the guards that moved out of cover, in an attempt to move closer got completely paralysed by Eithni's arrows, while others just felt a painfully electrocuting current go through their bodies. They tried to return fire by being in the open and being in a hellfire of plasma arrows was too much and had to retreat back to their cover, where Lady Vox had been.

One downside to the arrow's paralysing effect was the fact that it wasn't permanent. However, its effect was still long enough to stop the guards from moving up to the trio's position. Eithni really hoped Funani started to get Oddi towards the exit, cause Eithni moved back towards the exit and to a new cover as she continues to fire insanely fast arrow after arrow at the guards.

Funani was now in a full adrenaline rush, his brain only registering what was most important for survival, the position of the guards, the movement of Eithni, any thing that present a danger. He had to give the witch credit she could hold her own in a fight and despite probably traumatizing him in some minor ways he was glad she was fighting with them instead of against him. As he continued firing he suddenly heard the weakened voice of Oddi. Funani stopped to look over at Oddi, she mention that she knew a place and knew someone. She proceeded to pull something out of her skinvelope looked to be like a key or communicator something at least. It though managed to bring one thing to Funani: hope.

Suddenly a wild dathomirian witch appeared, and a few moments after her came an explosion that shook Funani to his core as he as his hears started to ring, dust was kicked up clouding everything and causing to small being's respiratory system to be briefly overloaded as he had a brief coughing fit. What funani didn't hear thanks to his Tinnitus was the sound of shrapnel being flung absolutely everywhere, as the explosion not only sent out metal fragments but caused a lot of the stone work to break apart and chip greatly multiplying amount of flying shrapnel in the area as it bounced and ricocheted everywhere causing everyone in the hall that didn't find cover to be torn apart even giving Lady Vox a nasty gash running up the side of her neck and severing one of her tentacles. This devastated a lot of the men who were paralyzed by Eithni's arrows. The rest who survived were now starting to regroup.

Funani could barely understand the words Eithni was saying but understood the meaning: I'll cover, you get Oddi the hell out of here. Funani grabbed Oddi and proceeded to wrestle her up into a fireman carry, grunt to secure the Clawdite. When Funani felt like he had a secure hold on her he started moving towards the exit mind fixating on the focal point of the passage.

Funani's pace was what would be a medium jog for someone his size as he scurried alnong with Oddi overhead. He barely paid attention to the sound of arrows being flung and blasters being shot. That didn't matter he just hoped that Oddi could stay with him.

As Funani unceremoniously tossed her over his shoulder, Oddi couldn’t help but feel a touch humiliated, even though she knew that Funani was saving her life. This was supposed to be the other way around, wasn’t it? That was why she got herself captured in the first place!

As he carried her down the dark tunnel, she realized that he most likely didn’t know the way! She tried to speak up, but the echoes of blasters and footsteps proved too loud. She could try to project her voice through her mind, but she didn’t want Funani’s brain to turn into pudding… the tinnitus incident on Coruscant made her feel bad enough! But… what if she made a more subtle attempt?

I wonder… she thought,…could I project it like a song??? We both love music… It may be worth a try!

She closed her eyes and searched for that same sensation that she had experienced on the day that she willed a blaster to her hand… that altered state of mind where she didn’t have to try… where she simply did it. She took in a slow breath in through her nose, then out through her mouth. A slower breath in… a slower breath out… show him the ladder… show him the ladder… slower… slooooooowerrrrr…

Oddi found herself standing at the top of the stairs that had first lead underground from the city streets. She was not in any sort of physical state, nor could she even try to see herself. She only knew that she was right where the jawa needed to go. Rather than attempt to project a voice, she brought an old song into her head, one of her favorites to play on the kloo horn. She imagined the song drifting down the stairway and into the short passage, which lead to the ladder down into the sewer tunnels. The bluesy melody drifted and echoed into the tunnels until it found the mind of one solitary jawa, desperately hauling the injured body of his loyal friend.

Follow the song, Funi…

Arrow after arrow got shot from Eithni's bow at an insane phase since the bow could shoot as fast as Eithni could release them. Surprisingly enough, the guards found out pretty quickly the arrows weren't a joke, so they got held back by a damn feral girl with a freaking bow. All while that happened, managed Funani to carry Oddi out of the slaver's building and out to where ever they actually were on the city.

Eithni continued to fire and she was damn good at hitting her target or at least graze it while slowly moving backwards. Unfortunately, a blaster bolt grazed her arm, making her hiss painfully and dumped down behind some new cover, broken off from the wall, from the earlier explosion. "ouch ouch ouch!" Hissed Eithni as she touched with two fingers to feel how bad it wound was. Luckily for Eithni had the blaster bolt only gaze just the surface, never-the-less, it still hurt a lot. Eithni decided that now was the time for her to follow her new friends and ran as fast as she could from her cover while blaster bolts flew around her.

Eithni tripped and fell out, landing on the ground beside Funani and Oddi. She smiled sheepishly to the two smaller companions, despite being hit, "I think they're mad at us, let's get out of here before they catch us!" suggested the witch and got up again, ready to follow where ever Funani thought would be a great idea for a hiding spot from the mean men.

As Funani made his way around a piece of cover that was just tall enough for the both of them. He looked around glowing eyes contrasting with the sucking darkness. As his eyes adjusted he froze trying to figure out where to go indecision clouding him. Oddi knew the way out but she was not necessarily capable of talking, getting shot really badly had a way of doing that. He was well knocked out so he had no clue where to go and yet despite all of that footsteps, agony and blaster fire trailed behind getting ever so closer.

Eith had suddenly joined or rather tumbled to them saying what his ears were suggesting to him. They needed to leave now. Funani felt helpless oncce more being lost yet needing to move. He starting moving into the darkness of the corridor trying to feel for anything that may be a way out. Just keep going, just keep going. Happy thoughts. Funani shut his eyes as he tried something and then something came to him. He felt like he had no other choice right now, he tried to reach out to this 'Force'. He didn't know what to think but he tried to reach out opening his mind to anything and what he got was most surprising.

A song ever so faintly started to enter it's ears feeling like it was coming from some where. It's echo and direction so distinct yet the way it seemed to not layer with anything else while also feeling like it was so real. He felt like he was in a trance as all the world seemed to fade away except the song. Something just told him to follow. He made his way through the corridor the song getting closer and louder the blues melody striking his core resonating with the Jawa's heart as he edge closer and closer to what to the potential source was until finally he heard the echoing sound source from a ladder in front of him. He just knew it. There he needed to go there.

"There...up there." Funani said with a certain sanguine calm to Eithni as he made his up the ladder and hopefully to salvation.

Oddi smiled softly to herself. It’s workin’! He hears me! she thought as she continued concentrating. Perhaps it came easier because she had reached out to his mind before, regardless of the botched yet amusing outcome. She could feel Funani’s body making the climb as she stared behind her at Eithni, her mind still in tune with the life Force that she had tapped into.

She could see the wild swirling of Eithni’s energy surrounding her like a small electric-fueled tornado, but Oddi felt no fear from this. On the contrary… blasts were going to glance off of that girl. There was no question of that. Unless their pursuers had something stronger to attack with or the witch decided to leave her guard down, they had a good chance of getting out alive.

Funani had made it to the top, where the short passage lead to the stairway. From here, the sound of blaster-fire was muted and there was only the echoes of Funani’s movement. Maybe he could hear her now. And maybe, now that he had opened his mind, she could enhance her guidance. “Funi…” she faintly croaked, “Don’t just listen… see… She closed her eyes again, pushing more of herself into the connection. She visualized herself walking up the steps, turning right down an alleyway, taking another left to another alley where she had stored her stuff under a stoop leading into a business. Past that was a street, where an empty holobooth stood. That was the endpoint. Then there was one last visual… the chip in her pocket, and then, the whisper of a name.

Carthus…

Hopefully he would retain this information, because now she was finding it too difficult to concentrate. In fact, everything seemed to be spinning… why was… everything… spi…

Having exhausted herself, Oddi fell limp on Funani’s shoulder.

As fast as Eithni had said it, had the trio moved away from the mean slavers or whatever they were. If it hasn't been because of her walking beside Funani and Oddi, would the witch have been rather difficult to see in the dark corridors. Eithni still held her bow in her hand, which emanated a low purple glow from the purple plasma string. The witch kept on looking over her shoulder, as to not getting jumped by the people hunting them and also not to be shot in the back without a way to dodge.

She hoped her two new friends knew the way as Eithni had no idea where they were and kind of wished she could teleport like the matriarch of her clan, would be a really handy escape power to have. Then again, be teleporting out, would mean she would leave Funani and Oddi to fight for themselves and that wasn't something she wanted, so in truth, she probably wouldn't even sure the power in the situation, if the power was available to her.

A loud explosion way back at the underground area made Eithni at first look over her shoulder for the hundredth time but decided to entirely turn around and walk backwards with a drawn back bowstring making it light up even more with the addition of a plasma arrow. Nothing came at them, other than the sound of explosion and blaster fire. Eithni had no idea what was happening back there and she wasn't particularly prime on finding out.

The young witch also walked into Funani when he gave a new direction to climb up latter, which Eithni hoped was freedom. Instead of climbing the latter, she simply flew up, now emanating the familiar glowing green mist from her eyes, and simply dancing around her. The green light disappeared just as quickly as it ignited when Eithni landed on the ground after they all got up the latter.

Eithni breathed in a big chunk of fresh air, or as fresh as this world allowed and kept on following the two smaller companions.

Funani groaned a bit as he finally made his way out in the open space of Corellia. Quickly thinking he noticed a stone that was near the edge of the manhole he just climbed. Funani kicked it down the hole as he would suddenly hear voices crying out "Grenade" of course it was just a rock but they didn't need to know. Funani and his weird ensemble of unlikely friends made their way through the city streets. Going through the alleyways he finally made it to a stoop that the vision focused on. Looking for a bit quickly finding what appeared to be a hastily made stash, and noticed the distinctive kloo horn that she always carried with her. Funani couldn't tell if the goons had followed them from the sewers or if they stayed behind either way he had confidence in the witch

"That's her stuff mind taking it for me? We shouldn't be to far from wher-"

As Funani was talking to Eithni he would be interrupted by the sound of a blaster pistol charging as he noticed someone emerge from the alley way. Great now they were being mugged at this time of day, on this planet, localized entirely within this alley. It was a single human mugger looked to be around 20 and Funani was not in the mood for any of this.

"Now listen her-"

"NO! You listen you kriffing piece of ra'ti! I've been through to much karking banthacrap today to give a kriff about you. I've just been shot at like 20 karking times, been knocked out, nearly became a slave, and threw a karking riot. Plus that girl is a murder witch that I'm utterly terrified of who has killed like 10 people at least today. and now you, you karking hkeek nkulla think you can karking rob us! I had enough of this *bbbbbblllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeppppppp* sand people shoveling *bbbbblllllllllllleeeeeeeepppppp*pile of *blllleeeeppppp* force fingering!" The Jawa had just got done with his single longest and most intense filibuster of swearing in his entire life. As he looked down the man seeing if he was really still stupid enough to try and rob the group.

As Funani and Eithni raced through the streets and came across a now-confused mugger, Oddi remained limp on Funani’s shoulder, oblivious to their latest “plight”. (Truth be told that it would probably soon be the mugger’s plight.)

However…

It was daytime, and she was standing on a rocky beach… who knows where? There seemed to be a lot of green and brown just off the shoreside. Trees? A forest? The details were a bit fuzzy, as was her vision, but the shadow that she cast was clearly defined in comparison. It didn’t look like it should have been her shadow… it seemed to almost come to an elongated point, which was odd, as the sun wasn’t that low in the sky. It directed her attention to two hazy figures close to tide. There were no physical features… there was only energy. One consisted of seductive whispers of darkness with the promise of power, and it seemed to be stoking another figure that had waves of muted light. But the more the whispers stoked it, the more the muted light crimsoned and fluxed. And although the fluxes of anger and resentment grew in strength, Oddi caught a whiff of familiarity. There was something here that she had encountered before… but what? She tried to step toward the figures, but… no. Something was holding her back… keeping her at bay. But she knew something in that figure, the one who was finding truth in the whispers. These whispers… why, even from this distance, did they send such a chill up her spine?

Oddi’s eyes moved back and forth beneath closed eyelids as the sights and senses that she was witnessing contrasted with the reality that Funani and Eithni were facing now.

Eithni felt like she could finally take a proper breath when they finally got out of that awful dungeon. The shouting of the men down below them, when they thought a grenade landed by their feet made Eithni guffaw, finding it somehow really funny. Though, she didn't stay there and quickly followed her new best friends until they got stopped by some stranger with a gun...

Eithni was just about to say something when the Jawa saw to it and beat her to it. Waauw, Eithni didn't even know what to say and the mugger looked like he was in the same boat as her. The stranger just stood there and was rather speechless over getting an earful from a Jawa of all species. Now that Eithni thought about Funani giving strangers like this mugger an earful of their lifetime, kind of made her snicker and giggle by how flustered it made the mugger for just a moment. Eithni's suppressed laugh and giggle did not sit well with the mugger and he started to turn his gun at the young girl, "do you think this is a jok~?!" Began the mugger to ask angry, but felt something hit him with such a force, that it launched him into the dark alleyway he just came from.

~Theme~

The man crashlanded on the ground and tumbled around a bit, before slamming his head into a large garbage bin made out of metal. The glowing green venomous mist lit up again, devouring the witch's eyes as the mist danced in the outer corners of the eys. However, this time wasn't Eithni skipping her steps like a giddy happy girl, she wasn't giggling or bouncy in her walking. She was floating just about the ground, slowly moving closer and closer to the dizzy mugger, who laid among the trash. The same green glowing mist appeared around her hands, caressing her fingers in an almost dance-like movement.

The hood was down, showing the girl's blond-ish white hair, which even started to move as if the wind was blowing around her. Just as the mugger shook his dizziness away, was he met with a truly terrifying sight in front of him. The air started to taste of electricity and right after, was the dark alley lit up completely by a green light, even more than before. The mugger released such a horrid scream that it almost became unnatural as he got grilled in lightning, made out of the same green mist that surrounded Eithni.

The mugger managed to release two words, two very disturbing words, "MY EYES!!" and then went back to do nothing else but scream until he lost his voice. The young witch stopped electrocuting the now poor mugger and drew her vibroblade dagger and kneeled down beside the tortured man. Without eyes, he could not see, so he couldn't steal. Without his voice, he could now threaten anyone, so not a threat. The mugger still twisted and tried to scream as the excruciating pain of getting his eyes scorched out by lightning, almost sent him in a coma multiple times, just from the pain alone.

He couldn't even get up and run away, no he was in the mercy of Eithni Vala Stark, a Nightsister. The magick had disappeared from the Nightsister, showing her normal red ruby coloured pupils and darkness fell around in the alleyway again. "See, you threaten my new friends over there and then you tried to threaten me. That's not nice, no it isn't" explained the young witch with an icy tone. "I don't like it when my friends are threatened!" Hissed Eithni, raising her voice, which flared her magick again, devouring her eyes completely, yet again.

Almost like a dance, had Eithni drawn her vibroblade dagger and slit the mugger's throat and sheathed the blade again, in one smooth movement. The mugger tried to speak, but couldn't from ruining his voice earlier from Eithni's torture. Not only that, but he was silently gurgling blood out of his mouth, throat and nose, dying a painful death. Watching a bit the dying mand fighting an unwinnable fight, she made her magick disappear and turned around.

And just like that, she was back to her normal cheerful, giddy and happy persona. She even got Oddi's stuff and was ready to get moving as if nothing had happened. "You ready to continue?" Asked Eithni Funani with a charming innocent grin and skipped her steps as she bounced down the road in the direction they were going with her hands behind her back.

Funani... Funani didn't know what to expect but what he had saw just... just couldn't quite be comprehended. They were just running from slavers of all people. This, this guy was just a random nobody, just a dime a dozen thug and he was tortured and killed in front of his eyes. A few revelations seemed to strike the tiny Jawa as his glowing eyes burnt the visions and memories of this scene forever in his brain. This witch was a very, very, very dangerous psychopath. She would be willing to kill anyone that posed any threat to her or her friends no matter how tiny that threat actually was. He had whether he intended to or not by escaping had unleashed a monster out onto the galaxy. Things may have been better if had done nothing and rotted in a cell. A heavy wave of guilt now crashing into him along with a slew of entire emotions that seemed to suck into the Jawa like he was some sort of emotional blackhole.

Each second the blackhole continued the weight and gravitational pull got more and more intense and Funani's thoughts accelerated exponentially. He just wanted to be home. This was a bad dream. This was a bad dream. This is a bad dream. Why won't it end? Why won't it end? Why-won't-it-end? Please stop please stop please stop please stop please stop... please. I just wanted to buy a ship, I just wanted to see the galaxy, I just wanted to see... I just want mom to hug me.

A mixture of tears, mucus and dread overwhelmed him until he saw the witch return with the sweetest crocodile smile. Funani just spent the next few seconds just in silence as he looked at her, frozen in this nightmare that just refused to end. The Jawa couldn't take it as it felt like his body was imploding but it wasn't imploding yet he wished it would just explode and die so he didn't have to feel that sensation anymore. In that moment the Jawa realized something...

The Jawa had a mouth and found that he had to scream.

An ear-piercing shriek would haunt and carry on for what seemed like kilometers and kilometers. The screaming was almost constant varying slightly in pitch and volume but held for as long as he could hold a breath. The only pauses were so he could breathe. The next minutes were a blur. Funani remembered something about grabbing Oddi's stuff. Then he was running screaming still as he carried Oddi to the Holobooth. He could barely remember how to open a door. He would frantically put Oddi down and start rifling through her robes for the pocket that contained the chip. It wasn't conducted in fashion expected of a rational sentient being, but like an animal desperately trying to dig itself away from death. He would finally find the chip and after mainly failed attempts insert it into the booth to communicate.

But whoever picked up this up, this supposed carthus would be greeted by the holographic sight of a Jawa. A Jawa who now spoke in an almost incomprehensible rush of words sometimes reverting back to native Jawaese. There would however by three words throughout the entire jumble of words that kept popping up that he would be able to here clearly.

Funani, Oddi, Carthus.
