Tatooine was one of the last places Syrin would ever want to be. It was unnecessarily hot and dry, and the amount of dust constantly getting in one's eye was entirely frustrating. Syrin could barely put up with the conditions, but only because of the promised pay: 100 thousand credits for a Greater Krayt Dragon pearl. Though unaware of what exactly a Krayt Dragon was, she was fairly confident the job would be easy. However, Syrin was pissed to hear that she would have to work with another person; this meant the payment was going to be split. She only hoped her partner wouldn't be completely useless.
It was just about time to signal her partner her location, so Syrin took the flare gun she obtained beforehand and shot it up into the air. After shooting the flare, Syrin began working her way down a canyon to meet with her partner. "They better have shown up," mumbled Syrin. She decided to speed up her descent by taking big leaps down the canyon, using the force to slow her fall. Once at the bottom, she waited next to a large boulder and started to stretch until her partner arrived.
