In much the same fashion as the late Darth Raze, the planet has been flooded with abominations and soldiers alike with this Darth Virious at its head. Casualties in the first day have passed ten thousands as civilians flee the advancing horde.
Meanwhile, resistance has been minimal with local security forces quickly buckling under the surprise attack and unable to gain their footing in the hours since. In times past, the Jedi rallied to the defense of worlds being overrun by the Sith and their forces, but thus far, no Jedi have been spotted in or near the Denon system.
This lack of response has led to rampant speculation as the galaxy watches on with questions of whether the Jedi have chosen not to intervene given Denon's vocal history of Force-user condemnation or whether this is simply a sign that the Jedi Order has finally been broken. Decades of war between Jedi and Sith and subsequently the Jedi and Empire mixed with questionable to outright negative publicity have led many to speculate that the Jedi Order has finally lost its teeth in the fight for the galaxy.
Though many have taken to social media in support of the Jedi Order and their history defending the galaxy, many others have been left to question: where is the Jedi Order?
