What scares you?

Seeing as it is the appropriate day of the year, I was wondering what scares people? For me: my AP English teacher because he gave me an essay today...and he's just intimidating in general.

Camels.

When i was about four, my Auntie owned a camel farm. She had a fair few - anyway, she had this new one who she'd been getting ready for a ride, but she needed someone light. Naturally, a four year old kid is PERFECT for this task. The ride, largely went fine, an hour and a half went past with no problems at all. Poor camel trod on an ant's nest and freaked out, and fell over (on top of me). Since then i'm REALLY not huge on Camels... which sucks since where I live we run a camel tour XD​

Escalators

Now laugh you may, but I nearly had my toe diced off on an escalator once. Boston, MA. Train station in about 2004, i think. Damn thing diced my shoe up and cut my big toe to the bone.

I take stairs wherever possible now.​

Sawfly Grubs, also known as Spitfires. Don't know what they are? They're a caterpillar-like larvae of the Sawfly Wasp native to Australia. They are the most disgusting, abhorrent, ugly, cringe-worthy form of life on earth. They are horrible and black with little spikes and they spit acid and flick up their tails and they all clump together on the sides of Eucalyptus trees and I hate them.

I usually like insects though.

Oh God me too, what the hell is wrong with good old fashioned stairs? Has the human race become that lazy? Also I'm usually wearing impractical shoes :P

And moving bodies of water... although that's more of an aversion than outright fear.

I am mostly afraid of everyone turning against me for whatever reason.

However, other things include frogs, poisonous things, and very big heights.

I agree with you. Spiders are beautiful creatures. But let me see. In all honesty I have to say my biggest fear is something happening to my sisters. The idea is the most scary thing I can think of.

they are just fine when they stay away from me. they dont bother me and i dont bother them. i treat them like zombies: cool and intereting from afar but i dont care for them being near me.

now clown...oh lord do i hate clowns, they wierd me out. i am also afraid of demonic or fast zombies, el chamuko, ass hole admins, and not being allowed to die aka i want to stay dead if i die you jerks, dont bring me back to life...i am tired and i need a good night's sleep FOR EVAH!!!....darn kids and their revival kits.

Zombies. I'm quite afraid of zombies. Ghosts too, I'd say, particularly the hostile and vengeful kind.

This has led to some hilarious-in-hindsight nights when I was pulling guard in our most isolated tower... that overlooked both our trash-burn pit (so dogs would make noises in there all night long) and the local graveyard. We (US military) had reputedly put in about half the bodies in that graveyard. Add to that the fact that sometimes you see things with NVGs that aren't visible by normal light and...

There are simply some fears you shouldn't reveal around me.
