Am I the only one that keeps thinking "I never do resolutions..cause I know I will not do it anyhow?" Especially since going to the gym has been my resolution for the past 5 years or so xD

I stopped making new years resolutions a while ago. Because if I have to wait a year until I say I want to change something, then I've wasted so much time already. Instead I do goals, some of these short term goals at the moment are to draw everyday, keep my job (even though its killing my soul) and to keep aware of what I'm doing day-to-day; ie time for retrospection and meditation. Don't judge, it actually does help. Oh and positive thoughts, cause I think everyone can do with a little more of that.

Best of luck to everyone who still do the resolutions thing though, but try this too maybe ^ :)
