Was good? Now, I know some of you like it. And for that I'm truly sorry. But here's a very entertaining video that actually has some great concepts anyway.

I enjoyed this. I thought it was pretty clear that Anakin is the main character in all three of the prequel movies. His ideas were good, but trying to deny me the sheer awesomeness of watching Yoda fight is a crime against humanity.

While Yoda was strong, if he was all that he could just melt the universe with god powers and I'm sure people would complain about that movie too. :p

This.. So much this! All my friends were talking of how fricking cool it was, and all I saw was this.

The thing I liked was the idea of Maul being in all three prequels. I always want more of that.

If Maul had been an actual character, then yes.

Instead of just having three lines... God, such a waste.

It would also be nice if he had some kind of emotional stake in the conflict of the films, or even any bare minimum connection to the main protagonist or their companions.

I've seen this. There's more that needs doing than just changing some of the details of the story (even though the new details did make it way better), but the video did spark some ideas of my own. I particularly like the idea that the Sith are from the recent past, that the characters remember, rather than from an unrelatable amount of time ago.

Not many subscribe to the theory like you and I do, that instead of altering the prequels, they should be forgotten and rebuilt from the ground up so that they adhere strictly to the original films.

As for the Sith being of a more recent history as opposed to a vague one, I've dabbled with that myself.

The Phantom Edit was a nice try, I thought.

Although it feels like trying to cut up a child's painting so that it looks more respectable.

I've always thought the Sith shouldn't be some shadowy doohickey order of pajamas-wearing ninnies, but rather just some bullshit that Palpatine made up.

"Foolish Master Windu. You never understood that the fear you felt was always yours. A skein of enemies that could choke the life out of the Republic and your precious order? Nothing more than the conceit of an arrogant mind. The Sith? Some funny words I jumbled together. But I must congratulate you in particular.
