Korriban, Neutral Space, 1750 Hours

Korriban was a former capital to the Sith Empire, but then the Empire split from the Sith. Now after some time, Korriban became neutral and cut their ties from the Empire. This gave an opening for Drexus to explore the history of the Sith. Tagging along with him was Ambrosia. The trip served two purposes, the exploration of Sith history as well as making acquaintances within the Sith.

Arriving, Drexus wore his same armor to keep his identity concealed. Not that anyone would tie him to his father, but for the sake of not wanting to be outed if he went undercover. His saber he acquired on a past mission clipped to his belt, and his vibrosword on the other side. This was supposed to be fun, but he never comes under prepared.

"So, what do you know of Lord Draugr? Aside from his death that is." It was a bit of curiosity to see what others thought of his father, of course no one would know of their relation but it was a way of his connecting to the man that raised him on Dathomir. Drexus, being the oldest son always aspired to be like him, but never quite had the evil nature down like Draugr. Nevertheless this was what he came for. To see his father one last time before moving on to be his own man, and own Sith.

Ambrosia had met Drexus on Korriban. One thing led to another and suddenly she was trekking with him to the tomb of 'Lord Draugr.' She had come dressed in clothing practical for a tomb dive rather than her armored robes and carried a stun baton, a vibroblade, and a medium pistol on her belt. She was yet to get a lightsaber.

"Not much," she answered honestly, eyes rising up and down the tomb entrance. "I know he died after being captured by Jedi, and that he was known for his battle... presence." She knew from listening to other acolytes during her time on Adumar that he was well-respected. She knew little else.

"Do you always wear that mask?" she asked, looking up at the armored man next to her. He was almost a foot taller, and draped in such heavy, dark robes, surely he was sweating like a pig underneath. She was uncomfortably hot herself, and her clothing was meant to keep her cool.

Drexus walked beside Ambrosia as the made their way to his father's tomb. Nodding at what she had known, which was practically nothing, he would respond "He left a legacy in the Sith's History. His 'presence' on the battlefield was feared by the opposing side. He was known to win his battles, if he lost he made sure the other side felt the pain as he went down." Drexus turned his visor to face the girl. "He was perhaps one of the finest warriors the Sith had seen. His death was one of execution, and dishonor. In other words.. kinda lame."

When Ambrosia asked Drexus her next question, he couldn't help but chuckle.
"Well I'm not a Mandalorian so no. I take it off, but until I can trust those around me I won't show my face." He liked the bluntness of his acquaintance, and would give another answer, "Plus, I can go into stealth operations without anyone knowing it's me. Kinda cool if you ask me."

As they made it to the entrance of the tomb, he looked at the tall doors and raised his hand to open them. It was made not too long ago, and couldn't be haunted by souls of past adventurers and such. Once the doors opened, he turned to Ambrosia
"Now.. let's go see what cool stuff was left in here yea?"

Ambrosia was only half-listening to Drexus' explanation of who Draugr was. From what she could gather, he seemed to be a fan of the dead Lord. It was either strange or fitting that he was intent on robbing the man's tomb so soon after his death - which one, she was not sure of yet.

"Aw, you don't trust me?" Ambrosia turned her gaze upward toward the masked zabrak, her violets staring up at him through her lashes. The Arkanian's doe-eyes and doll-like face were the epitome of innocence, though it would be clear the woman was only teasing the man when she looked away and chuckled quietly to herself. She did believe he was wearing a mask for the reason he stated; she was not entirely unsure if he was also just ashamed of his appearance.

"This tomb is new, correct?" she asked aloud as she followed him through the doors. "Do you think he might've left any traps for potential robbers?" They would need to be careful either way. There were always two possibilities: one, that said traps were unused and in perfect condition, and two, that they were not the first to delve into here. Korriban was a well-populated Sith world. She would not be surprised if they ran into other Sith inside.

Ambrosia made a joke about not trusting her, the irony behind it was remarkable as all Sith know to trust no one. Especially other Sith. Though these days, friendships have been formed and bonds created through the Sith's endeavors. This could be the start of something new here with Ambrosia, perhaps Drexus' first friend. That is of course if she didn't seem to be a bother.

Chuckling Drexus would reply to Ambrosia,
"you're not too bad so far. Perhaps one day if you're lucky. Til then, what you see is what you get." He would make a hand wave motion to the armor and helmet as he walked. His voice modulated enough to not be his own. "Yes, this tomb is actually quite new compared to all the others, but as far as traps.. I'm not certain." Drexus took a look around slowing his pace, perhaps there were some put in by the other Sith but it'd have been nothing that his father could have come up with as he was executed unexpectedly rather than prepared for his death.

"There wasn't any signs of his last wishes as far as my research went, but nevertheless.. if you see one call it out." Continuing he would see the torches lit along the tombs walls. They filled the area with naturalish light. Looking around there hadn't seemed to be a trap just yet. But there were signs of footprints in front of them ahead. Drexus knelt down and took a look at the prints. "Could be a number of different things.. pirates, imps, other Sith. One way to find out.." He stood back up and unclipped his saber from his belt and kept ready to ignite it should it be deemed necessary.

"Why Draugr in particular?" Ambrosia would ask after a few more minutes of the two continuing into the tomb. The footprints still continued forward, the torches still burned, and the Arkanian got the feeling that this first section was quite long. In fact, it seemed a bit too long, and she was pretty sure they were walking past unchanging walls.

"Wait a second," she said, holding out her hand to gesture for Drexus to hold still while she continued forward. She kept walking forward, walking and walking, until she saw a figure ahead. 'Drexus.' The zabrak would surely hear her steps approaching from behind, and when he looked, she would be approaching from behind him. This, of course, only meant one thing, and Ambrosia was not sure how to feel about it.

"Is this some sort of illusion?" she asked, glancing upward at the armored male. The Force was noticeable here, but that could be said for all of Korriban. "A test?" She glanced toward the wall on her left. Was there something she was missing?

As Drexus walked beside Ambrosia, he heard her ask the question, 'why Draugr?' And he had an expression come across his face under the helmet, then answered her, "He was.. he trained me." Leaving it at that he began wondering what had been taking so long to go through this tunnel. Then Ambrosia waved for him to slow down as she went on. So he stood.

Arms crossed waiting for her to come back with a report on the situation, and wondering what she was catching onto. Then he heard footsteps behind him all of a sudden, turning back he noticed Ambrosia walking up.
"The fuck?" He let his quick confused reaction then she asked what he began thinking, is it an illusion? Looking around he had to think of how to get out of this.

"Draugr was always one for brute strength, maybe we break our way out?" It was a general guess but better than sitting stagnant or walking around in circles for no reason. It was time to see just how well theses tunnels were built. Coiling the force into his hands he'd begin to punch at the wall to see if anything would budge. As he punched, he noticed some slight cracks form but it was still solid, just imprints from his fists.. "That didn't work.."

Ambrosia did not respond to Drexus' revelation. This seemed like an important nugget of information - something she would want to keep mind of for now. Until then... there were much more pressing concerns at hand.

Ambrosia watched with a blank face as Drexus began punching the stone walls like a madman. Internally she couldn't help but be amused, and she wasn't sure how she felt about the effort. She said nothing as she waited for him to finish, then shook her head as he stated the obvious. "Draugr may have designed the tomb, but I wonder if he made the traps?" She was unfamiliar with how these tombs were constructed, but she could only assume puzzles like this were only 'activated' after a Lord's burial. Therefore, it might make sense that they wouldn't all be as the late Lord might have wanted them.

The Sith weren't known for being faithful to the dead, exactly. Evidenced by his apprentice now raiding his tomb.

"Maybe it's the opposite?" Ambrosia approached the wall just to the left of the slight cracks Drexus had punched into the surface and placed the tip of each of her fingers on its surface. She drew the Force into herself, becoming aware of the walls, the floor, the ceiling... and stepped forward.

Like the stone had liquified, Ambrosia passed straight through it and to the other side, leaving Drexus behind. If he tried to follow he would be met with hard stone; he would have to do as she did to get through.

The room before Ambrosia was massive with triangular walls that reached toward the center, leaving only a meter of space before falling back to the sides. Runes covered every inch, and the floor in front of her was littered with stone tiles embossed with similar runes.

Drexus would watch on as Ambrosia had began to speak up and let out her thoughts on what the trick could be. It made sense, but also sounded almost too true to be true. Why would a cold hearted, anger filled Sith Lord's tomb have a test of calmness and peace. Sounded like a Jedi's way of passage. Drexus had doubted this would work, this was Draugr we're talking about... then sure as shit, Ambrosia walked right through the wall.

"The fuck?" Drexus let out as he watched, then he decided while the wall was liquidy he'd try to scoot his way in behind her and as he moved fast, it seemed the wall was insistent on Ambrosia's way through, because he slammed into it with a hard thud and clink of his helmet. "Okay this is really pissing me off."

Drexus took a deep breath and closed his eyes, though inside he was trying to trick the wall.. it sounded dumb.. because it was. Another thud into the wall. The young Sith unclipped his saber and ignited it as he began slashing at the wall repeatedly. Every strike filled with anger, frustration, and hatred. As each strike hit, the wall would recover and act as if it had a healing factor of some sort. The burned and scorched parts returning to normal over and over. The Zabrak eventually stopped as he was breathing heavily.

Muttering to himself,
"I wasn't good enough on Dathomir for you when you were alive, and now I'm not good enough for you here when you're dead.." Drexus always put the blame of his father's death on himself, as he felt he wasn't enough to keep Draugr on Dathomir when he left to the Hutt. The Zabrak would take a few deep breaths and calm himself down, "Okay.. let's try this again.."

Ambrosia paid Drexus no mind as he continued to struggle. Really she couldn't hear him at all; the stone wall behind her had been like liquid before but now it was as hard as- well, stone. No sound traveled through.

So, in the meantime, the Arkanian went about examining the curious room she'd found herself within. Some of the runes on the walls matched the rune tiles on the floor, and she noticed this almost immediately. It was the most obvious thing to look for first, but she was unsure whether or not it was writing or just symbols. She would need to wait for Drestus to pass through to see if he recognized it as writing or something.

'Maybe Dathomirian, if it is,' she noted. Since Draugr came from Dathomir, it wouldn't be a far cry.

Drexus after having his fit of anger tried to calm himself down, and take deep breaths. Using every bit of steadiness and ease he would try to gracefully walk slowly into the wall to make his way in. Relaxing himself every bi the could. His eyes would close and he would make a few steps forward, then a few more. Until finally he felt he was making his way through- *clink*

"What the hell?" His eyes open to see he was still in the same spot. "But.. but.. I calmed myself, how can I not go through?" Anger built within him more and more and more until finally he felt nothing but rage. This was hypocritical. How can someone who doesn't even know the Lord in this tomb be worthy of entering, but his own flesh and blood couldn't? It made no sense to him.

That was, until he looked to the right to see a mysterious door. It was wooden, with green smoke flowing around it. What could it mean? Perhaps his path was different then. Maybe Draugr didn't forsake his eldest son. Maybe Drexus' path was just meant to be harder..
"Fine then.. you want to play games father? Then let's play games."

Drexus would make his way to the door and just as he was going to kick it in, he held back. It wouldn't be something so barbaric for the son of Draugr.. it would be a test.. He would place his palm on the door and give an ever so slight push to it, and felt it budge. Now it was time..
