As always, the galaxy acted as the living beast that it was, constantly evolving to its developing circumstances. The latest turmoil, especially with what recently has taken place on Kashyyyk and other planets, was another testament to the dangers that anyone could face in these trying times. It inflamed the fears and desires that neutral systems had that they could be next and that they needed to prepare. Under these developments, the ISB had caught murmurings of a small swath of planets attempting to forge a sort of defensive accord, allowing them to remain pseudo independent and wave off any list of the growing threats on the future.
The four planets that led the charge was Ord Radama, Pho Ph'eah, Serenno, and Telos IV, each one with their own reasons to join into this partnership. Given the close proximity to the Empire and the ripe opportunity it presented itself, the ISB wanted to exploit that fear and bring them within the fold of the Empire. The severity of this potential threat or boon made them rely on their best weapons to do this, the Ciphers. The objective was simple and open to be done as they saw fit: Infiltrate, destabilize, and then either eliminate or persuade the participants of this eventual alliance.
Five found himself on Telos IV and in the tourism sector of the capital city, Thani, under one of his alias', Matthew Knight. He stood in an art gallery for those tourists, small and large groups filtering in and out of the open rooms to view the ornate sculptures and vibrant paintings. His green gaze was transfixed on the piece fixed on the wall in front of him, the painting staring back unafraid as he submerged himself into his thoughts. Blending in with the other patrons, he was dressed in a nice but casual outfit. His appearance was the definition of immaculate the way it perfectly fit his lean form and not a single crease found, his beard trimmed and hair tucked in by his ears, a byproduct of his methodical and obsessive habits.
Personally, he couldn't piece together the excitement that came from viewing art but he wasn't there for himself. One of the senators, specifically the Telos one, was also in the gallery and appreciating the pieces himself. The man was completely surrounded by guards but mattered little as all that was being done was a simple tailing, Five on the other side of the room. Everyone had their secrets and eventually, the ones the senator wanted hidden would be found and employed. As the senator moved onto another painting, the agent remained where he was, waiting for his partner to arrive.
