I'd just like to take a moment to apologize to SWRP as a whole.
I came here to have fun and RP with people. People like @Cassanova, @Gaja, @Insoulent, @TAC, @Galavant, & @Just Matt Now got me started and I met a whole mess of you after. I had to leave for a while, though, due to health reasons. I returned later and became friends with even more people like @Bee, @Relent, @Phœnix, @Arclight, and many others that are probably going to give me hell for not mentioning them.
Then I became friends with Prospero ( @BLADE ). Now, I'm not going to oversell this as some huge massive life changing moment, but it did help me in my life. I could talk to people normally and speak to strangers on voice calls (and then real life). My anxiety calmed a great deal as well. What this did (along with encouragement from @Johnnysaurus Rex ) on SWRP, at least, was allowed me to start OLR. I thought that I could change the way the site operated and we definitely made waves.
In the end though, I feel like I left the site in an even worse predicament as it doesn't feel alright to me anymore.
Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the site is better or at least not worse than I found it, but I can't look at it without feeling guilty anymore. I also know that there's a good amount of people that will probably breathe easier with a "troll" like me gone.
So I'm not going to say "GOODBYE 4EVER, YOU DUMPSTER FIRE OF HATE!" because I don't feel like that's right either. I hold out hope that one day SWRP won't give me more anxiety and guilt than fun. But for now, it's goodbye.
: )
