((Lol I know, but I don't want anyone nagging me about whether she knows the power or not...))
"Whether it is popular or not doesn't affect me." Skyla stated promptly, her tone not being a rude one. "It's prowess is clearly evident." She coughed, wishing that she had brought a beverage of some sort along now. The Shade Masters' words were oddly stirring to her, the way he described the first time he had utilised force lightning was almost intoxicating. Extreme emotion of anger? Skyla queried telepathically.
To be perfectly honest, she couldn't remember the last time anything had slightly irritated her. Being annoyed was painfully rare, anger was almost impossible. Nevertheless, seeing as Sol himself had said that with enough control over it, one could use it at any time, Skyla was quietly confident that she could come to master the powerful technique. She nodded respectfully, standing backwards in an attempt to use the technique for the first time. Before she tried, Skyla gave the faintest of smiles at Sol's last quirk remark.
Of course you don't... Skyla said telepathically, regarding the use of the technique as a torturing device. She closed her eyes, losing herself in the force currents, oblivious to the rest of the jungle around her. In her mind, Skyla pictured herself atop a mountain, a lightning storm brewing above. As expected, she couldn't find any anger within her, instead turning to the calm eye of the storm for her energy. In her mind, a lightning bolt struck from the heavens into her outstretched hands, invigorating her.
A force pulse resounded from her, causing several smaller plants to crash away from her vigorously. A single bolt arched through the sky, moving around aimlessly before dissipating. Skyla stood in the same position, with one hand held high in the air, her eyes slightly bemused.
It was as you said...
