I thought it might be nice to let you guys know some of the things I'll be working on and hope to accomplish within the next two weeks, this week preferably:

-Choosing Faction Lieutenants

-Twink the hierarchy and add in some of the specializations, such as Master Armorer

-Finalize my Knight-Commander's profile and have it posted in Character Profiles

-Write out the relationship between the Imperial Knights and: Galactic Alliance, Jedi, and Imperial Rebels. This will be done in conjecture with Radzkie, Will, and Jiang (Rebel subfaction leader), respectively.

-Finalizing ranks; possibility of some promotions exists, though please do not interpret this as an automatic promotion for all (promotions will be dealt with accordingly).

-Imperial Knights' Naval Force: Do note that this will be extremely small and only a handful of ships, with only a few large ships at best.

-Finalize the Trap at Lehon, which will explain the change in regime

-Missions

-Training and Promotion Guidelines

There's a good chance I've forgotten a couple things for this list, so just let me know if I forgot anything.

If there's going to be a SEALs-esque type organization I'd expect it to be a sub division of the GA. The Imperial Knights and GA are allies, but the Imperial Knights are autonomous of any command structure and are not directly affiliated with them. They may be a lot smaller, but they're still separate.

A little update in regards to hierarchy. There'll be a bit of a small 'council' of sorts who manage the Imperial Knights, consisting of specialized Masters. Along with the Knight-Commander and Seneschal, Council positions considered are Master Armorer (quartermaster), Provost (chief educator), Landgrave (base commander), Margrave (intelligence chief), "Captain of the Guard" (Imperial Guard commander), and a spot nicknamed the "Siege Perilous", which is reserved for the Jedi Grand Master when Imperial Knights meetings require the participation with the Jedi (for if the Imperial Knights are coordinating a mission at the time that is in cooperation with the Jedi); note that the Siege Perilous will only be used when the Jedi Grand Master is needed, otherwise the seat will be vacant at meetings.

Specializations may be added eventually, similiar to the Jedi Guardian, Consular, and Sentinel. At the current time, the only one named is "Menin".

Once the ranks are finalized, positions will be given out. Members will then be allowed to apply for any openings.

Also, it still needs to be finalized, but we may have a Star Destroyer for our usage (a mobile one). Once Trap at Lehon is up, you'll learn how we obtained it.

Just thought I'd give a progress report. As you've possibly seen, Trap at Lehon has finally been posted, both in the IK board and Empire board. Some of the "Council" positions I mentioned previously have been reconsidered and omitted, thus if there is a "council" of sorts, it'll be smaller. Ranks are getting finalized, and training guidelines will be fleshed out soon. My Knight-Commander I hope to have up by today or tomorrow. I will admit not much work has been done with Missions, as I originally considered it low in priority, but with the time it's taking me to do all these tasks, I realize that it also affects all of you, with little activity to do. Thus, I plan to move missions up in my priority list and get some posted, so that we have some missions to do, so that all of you have something to do while I'm working. I also need to get in contact with Radzkie and Will to finalize the relations between our factions. Again, I apologize for taking so long to do all of these things.

A little spoiler: one faction lieutenant position has been taken, so there's only one left. A lack of PMs from me does not signify a lack of consideration or actual consideration, but rather is mostly being done behind doors. I may send PMs later, asking specific questions. Again, do not interpret these as absolute signs of consideration or lack of consideration, but rather an attempt to gather as much information as possible in order to locate the most suitable person for the position. Seneschal has been taken, so the remaining faction lieutenant will be the "Captain of the Guard" of sorts, leading the Imperial Guard, the mainly non-FS military might of the Imperial Knights; do note that the Captain of the Guard isn't necessarily non-FS and will be the discression of the final lieutenant on whether the IC Captain of the Guard (this isn't the actual term for the Guard leader, but more of a placeholder, as there's a possibility "Field Marshall" may be changed) is Force Sensitive or not.
