So Corden and Horizon say that people have complaints with how I run the faction, and that I am doing it wrong. Yet I have not seen these complaints from any of the active Mandalorians or even by Corden, Horizon or their crew. Save for the Rescue for the Prisoner being turned down, that being really the only time Corden and Mandalore ever talked.

So speak! No suger coating, tell me what exactly I am doing wrong you could of never spoken to me about, and how I am dooming the Mandalorians?

I'm with you forever, mulluns. I'm sorry, but the ONLY thing I saw as a tactical flaw was the ranking system, which I proposed to you and johnny. Johnny turned it down but a week later pm'd me and told me he actually was working on something based off of my original concepts.
I think that the fact that ooc, there are waaaay too many darksiders and we're ****ed up the asses with turkey-basters... But IC, we're fine, we're doing what we're supposed to, and we're getting past our growing pains fairly quickly...

With the addition of Mitya Ivanovna as general IC and the amount of stimulation towards the training boards I have planned OOC, I think that it's just another step towards growth.

You know I'll always choose to side with the light, and no yella-bellies that are fraid' of sum bullies is gunna' mayck us joyn the dark-sighed....
Hyuck, Hyuck...

(i apologize, i'm tired and spacing, pulling an all nighter for some good grades)

I don't think we're being aggressive enough.

Now, let me caveat that by saying I am fully aware that we're not the gung-ho, let's kill 'em all sort of folk. I know that you're trying to kind of play at galactic politics. I just think it comes across a little too politicy. Not that I'm advocating diving into a full scale war.

I also have issues with leaving that prisoner out to dry. I understand your reasons for that, but strictly from a mandalorian cultural perspective (and a little bit of warrior code perspective)- that was wrong. It was literally ditching your brother, leaving him behind.

That said, I don't think you're doing a bad job. As has been said, you haven't stepped down, retired, or been booted, so that says something. There is definitely room for improvement in some areas, but overall I think we're on the right track. Membership could be better...

If I had one complaint, and this isn't about you, so much as it is about the community at large- I feel Mandalorians deserve more cultural development than is given to them now. I am very much with Corden on this. There is such a rich cultural background and even a full language, I think it should be implemented more amongst the faction as a whole. Some people here do it well as individuals, but it would be nice to see a more concentrated effort by the faction to encourage things other than the violent side of the Mando'ade. And that's the end of that little spiel...

EDIT: About doom. Really, we're all doomed. The only thing that matters is the rate at which we are approaching our doom.

POST EDIT EDIT: I also have a lot of ideas for training. I think we're starting to get enough growth and interest to start getting organized, trained, and generally more badass. When we, as a faction, start fleshing out- it's gonna get scary.

So Corden and Horizon say that people have complaints with how I run the faction, and that I am doing it wrong.

Actually, I haven't said anything of the sort. The only thing that I have said is that I dislike the way you portray Mandalorians, but as faction leader, that is clearly your prerogative. I have little say in the matter. All of this started IC and has since been carried over into the OOC realm by you and your comrades. I don't appreciate the false accusations being thrown at me in these threads you've been creating, but if it makes you feel any better, by all means, continue.

You were a good Mandalore in the past, and you are proving to be one now as well. I have already voiced my opinion on letting force users into the ranks... That is my only complaint.

Keep up the good work!

force users are allowed in the ranks, but I do not believe that you can go ahead and create a mando that is force sensitive off of the rip. You need to have a character with other faction affiliation first, however it's not guaranteed you will get in..

General Mitya Ivanovna was a Jedi master...

And without question, without proving herself or her loyalty or earning the trust she has been so readily given, she has been granted the rank of general. She now has thousands at her command and for what? Switching sides? Cin vhetin only gets one so far... Common sense dictates caution. How is it that such a highly regarded and key position is given to someone who has been a Mandalorian for less than a month IC? Because she was a master among the Jedi? No? Has she has proven herself as a reliable and competent commander among the Mandalorians, then? Perhaps there is very good reasoning behind it all that I'm not aware of... I'm not posting this to start an argument. I'd really like to know how she was able to achieve such a feat and in such a short time span. I'm sure I missed a few role-plays that cover some of this, but if you don't mind, could you summarize them for me? Perhaps that would help me understand better.

With the Imperial Knights allied with the Mandalorians, we can help train the Force Sensitives.

Side question: So has Death Watch been SWRPly created yet or is it just mentioned in Horizon's background.

Okay I'll take this cause with Arm I helped facilitate....

Mitya preformed two missions for the mandalorians IC wise and has a long established history with several of them as friends and allies. At the end of the one mission she asks to join and is adopted. Mandalore and Hibarir accept her and after a small probation period gave her general rank because of her skills in battle already leading troops. Her skill already with tactics, and General is the rank she holds in then alliance. THat she is a jedi master who is good at predicting just means she can warn of a Sith threat if it is coming early on or of any more in house threats like Deathwatch. Other factions OOC wise are her continued help with Johnny and arm for the boards while Phil is away, her activity, her general attitude. Her help in the Imperial knights factors in as well in my opinions since she has been helping out both factions get more organized. She has given a number of missions for Mandalorians and hit the ground running in getting the active members involved in things.

Just 2 missions? And the part I bolded, can you please provide some links to these battles and tactics that have taken place?

I can't state my concerns for Mitya being a General any better than Corden has, so basically this.

They exist in within the lore and nothing has been written out that they have been decimated.

So it's just me.

While I don't want to turn this thread into some sort of argument, and I do agree with you that one must have some sort of prior training or past before becoming a force using Mandalorian. The idea alone of one seems ridiculous to me.
