BIOGRAPHY
Originally an IG-00 assassin droid, used by the Imperial Republica for covert missions like assassination, espionage and various other secret mission very few knew about. He was tasked along with a number of other IG-00 assassin droids to search and hunt down the rebel cell leaders. He travelled all over the galaxy in search of the terrorists to the Imperial Republica. Soon cold trails became warmer and the whereabouts of the cell leaders were getting closer to exposing them to the Republica, however, when he tracked the rebel cell leaders down, got the pesky rebels the better of him and took him down along with the other IG-00 assassin droids on that mission.
Just as with the IG-00 assassin droid that became "Lord Ironsworth the Third", was the IG-00, who became "Viscount Pierre Cogsteel the Fifth", brought in by the rebels in hopes of hacking into unit IG-01's 'brain" and extract all the information. Whatever the rebels did, it triggered the failsafe and corrupt the droid's matrix, making the IG-unit go on a killing spree on the poor rebels in the operating hall. The rebels managed to shut down the IG-01 unit before more died. But in the process, the droid copied all the data over to his memory banks and somehow the files of Alderaanian aristocracy ended up in his personality matrix. Through this corruption of his personality matrix, shut the old IG-00 unit down and was reborn as Viscount Pierre Cogsteel.
Just like Lord Ironsworth, believed Viscount Pierre Cogsteel himself to be Alderaanian aristocracy and all signs of loyalty towards the Sith had evaporated from his matrix. On the contrary, the hatred he once had for the Jedis now pointed at the Sith and rivalled that of the Mandalorians. Seeing himself as the one great thing the Galactic Alliance needed to eradicate the Sith he made the Galactic Alliance a deal and serving as a very capable agent. Like Lord Ironsworth he was very hated by most of the Galactic Alliance as he tended to look down upon everyone who isn't of any great title.

Viscount Pierre Cogsteel is a modified IG-00 assassin droid with a broken personality matrix. Along with his messed up broken personality matrix, is Pierre Cogsteel seen wearing very fine garments in the likes of a long coat ending by below the knees. At the sleeves and shoulders is gold is weaved into the leather. At the bottom of the coat is small golden stick figures weaved into it to showcase the numbers of meatbags he has liquidated.
Under the coat, he wears a vest with gold buttons where a small gold chain goes from one of the pockets to a button on the vest. He wears a simple but beautiful scarf around the neck. Along with only the finest trousers made in the universe, he walks around in some fancy quality boots for travelling. He often wears some fine leather gloves and never goes out without his tophat or pipe as he sees them as an essential part of his life. -
Viscount Pierre Cogsteel, there's a droid many people will either hate or find tolerable. He carries himself with a very prestigious presence, which only the Alderaanian aristocrats can take credit for. He's very fond of fashionable clothes and tends to get a look every time he enters a clothing store for the rich wanting to buy. Viscount Pierre Cogsteel always handles himself as a gentleman and treats any upper-classes and nobilities with great respect and handles himself quite chivalrous. Even though he's a gentleman through and through as well as acts with great dignity, in truth he has little to no regard for innocent lives.
With those he doesn't view as upper-class or just low in the social hierarchy, he tends to shun and look down upon and can be very pretentious and arrogant. He views planets under GA control as 'colonies of Alderaan' and thus he believes the people of those planets to be of common birth and expect them all to bow before their better. He can get very pompous and expect to be announced every time he arrives at a gathering.
He takes great offence to anyone below him in status who doesn't address him in his full title and name and will seek to challenge the offender to a duel. he also looks very much down on dirty fighting, seeing it as a cower's style as no true gentleman would ever seek to such a low offence... With that said, he does love a good shoot out and other highly dangerous activities, which tend to bring forth a more chivalrous and dauntless aspect of his broken personality matrix. - N/A
