The little time she had bought herself with the escapade through the kitchen thankfully prevented her from being captured thus far, but recognised that she was far from out of danger just yet. Attempting to scale a wall with an inert arm would be problematic at best, but then again, venturing deeper into the facility with only one arm seemed even more of a folly.

Either way, she had to get away from the detonation that she had set up, and thus the decision was made for her. A tremendous boom echoed behind her as the kitchen tore itself to sunder, on the one hand stopping her pursuers in their tracks, but also likely seeking out the attention of many more. For the moment, she clipped her disengaged lightsaber back in place as she readied her attempted escape.

Finding a section of the wall with internal support structures that would serve as 'stepping stones' that the pureblood could jump between in order to pull herself up with a force enhanced run. With any luck, she'd be up and out before the nearest units could descend upon her position.

With every minute that passed, Cyutadakyr seemed to revel in the chaos that she unleashed. It was no small effort to dodge the multitude of stun bolts that streamed For the very first time, Azar and Kaldar would see the expression on Ralak’s face change. The Firrerreo stared back at the Pureblood who had effectively sealed her fate - fear and anger both roiling across her face. Her lips tugged into a sneer, the glint of ivory fangs catching against the light. She was already dead. Her final moments would be agony. But she wasn’t surprised.

Ralak knew the chances of actually being offered a cure were slim-to-none. But she had depleted her options the moment those shards of glass pierced her armorweave. Desperation had driven her final grasp at life.. And had fallen short in the end.

Blood trickled down the corners of Ralak’s mouth, rage bristling within the Force. “Her leadership will be the death of you,” She wheezed, though it didn’t prevent her lips from almost tugging upwards. Smug. Seeds of doubt that Ralak knew would fester within them. A final, parting gift to the ‘Sith Order’. “How long do you think I was about to operate without so much as a doubt?” Could they trust that the rest of the Inquisitorious was loyal? Could they trust the Champion standing next to them? Sith never fully trusted their peers, and those doubts would only be justified - now more than ever.

But it was the final words that escaped from her lips - if one didn’t count the groans and sputtering on her own blood. There was no attempt at resistance. No vainglorious ending for the traitor that had walked within their very halls. Failure meant death, whether it was by the hands of Lord Occidius or some lowly Acolyte.

Whether the pair lingered or not, the ending was the same. Ralak eventually slumped to her side, her body convulsing as organs fought against their inevitable shutdown. As blood flooded into her lungs and slowly suffocated her. Until crimson began to pool all around her, and the last vestiges of life faded from her body.

For the first time, Cyu would find her situation within the facility beginning to improve. The aftermath of the kitchen explosion echoed through the entire base, flames spreading into the mess hall and adjacent buildings. Those caught within the blaster were incinerated at once - their bodies tinder to the blaze, crisped and scorched until they were unrecognizable. Even after the fire was put out, it would take days for the victims to be properly identified.

For that moment, the Pureblood would be completely unpursued - her scent lost by the numerous patrols. Security would be heavy in the following hours, but Cyu would have no difficulty keeping herself hidden from sight, assuming she didn’t take any other drastic or foolish action. While it wouldn’t immediately reunite her with Kaldar and Azar, all that remained was to wait for the poison to take effect.

Close to an hour passed, forcing the Sith to lay low in the meantime. But as time continued to pass them by, infection began to spread through the rank and file of the facility - unsuspected until it was far too late.

Those closest to the fights were the first to fall - the very water used to fight the inferno turning to poisonous smoke and steam, burning the lungs and closing airways within minutes. Every sip of refreshment began to burn away at the stomach lining and internal organs - killing soldiers and officers alike. Even those within the barrack showers weren’t safe - their skin blistering and bodies left to convulse on tiled floors.

The Commander was dead just the same - slumped over in his own executive office A hot cup of tea - brewed only a few moments prior - spilled across the polished, wooden desk.

By the time pain began to spread through the base, the fate of its inhabitants was all-but-sealed. The few stragglers that survived would be no difficulty for the remaining Sith to dispatch, presuming they managed to reunite somewhere out of sight. They would have free reign of the facility, to do with as they pleased. They would have access to command terminals and a garrison filled with weapons. They would have free reign to do as they pleased.

And Kaldar would still have a copy of transmission records - those final, unknown coordinates a mystery yet unsolved.
