So the Sith captured R6?? I had no idea. Not that I'm complaining.

Yes, I thought R6 was a draw?

EDIT: It was not a main story arc, although Felucia was part of it. But neither party had enough "wins" in any given mission pack, is my understanding.

Was it? Easy fix, I heard whispers and made an assumption.

Update 7 change log:
+(Re) Added Chandrilla (Oops)
-Removed R-6 from Sith control (Error)
+Added S-6 to Sith Control

(Side note: @TAC just a little heads up Arkania is misspelt on the senate list it says Akrania instead, I was having trouble trying to search it up on Wookiepedia, oops, either way, didn't really know how to let you know so yeah!)

Isn't it the square that has Felucia under Sith control? I'm confused.

No, it's not. Both the Jedi and the Sith did missions in that square and then we had our first main battle for that square. One thread was determined a Sith win, one was determined a Jedi win and the third was determined a tie because nothing happened in it. Since the battle was a draw, neither side gets to claim the square and we have to do additional missions in that square to dispute it again.

I thought @Green Ranger was just going to keep the map updated. Like it was relatively easy.

What is this?

This is a personal project of mine where updating the map with user input to add not listed planets to the map. But to answer your question this map was made due to a lack of progress on the map with Green being pretty dead update wise.

M-5 is in Sith control, I believe. Requirements for Invasion were met, but Jedi refused to defend, making a battle unnecessary for grid capture.

Nope, M5 is the correct square. We did three missions on Agamar, one of which failed but we successfully completed two Open Conflict threads on Agamar.

This should be reported to @Green Ranger then instead of this forum. Having two maps is incredibly confusing, and I think only the one is the Faction Territories post should be used. @Bigfatpenn, perhaps offer to help out with it there. I am sure the Admins wouldn't mind the help.

If you are referring to this one, it hasn't been updated since it was first put out. I and I think everyone else just comes to this one when looking for a map anyway. I see no problem with it, unless the other map was updated at least half as recently, regularly and accurately as this one.

EDIT: plus, I like being able to discuss the territory here

I think having a place to OOC discuss the map is cool, but should at least be linked in the official thread to point people to it. I think a change log would also be necessary. As far as the lack of official updates to the map, I can't say. I know it was stated that it was not a hard task for the Admin team to accomplish. Once again I think the work being done is great, just think it should be tied to efforts of the Official map.

Yeah, I more or less did this originally just for fun and due to the lack of updates. (Not to mention I'm a big fan of world design in the clone wars TV show so I added a bunch of worlds from there as you can see.) But yeah we'll see where this goes.

I don't see any issue with allowing this to remain as it is. It's not interfering with the official map and it's nice for us to be able to see faction expansions as they happen. It's not Boli's fault he hasn't updated it, but this thread is nice in place of that. @Bigfatpenn isn't hurting anyone by doing this for fun.

Thanks friend, that's what I'm trying to go for.

Reasons why I haven't updated the map are basically that noone's told me that it needed to be updated or where. FLs are supposed to contact me when they claim territory. /shrug

And everyone knows that us Sithies are in the middle of fixing that little issue.

@+SpaceJesus+ & @Bigfatpenn I can't seem to find reference to the Sith capturing R-6. We (may) have the requirements to invade the Tion Cluster, but to my knowledge have not actually moved to capture the grid square (yet). There also hasn't been an announcement from any of the involved FL-teams stating the invasion was not challenged.

If you're doing your own version of the map, pleasure be thorough. I'll gladly be proven wrong here, so linking the threads where you base grid square changes on would be ideal. :)
