As the title implies, I'm having trouble applying a custom avatar to my character sub account. I follow the standard procedure that I would normally follow if I wanted to change my OOC account's avatar (drop down menu > Avatar > Choose File > Happiness).
Except whenever I try this with my sub account, I'm met with this message:
I use Google Chrome by default, but tried a couple other browsers (Firefox and Explorer) to see if that would make a difference. No luck. At this point I'm not sure if I messed up in the creation process for my sub account or what the deal is.
Any insight would be appreciated.
