"And we're off!" The next round begins and the combatants wasted no time either shooting at each other or making a run for the ball.

"The Bodyhammer is going for the ball, can he deliever it again?" the commentator posed the question, the Bodyhammer (@Olwin) would be going for the ball indeed. But the droid the Doctor was ready to intercept them. It's whip attack would snap, connect, and start sending electrical impulses into Jurgen, Jurgen's advance would stop then and there. Reeling from the attack and feeling dazed and dizzy, he would accidentally find himself groggy, accidentally stepping somewhere he shouldn't. <Beep> the Hammer would hear <Beep> One more time. Then next there would be an explosion, doing a lot of damage and blowing the Bodyhammer away from the ball. Covered in ash, soot, and now on the ground, some of his armor would be ruined, he would be in pain. "Ah yes, those traps are still out there. They have been rearranged. Make sure to avoid them! Hahaha"

Speaking of those going for the ball, the Krazy Kel (@Tulos) has also been making a run for the ball. But the Hutt overseers of this game knew that there would be force users in this game and made sure that they couldn't avoid them. As the Krazy Kel made his force assisted run, a small wall of purple energy would show itself right in front of him. Trapped by his own momentum from his force speed, he would run into the wall. Once he runs into it, he will be electrified, he would be on the ground as he would many, many volts of electricity coursing through him. Not enough to kill him or knock him out, but to keep him from doing anything besides squirming and screaming as he would be feeling the worst pain possible. "Ooo, the Electrified Ray Shield Trap! Oh no! Ha. I can only imagine what pain is going through Krazy Kel! Hahahohoho" Not to mention at this time, the camera drones would be doing a close up of the Kel dor's agonized face from multiple angles as electricity would crackle through his body.

Suffice it to say, Kel won't be getting up soon, and he won't be able to weather any more damage.

Unlucky nat 1 :(. Krazy Kel skips this new posting round, also any more damage and it's lights out for the for him.

Krazy Kel's can be considered both very unlucky and lucky at the same time. As Hera "The Joyful" Albion (@Black Noise) would attempt to take the Kel Dor out, she would see that instead of firing a blaster bolt, it would extend a flag that says "Bang". In very short succession it would explode, with hard concussive force that would catch her off-guard and impact her hard. Not only that, there would be a shower of confetti that would sprinkle through the radius that would dazzle the audience. "A burst of Confetti!""How 'Joyful!'" they laughed at their own joke. Hera is still in the game round.

Lastly there is the exchange of fire between Ruby Rae (@Xorism) and the Raging Bull (@Sreeya . The Hutt commentators observed the Bull lug around that huge weapon. "Look at the Raging Bull lug around the Anti-Tank Rifle.""It's huuuge!" they had to give props, it was an impressive feat of strength that the crowd liked and cheered. The Rae and Bull fired their weapons at the same time, a blaster bolt from the longer blaster from the Red Sith and a huge blast from the Anti-Vehicle rifle.

The Anti-Vehicle Rifle shot would land close in front of Ruby Rae's feet, the near-light laser cannon grade blast to cause an explosion that would do a lot of damage to Ruby Rae and knocking her backwards. Her armor would be ruined, and she would be bleeding. Altair didn't come out of this unscathed either, as he took a hard blaster bolt to his upper left side. putting a burning hole into his armor raiment. "Attacks are connecting! But no one is knocked out yet, who will be the first to go down?" the Hutts would ask the audience, at the edge of their seats to see who gets the better of who.

 

[Hera "The Joyful" Albion]

"Kriff!" Hera shouted with a laugh as the gun exploded in her hand. A laugh? Her gauntleted hand had just taken the brunt of an explosion from a rigged gun, and she was still laughing? Well, the 'bang' flag was a good joke, so perhaps it wasn't too strange. Having watched the new doctor droid attack her companion with great success, Hera decided it was time to take someone else out of the competition.

Directly in front of her laid the energy lance, and Hera decided she wanted that. Running forward, she snatched up the weapon and targeted the Doctor. Utilizing her previous gathering of the Force, Hera dashed toward the Doctor at the greatest possible speed she could muster. Without hesitation, she aimed to drive the lance through the machine's skull. Additionally, regardless of the success of forcing the lance through its chassis, she fired the lance at him as she dashed.

The game was still three vs three, and that was unacceptable to the Jedi. She would continue to knock her opponents down even if it resulted in more death. Especially if it resulted in more death.

[Jurgen Krusk]

Bits of his armor hung off his frame like rags. As he stood up from the explosion pieces of his chestplate landed on the ground beneath him. Luckily for Jurgen wasn't his, nor was it all that difficult to repair or modify. It was cheap and pretty simple, used as decoration more than anything else. His rebreather hitched as it was damaged from the electricity of the whip paired with the explosion. It was still working strong it just was obviously hurt. Much like Jurgen was.

He shook his head to recenter himself and shake the confusion of the blast off. His ears were still ringing even after that, and hearing came back only halfway through his run to Ruby Rae. That was when he clicked on the jet boots and flew high, gaining speed and momentum. He lowered his blaster to aim at her and let fly two bolts, before dropping right behind her to deliver a dropkick straight to her back.

He would then jump pack to his feet and his hidden buzzsaw would flip out and wirr to life. He would raise it up to the sun, a blinding light glaring off of it, as he would thrust it towards the runner as he ran after her on foot. The first swing would be towards the Achilles Tendon, then up to the back of the calves, then a swing or two along her back. Underneath his cracked helmet, his eyes shone pure malice. He wanted blood as he spoke.

"Stop. Hammer time."

[Altair Din]

Altair was knocked back by the shot, but thankfully his armorweave absorbed a lot of the damage. He wasn’t bleeding, but he certainly couldn’t take solid hits like that again. He coughed as he rose to stand, ditching the heavy weapon in his hand in case he wanted to use it again if anyone got close to goal. As he got closer to mid-field, he used the Force to pull the chainsword to himself. This was a bizarre and ridiculous weapon, but it fit with his melee style.

With the weapon in one hand, Altair dashed towards the ball in an attempt to grab it.

[Doctor]

After successfully striking the Bodyhammer with the whip, the medical droid would see there is chaos all around. The droid thought about taking the ball and trying to run it himself, but wanted to take at least one person out before he attempted. To that end, he turned his attention back to the Bodyhammer. He wouldn't strike with his whip, but he would close in on him and then attempt to but him in a bearhug.

If the bearhug is successful "Friend" is what the droid would say in an lower ominous tone as he would try breaking the alien's bones trying to snap him in half like a twig, trying to break him utterly.

[Nevizkas]

Cyutadakyr felt the tremendous wave of energy pummel her armor and body underneath from the anti-vehicle weapon's near miss. She could only imagine the terrible injury it would cause had it hit her properly, wincing as the ruined armor fell away.

Regaining her footing once again, she made her way for the ball in a deliberate attempt to secure it for her team, forgoing the option to pick up a weapon in order to secure it. The pureblood moved swiftly in an attempt to avoid getting hit by her opponent's attack if it came.

• It was just chaos all around, so much stuff going on, hard to keep track of it all. Everything happened so quickly it seemed.
• When the Doctor attempted to get the Bodyhammer (@Olwin) into a bearhug that was for sure to get him out of the competition...
• But! the Joyful (@Black Noise) rose to the occasion, not only does she have the speed and momentum, but she also has the force guiding her arms and her aim. One blast connected to the Doctor before it grabbed the Jurgen, doing some damage to its's metal shell and staggering him, but the Hera would be able to find joy that her last attack found purchase, impaling the droid's head with the lance.

  Congratulations @Black Noise on your Nat 20. Hera is able to one-shot the Doctor before it could hurt Jurgen.
• Sparking and hissing from where it's head is supposed to be, and now with no spark of life, the life of the droid that wanted to make friends has ended. Or so it seemed.

• The crowd still liked the Raging Bull (@Sreeya) managing to lug around and use the heavy weapon, although he would discard it now, get the chainsword, as he has his sights set on the ball, he would manage to close in all the ball, being almost there, but not as fast as...
• Ruby Rae (@Xorism), the Sith Pureblood would indeed find that her moments are swift and graceful, her movement fast as she managed to get her hands on the ball, beating the Raging Bull to the punch.

• Unfortunately, before Ruby Rae could go too much, Jurgen would try to stop her, responding fast and firing some blaster bolts that would strike her in the back. Having already taken damage from Hera earlier, Ruby Rae couldn't take much more and gave out.

• "Oh my, the carnage!""Yikes, I was rooting for her to get the ball""Theres always next time!"The Sith fell forward with the ball, it ended up rolling a bit closer to the Yellow Team line, Jurgen would be able to inflict more damage now that Ruby Rae would be out and not able to defend herself, but unfortunately all good things must come to an end as medical droids separate Jurgen from Ruby's body and then recover it.

• Having been knocked out by the electric ray shield trap and felt some of the worst pain in existence, there was the silver lining in that Krazy Kel (@Tulos) hasn't been attacked while he was down and out. The Krazy one would be able to stir to his feet and hopefully be able to figure out what to do next, it's now a one vs three situation. "Things are not looking good for Krazy Kel...""But...""But this is Huttball! Anything can happen in Huttball!"

[Bir Vuul]

”Ziplis un ghonno burrrrt,” His words meant nothing, the synapses in his brain smoldering from the electrical currents he had experienced. Pushing himself up from the ground where he had fallen, Bir shook his head viciously before evaluating the situation on the court. Most faces and frames were a shadowy blur but as his vision began to return, he was able to assess that both Ruby Rae and the Doctor had been eliminated.

”Friend…” Bir whimpered sadly as he saw the sparking circuits of the medical droid laying on the pitch, lifeless. Over the years and the numerous visits he had been forced into with the Doctor, he felt they had developed a bond. Seeing him like this was heart breaking, soul crushing… Ambition fueling.

Both the Joyful and the Bodyhammer were closing in on the ball. Raging Bull looked to cut Bir in two. If he was to succeed, he’d need to be fast. Mustering any strength he had remaining, Bir would chase the ball and hopefully slide right in between both the Joyful and the Bodyhammer (and if he was really lucky, perhaps they’d collide and knock each other out. He wasn’t about to get his hopes up, however.

[Hera "The Joyful" Albion]

Hera did not revel too long in her victory, but she did pause to raise her hands to the cheering crowd. Laughing heartily, she tossed aside the medical droid and the lance, opting to take an attempt at going for the ball. No longer using the Force, just straight running, the Jedi made an attempt to rush for the ball as the Sith pureblood lost it. Hera was attempting to grab the ball with both hands and start running for the goalline.

She had done well so far, what could go wrong?

[Jurgen Krusk]

He didn't even need to land before he dropped the runner. She folded right under his two bolts like paper, and that wasn't his intended plan. He wanted to get in and maul her. Kidney shots, punches, swings of the saw, kicks, the whole nine yards. Yet she just went and dropped like a sack of rocks on the floor.

He landed right infront of the fallen lady and kicked one of her hands away. He knew what he had to do. Both of his hands went down to the ball and grabbed it firm in his grips, lifting it high so the crowd could see. He then started running the other way, towards the goal that the woman had ran from. He clicked on his boots and flew high, his rockets primed and ready to get him back to the goal again. And this time hopefully he would not faceplant into it.

• People are almost nail-biting if they aren't already as 2 people are knocked out, leaving Krazy Kel on his own with the triple threat of the Yellow Team.
• Hera "The Joyful" (@Black Noise) would make her way over to the ball, having as much momentum as one could after all she has done. The Bodyhammer @Olwin would do the same as well. But unfortunately, Hera accidentally stepped on something along the way that she would rather not have. :: Beep :: And then an explosion would sound off near where the ball is. This explosion is much bigger than the one Ruby Rae got in at the start of the game, and more powerful as well
• Hera would find herself engulfed in the explosion, being sent back, landing harshly on her back as her armor would be ruined, bloodied, and covered in soot. Hera would be unable to take any more damage. "Oh my! The pyrotechnics, they are incredible.""Hera's been lit up like a Life Day Tree! Hahoho!"
• Her partner Jurgen was right in the vicinity, unfortunately for him at the wrong place and the wrong time, Jurgen would find himself at the edge of the blast radius, send back lightly, although he would find that coming out of the explosion would be a giant metal ball that came out no worse for wear, and it would collide with his skull/helmet harshly with pure bludgeoning force. The audience would shriek in the excitement of the loud impact. Having already taken damage and unable to take more, Jurgen would be out for the count as his flying body would crash into the ground.

• Krazy Kel (@Tulos) was far enough back that he wouldn't be inside the mayhem, fortunately for him. But same with the Raging Bull (@Sreeya)
• While the Krazy One was fixted ont he ball while Hera and Jurgen caught a bad case of explosions, he saw the prize. But this left him open for the Bull to strike, as after revving up his chain saw he would score a hit. A light hit, it would slash through a side of Kel's ribs, spattering alien blood in it's wake, but if not for the fact that the electric ray shield trap having done massive damage to Krazy Kel already, he would collapse.

• With no more Red Team members remaining, the Yellow Team is able to score, although looking at the damaged state that Hera is in, and how better off Altair is, and the unconious state Jurgen is in, it is the Raging Bull that's poised to pick the ball up.

[Bir Vuul]

If there was any chance at pulling a victory from the ashes of their failures, it needed to be a miracle and it needed to be now. Bir danced in a hunched position, switching his weight from one foot to the other with his hands dangling to each side as he chuckled softly. Goggled eyes settled on the marker lights as they began to flash before the initiation of the next round.

“BEGIN!!”

Bir hustled towards the platform, sliding beneath the stairs to the lower level and retrieving the pair of plasma grenades. With a sphere in each hand as he ascended the stairs to the main level of the pitch, his focus settled on Bodyhammer as his thumb switched on both primers.

”Let’s play catch! Ha ha!” Bir shouted as he underhand tossed both grenades in Hammer’s direction in quick unison.

[Jurgen Krusk]

Jurgen was hit in the head again as his vision went black. He didn't really wake up until many hours later, when the doctors had finished up with him. His ears rang, his head throbbed, he wasn't having a good time. And then he was shoved back out on the field again. His already scrappy looking armor was fixed up with whatever scrap pieces that could be found and shaped.

He was not all the way there as he stood on the field, seemingly not focusing on anything. His gate was slightly off, his eyes low at first, and he just simply stumbled out from the back room to the field. When the bell rang for them to rush he simply bolted ahead towards the ball, either to grab it from the field or to fight off those who would go for it.

Admiration would have to come later, as Cyutadakyr crashed back into the area for possibly the last time. Being down two points with the finishing timer right around the corner made it nigh impossible for a classic comeback story, but that wouldn't stop the Red team from trying to get in the last goal before the end.

The pureblood knew their best hope lay in knocking out the strongest competitor, the raging bull himself. Cyu never fancied herself a matador and was content for the doc to take point. Still, in doing so she would telekinetically pull the blue lightsaber to herself, igniting it and moving up to join her ally in attacking the man, the myth, the legend himself. Snarling with delight, she coiled the force and set upon him, hoping to overwhelm the Demon Prince together.

Her attack, if successful, would be intended to slash at Altair's pretty face while she looked on with anticipation of the pain she might inflict.

The new game round begins again and there isn't much time left he can tell, the Red Team will have to hustle if they want to win. Doctor would start overclocking his performance to do so. The Doctor would run over towards the SC blaster carbine and then start picking it up and then he would start going up the middle stair towards where the ball is in. Doctor would raise his rifle towards one of the other team members, rifle aimed towards Raging Bull, for not particular reason and then fire a barrage of blaster shots towards him, going for the center of mass the most logical place for one to aim for, hoping to land some damage. "Friend"

Hera, moving as quickly as she could, rushed to grab the Wookiee projectile rifle and fire off a shot at the sith pureblood.

30hrs of work over this 48 period, sorry all. Small post. 15/20 roll to shoot xor’s character. I promise I’m not trying to bully you this was already re-planned as my action before I rolled.

 

[Altair Din]

With red team completely wiped and Hera staggering from her mishap, Altair moved towards the ball. He was in his element. He knew what to do. The crowds cheered, people were standing up, but all he could look at was the goal. Altair grabbed the ball and charged towards it, his tail swishing back and forth behind him.

The tiefling was always an entertainer - his charm was what allowed him to stumble into Imperial leadership and get a loyal following of soldiers. A bit of that flair bled in right then as he charged the goal and jumped into the air. He spiraled like a thrown football, sailing over the goal with the ball firmly clutched in his arms.

The crowds screamed as Yellow Team scored the second goal courtesy of the infamous Raging Bull.

Of course, all glory had to come to an end. As the new round began, Altair made for the neuronic whip, musing whether or not it could ever find uses in the bedroom with the settings lowered. His brain decidedly turned to mush, he set his sights on the creepy droid, lashing out with the whip to short circuit Doc.

Meanwhile, Altair was so used to the Pureblood spending most of the game taking a nap on the ground that he didn’t see an attack coming whatsoever..

• The combatants wasted no time leaping into the fray, as the new round began.
• As Jurgen (@Olwin) went for the ball, Krazy Kel (@Tulos) picked up the plasma grenade and opted to throw two of them at the former. Quite the risk doing this at the onset and throwing both of them, but luckily for him his underhanded throw would find purchase. Unfortunately, Jurgen wasn't moving with grace or speed, both of them would land right in front of Jurgen's path, when they exploded, it would engulf the Bodyhammer in a superheated explosion. "Kablew-e! A big Kablew-e!"
• Luckily for him, he wasn't so close to the blast radius that he would instantly die, but regardless he would find his most of armor burned off, bits of it burning into his skin trying to fuse. It would be very painful. He would also be knocked backwards, and won't find himself getting back up.

  A roll of 5 is a fail, thus Jurgen is KOed between that and Kel's grenade attack.
• "Oh my, now the Bodyhammer just got bodied!""This is just like Rae when she got blown up at the start of the game. Haha"
• As the Doctor fired blaster shots at the Raging Bull (@Sreeya), he would find that the shots would miss, either from bad aim, the Bull dodging them. Only one blaster shot would land, and it was only a glancing hit at that on the Bull's right shoulder. For the Bull's part, the neuronic whip connected to the Doctor, it was a glancing blow as well, but no less potent as the droid is susceptible to electricity. Static would run the droid as it freezes up for a moment and is taken aback. "The droids is in shock! Someone call a doctor! Haha"
• How things happen so quickly, as the Ruby Rae (@Xorism) lands a lightsaber slash in the face of the Raging Bull, the audience would be collectively in shock as sparks would fly from the hit, it wouldn't be a full on hit, but it's no comfort to the Raging Bull as his raiment helmet was destroyed and he would feel harsh burns on his head. The Raging Bull is in the game, but can't take any more damage. "Ouch, that was a brutal hit! That's got to hurt." Still, it is impressive to remain standing after such a hit
• Speaking of Ruby Rae, she would find himself being taken aback by a shot from a wookie projectile rifle coursety of Hera "The Joyful" Albion! (@Black Noise). Hera would land a big slug from the wookie weapon, hitting her in the tatas, knocking her down from the impact of the hit and destroying her raiment in the area, she would feel the pain from it and she would feel the wind knocked out of her. "A great shot!""Yes""Indeed"
• "Time is ticking down, the players are still giving their all! This is a great game!""One that will go down in history for sure!"
