Open to Indies and 5S that are interested in Black Sun and looking to join it.
Tatooine, regardless of whatever government was currently over the planet, was still the same old, same old. It was the planet's unchanging culture that still made it one of the best planets for the basic criminal to lay low. Rolobhaalorak was here to see if he could pick up a criminal or two. Black Sun and Crimson Dawn had been nothing but rumors in the shadow of the Hutts, Pykes, and newly founded Zann Consortium. It was finally time for at least Black Sun to take it's rise to power. Of course, Bhaal was not in it for just power. He had a little sister to take care of, but the Wookiee was going to mold this galaxy into a place where she won't have to grow up fearing that an Imperial dreadnought might destroy her home.
Bhaal was a complex fellow. Freedom was important to him, and sometimes the law hindered one from doing what needed to be done. At first, the Black Sun Syndicate treated the Wookiee like a pit beast, but after earning their respect (and maybe pity) they had treated him as their own. Under the Wookiee's rule, Bhaal wanted to see Black Sun turn into something more than just a criminal organization. Stealing from those who had little, and that included their own freedom, was not something Bhaal was going to allow. Stealing from those who had much, however, was always going to be on the table.
In the Mos Eisley Cantina, Bhaal was to meet a woman who shared those similar ideals. Hopefully, there would be more than just her. After the destruction of Kashyyyk, Bhaal's lawful ideals shifted as did most of his kind. If no one was willing to do what was right, Bhaal would find a way. Whether it be 'convincing' senators to speak up about the tyrannies of others to silence those that would speak out against those trying to make a difference. This galaxy was in for a rude awakening, and Rolobhaalorak was going to shake it up.
