Ask Dathomir Two broken minds collide

[Jerex Dorn]

Dathomir, what a wonderful planet it was, a wonderful, deadly planet with nothing but strong creatures, deadly plants and a great connection to the force. However, the connection was strong, yet very different to anything the old legionnaire had ever experienced before, that's why he came there, to explore the planet and find more about it, just a personal study, a personal experience that would help him understand what he believed in even more. Nothing had bothered him so far, he heard myths of the witches of the planet and their nightbrothers of course, but as far as he knew, they were extinct, hell, it was very likely that Jerex was the only sentient being in the planet at the moment, not many could appreciate it's beauty or true uniqueness.

So, there he was, at the moment taking a small rest, eating some of the provisions he had brought with him while resting in front of the bonfire he had just created with some wood and pyrokinesis, he would rest just for an hour or two, appreciate the calming, yet terrifying nature of the planet before venturing inside the deepest parts of the planet, a dangerous task, but nothing was gained without taking risks.

[Olorun]

"Ha, haha." Olorun laughed out loud to himself. There was no reason behind it, no inside joke, no funny visual of a Rancor falling over or a memory, he just randomly laughed. It happened often though Olorun himself never noticed, a few decades on your own dimmed down your senses to your own actions. The little yellow and green man, was walking through the giant overgrown bushes of Dathomir, one hand resting on the holo-tap of his savior, Sidious. He thumbed the small piece of durasteel like an addict, making sure that it was still in his possession every minute or so. He was dressed in rags, a hood pulled up over his big pointy ears, from the distance he would look like a Jawa or an Uggnaut just going about their day in the middle of a deadly forest with nothing else around them for miles but death and destruction.

"He, haha." He laughed again as he walked through a small puddle, he had been here before, long ago, long before he found his purpose, when he was looking for the Force. He had travelled across most of the outer rim and Dathomir had been his stop more than once. The deep burrowed energies of what others called the Dark Side were calling out to him once he left his cave, perhaps its here that he can begin the Prophecy and bring back 'The Exalted One'. He smiled to himself, a big yellow tooth grin as he stumbled into the camp of a rather strange looking fellow. "What are you doing here? " He asked accusingly.

[Jerex Dorn]

Well, wasn't that a surprise? Jerex thought he was totally alone in the planet at the moment, that no sentient creature was around, yet he started hearing someone laughing in the distance, it didn't take long for him to find out who was laughing after setting his eyes on a small creature that asked him who he was. A smirk caused on his face, now that he was face to face with the little man, seeing how the small creature didn't decide to hide his presnece, Jerex could sense the force in him, the dark side, or at least he thought so, he wasn't all that sure, it could just be the overwhelming presence of the planet for all he knew. Still, this was an interesting meeting and the old legionnaire wanted to see where it went.

"Hello, my name is Jerex Dorn, I am just exploring interesting places of the galaxy, a tourist, basically" The old man replied calmly, looking at the strange creature with a smile on his face "There are many special planets in the galaxy, but this one...is truly unique, one of a kind, not only because the history behind it but because of...something special within it, don't you think?" Jerex added, his eyes set on the little creature once more, trying to read his movements after that question, he would determine how much knowledge the creature had of the force by observing what he did next "You must understand if you came here, right? No mere looter or hunter would come to this place, am I wrong?".

[Olorun]

Olorun wasn't quite sure about this fellow, he talked a lot. The little creature cocked its head to one side as the man kept talking, his eyes narrowing as he tried to understand his motives for being here. Olorun had never seen this man before, which was weird, he mainly saw the same people day to day, there was that one little green dude who was really handsome, the other little green dude who was a bit of a jerk and kept eating Olorun's food and the other green skinned guy who kept saying he was taller than him, but Olorun knew it was only because he was standing on a bigger rock than him.

"Haha." He laughed as he walked over the man's little camp, appearing to ignore the questions as he tried to figure out more about this weird looking thing. He ate food, which was good, but it didn't look that nice, he huffed as he gazed over the meagre portions he brought, why wasn't their any for him? Finally he turned and faced the inconsiderate creature. "It would be better with food. Yup, hahaha. Food." He scampered across the little clearing after he spoke looking to see if there was anyone else around, before turning around and glaring straight into the eyes of the Human, the air seemed to thicken around him as he growled towards Jerex, the decades of force practice in the cave coming to the surface filling his aura with hate and anger. "I came here for my business and that of the galaxy Dorn. I am no worthless little looter come to this scared of places. And a tourist seems like a feeble excuse for one to visit such a remote and hostile world." Olorun stopped for a second before laughing out loud to himself again, all essence of malice gone from his tiny frame.

[Jerex Dorn]

Jerex stared calmly as he watched the tiny man go from laughing to getting angry to laughing once again, the rapid change of emotions feeling so unnatural yet real, this small man was broken, and he had the force, there was no doubt about it. However, insanity didn't mean stupidity, Jerex knew that all too well, the creature quickly realized the meaning of his words once its mind was a bit more clear and started talking back, saying that he certainly wasn't a looter and implying that Jerex wasn't a mere tourist. This, of course, was true.

"A feeble excuse indeed, but not completely a lie, not from a certain point of view." Jerex said, a smile on his face as he responded, using the force to nonchalantly give Olorun one of his rations, this was, of course, something that most people wouldn't be able to understand, a manifestation of the force was rare nowadays, however, this was the best way to figure out if the small being was special or just a madman "However, my experiences here will hopefully help me in the future, for I too aim to do something that leaves my mark in the galaxy." He added, taking a bite of his portion before talking once again, letting his words sink in "May I ask what your business is? If you don't mind, of course"
