The struggling form of the captured spy got another heel to the stomach as Dennys kept sitting on the bound man's back. When he had called Kal to come to Ossus, it was for something completely different than for dealing with Espionage. In perhaps a burst of wisdom brought from his many travels, the older man had starting thinking of the future instead of just living in the present. Perhaps it was Cregan's death, a man that Dennys had almost killed once, then came to respect and love like a son in law. He'd been around the galaxy since then, tying up loose ends from various meetings and debts he owed. The droid son of his old friend Alphonse had been saved and brought back to his home, to live out the rest of his days in solitude away from the fires of war. He'd helped Henric get some of his countrymen to safety, to the same planet in fact, to escape the ravages of the Alderaanian/Hutt war. Delivering a person here, helping a person there, one by one all his obligations were taken care of.

Now, there was just the beginning and the end, in a matter of speaking. He figured that what he and Kal would need to take care of the latter would be found on Ossus, yet after he'd sent the message asking to meet with the man here, Dennys had found someone poking around where he shouldn't be. A can of whoop-ass later and the weak-ass bitch-ass spy was now bound and waiting for the Dark Lord's tender ministrations. If there was one thing that Dennys couldn't stand anymore, it was Jedi and Jedi sympathizers. There were no one left in the Jedi that Dennys could call a friend anymore, all of them dead. Now, the rest just needed to burn. He hoped Kal wouldn't take much longer, he knew the man was readying for an assault yet the older man felt this matter was just as important. Especially now that there seemed to be Jedi on Ossus.

Darth Kravos wasn't in the habit of answering summons or request for meetings even from Sith Masters, but the truth was, he liked Dennys. The Dark Lord wasn't a friendly man, but the two had met face to face on a few occasions, got along well enough, and more than that, he'd helped Andraste multiple times. He'd stood beside Cregan and Andraste when they went to fight Syresh Lapar - something that Kravos still regretted not being present for - and that bought him a great deal of good will int he Dark Lord's book.

Plus, the proposition that Dennys had levied was an interesting one, Kravos couldn't deny. Not only did Kravos's anger burn hotter against the Jedi than ever before after the loss of Cregan, but he also was interested in the potential resources that could be gained from this meeting.

Congratulations Master Waszylla. Is this the man you called me about? he asked, acknowledging the man's new rank within the Empire. Well deserved as far as Kravos was concerned. He looked next to the man he was sitting on. A Jedi? he asked with a hint of acid in his voice that he didn't bother to hide. And you think he has some information we could use? he asked. It wasn't the first Jedi he'd interrogated and the two most recent hadn't survived the ordeal. This one probably wouldn't either.

Dennys took a beer from his fanny pack and held it up for Kravos to take, if he wanted. He'd used the Force to keep it nice and cold, just in case. "The reason I called you out here has changed a bit, but perhaps in a good way. So, I've been thinking about Cregan's death. It made me sit down and think, after I'd snapped a couple Jedi necks in anger. We're all gonna die at some point, some sooner than later. We're making something huge here, rather Andraste made something huge that we helped with. We need to leave something behind, to future generations. What we learned, what we have gone through, all of these lessons and more could help keep the Empire alive and thriving for centuries. That's why I was thinking we could snag some holocrons from here on Ossus, make our own holocrons and get one you can bring back to Andraste, if you want."

The spy struggled again and Dennys backhanded him across the face. "As I was checking out the Temple, though, I found this asshole standing guard and trying to be sneaky. Goddamn amateur, I know what to look for when people try to be sneaky. He was supposed to be guarding that." Dennys pointed to a nearly hidden opening to the foundation of the Sith Temple, which rested over what had been the Jedi temple before it was destroyed. "Apparently a Jedi Master and some hired goons, or just Jedi sympathizers, decided to go in and gather some artifacts before us Sith found them. The info on his datapad makes it seem there's more down there, but I figured that if anyone could get him to spill the beans, you can. You're just as much of a BADASS as I am. I figured we could take care of this guy, find out what he knows, then go down and kill those sons of bitches then grab those holocrons. One last vacation for me, after this I'm going to devote my full time to the Sith, wherever you need me. What say you?"

Kravos listened to what the man said, thinking it was a lot, but paying attention. After all, the Jedi seemed to have something that they wanted and the Dark Lord nodded. Very good, he said. Good work, he said, walking slowly over toward the Jedi.

So you've been causing trouble for my friend here? he asked the Jedi, pushing a thumb in Dennys's direction. He gripped the man's throat with the Force, holding him in place so that Dennys could rise off of him before flipping the man bodily over by his throat, slamming him back into the ground.

Are you going to tell me where they are? he asked. He didn't even know why he bothered asking. The man was opening his mouth to curse at the Dark Lord when he turned to Dennys. Would you hold him down for me? This is going to be messy, he said. It was probably some form of understatement, but when someone like Kravos said it would be messy... well....

It was a good day when Dennys got to see Kal work. He could tell the man enjoyed what he did, so when he was asked to hold him down he knew things were going to kick off with a bang. Raising his middle finger at the captive man, he used Force Stasis to freeze the man in the exact pose that his friend would need. As in all things, Dennys thought that his little tweaks on usual use of the Force only added to the experience. If his raised middle finger showing the absolute loss of hope for any salvation for this motherkriffer then he knew he had done his job. With his other hand he gave Kal a thumbs up to let him know it was time for him to do his ting. Good thing most of his shirt was already red. Kal's victims tended to be rather juicy.

It seemed the Jedi was a resistant one, and though he couldn't move, he reached out with the Force to try to grip and break Dennys's raised middle finger. It would no doubt earn him another kick in the face, but he was unlikely to make it out of this alive anyway. He wondered if the action would earn him an additionally painful death or greater ire from his captors.

Dennys would only have to avoid having his finger broken for a moment as Kravos knelt down extending his hand out over the man's forehead before reaching out with the Force. A lone Jedi Knight had little chance of standing against the Sith Lord and Kravos unleashed enough energy into his mind to easily break through whatever meager defenses the man might be able to conjure. For added benefit, he also stimulated the nerves within his body, causing them to fire all at once and scream into his mind that he was in physical pain.

As he did, he let his own willpower slam into the Jedi's mind. It would take some time, which was precisely why he wanted the man held down, but it wouldn't take long. There'd be little he could do to resist. The first memories to slip were of dear friends and fellow Jedi who the prisoner was hoping not to lose. He hoped in vain that they would be protected. They would not, which meant that it was only a matter of time until Kravos found what they were looking for.

Dennys was a worldly man of usually simple, efficient thoughts. When the Jedi tried to break his finger with the Force, the solution came to him easily. He reached up his other arm and grabbed his middle finger, using his strength to keep the digit from breaking under the Knight's grasp. This would easily keep his focus and his bones intact while Kal was able to finish gathering what information he needed. Any second now and the blood would probably start to flow. He kept his guard up in case the Knight had any other tricks, though by now Kal should have a firm grasp on things. He grinned, waiting for it to all to finish so they could truly get started. The day wasn't getting any longer, after all.

Kravos was vaguely aware of the sound of crunching bone as the Jedi's finger rent under the grip of the Sith Master. He didn't pay much attention to it other than to exploit it. The agony the man felt was enough to pull his mind away from defending against the Dark Lord, not that it would have made a great deal of difference even if he had resisted.

He poured his attention into the man's mind, not choosing the subtle approach as he pounded into the man's mind like a hammer, smashing away whatever walls the man had erected. It blasted down the walls and with it, elements of the man's sanity. He didn't care if he kept the man's mind intact, all he cared about was getting the information they were after.

The Dark Lord caught glimpses of the man's passion for the Jedi and his friends. He feared betraying them, and that was exactly what he would be forced to do. After a moment, the Dark Lord found what he was looking for. It was a glimpse of holocron materials hidden deep within the library. Whether the man had been sent here to collect them, happened to know about them, or had been a preserver for them, he didn't know.

He heard the man screech as he ripped the remainder of the information from his mind before laying still. The holocrons are below, he said. There will be guards, he commented, wondering what they would find below, but he didn't seem to be too concerned. They had their job to do. Do you need to do anything before we proceed?

"Nah, I'm good. I was already prepared to go down there with you, now we know what to expect. I'm ready to open a huge can of whoop-ass if you are." He grinned at his friend before leading him towards the opening that had been hidden nearby. Taking point, as was his usual role, Dennys hopped down into the hole and lit his teal lightsaber to use as light for now. He still answered his call, though Dennys felt that perhaps before long he wouldn't anymore. Another relic to leave to a later person, one worthy to wield it. For now, though, they had some Jedi to kick the ass of. Ah, it was going to be a good, good day. And he still had some beer left for afterwards.
