DESCRIPTION
A simple design, rudimentary construction training Lightsaber found by Atraxis in the Jedi Temple on Ossus after it was abandoned, and given by him to Tsara Tarr to help expand her Lightsaber proficiency. The practice implement is nonlethal, and has a static length setting of 1 (one) meter for the blade. The handle has a loop at its base so it can be attach to a belt or rung. The blade is also a 'safe' blade, in that it does not produce excessive heat or a frequency conducive for cutting, making most blows with it nonlethal, and the cuts skin deep at most. The heat could give 1st or potentially 2nd degree burns if sustained against a person's skin.It would take a lot of effort to kill someone with the training saber. More effort than Tsara could presently muster more than likely.
The blade color is bright blue.
LEGALITY
Like any Lightsaber, it's not legal for a non Sith to carry, and given the present climate, not safe to carry out in the open with the Mandalorians attacking anyone who possesses one.Tsara tends to leave it in her travel pack.
INTENT
For the sake of continuity, as she was given the practice saber in the thread 'Arrival On Ossus'. The saber will prove useful for character progression as Tsara is a Force Sensitive learning the greater ranges of the Force, and what it means to be both a Jedi, and a Sith.It will also make for a fun bluff weapon in situations where she draws and ignites it. Great way to cause a stand off, or back off the foes that don't like to gamble.
