Troy Walker is a man hell bent on hunting down criminals and bringing them to justice. This solo crusade he is on is largely attributed to his abusive alcoholic father. A known criminal and troublemaker whom planted within Troy a deep seeded hatred of all things criminal. Troy walks along the grey line of morality as he does everything in his power to put away men like his father. All the while running the risk of becoming just like the very thing he hates most, his father.
Biography
Troy Walker was born and raised on the backwater planet of Bacrana. The first of two sons to Arthur Walker, a career criminal and no good father. Troy grew up poorer than most and without many positive role models to look up to. Sadly the Walker family had a stained reputation of being criminals, as nearly every one of them died young or spent most of their life in prison. The only good thing to speak of was his younger brother Brett who Troy practically raised due to their absentee mother and father. It was a tough childhood for the both of them, something that even as a grown adult still haunts Troy.
Eventually as he grew older the fear of his father was outweighed by the anger. Often this would lead to violent clashes between him and Arthur, much of the time leading to Troy being forced out of the house. During one of the more extreme fights he was kicked out for good, left to fend for himself on the streets. With few friends and a twisted gut full of rage Troy bounced around from house to house. That is until he found a family that took him in and practically adopted him.
This family lived on a farm and would often work the anger directly out of Troy. It seemed he finally found the role models he always needed in his life. Unfortunately Troy had all of this while his brother Brett suffered alone under the mercy of their father. Troy was no longer their to protect him from the man, so when the day came for Troy to return home he wasn't surprised to find that Brett ran away. Returning to his new found home and the family he accepted as his own Troy would live the life of a simple man.
The day he turned eighteen he recived word his father had drank himself to death. Leaving a cold shadow that would loom over Troy for the rest of his days.
When it came time for him to go his own way Troy never forgot about where he came from. He carried his last name around as a reminder to himself to always do better than the man that raised him. Thus Troy walked the opposite path of his father and became a lawman. He served as an officer for quite some time until he began to come into contact with his younger brother Brett. Knowing his younger brother had ties with the Hutt Cartel this caused conflict within him and his department. Troy resigned as a Law Enforcement officer and would then open up his own private office. He now works as a private detective and heads his own office. On his spare time he puts together cases against the Hutt Cartel and it's members. Although he can put away the lower ranking cartel members nothing ever seems to stick against the elite of the illegal organization.
That being said Troy's determination for justice has never wavered.

Personality
Troy is a man who is motivated by a deep seeded hatred towards crime and criminals. This anger he holds within himself is kept chained by his work. By arresting and detaining the galaxy's worst the weight of his anger eases for a short time. That is until his next case falls on his lap and it yet again consumes him. It's a sad circle Troy spins for himself, always working on his cases until their completion then once finished, starting another. Having no time for anything else.
This continual work cycle has taken its toll on Troy's social life. As his work seems to take up all of his spare time he finds no room for friends or even his family. That's not to say he isn't social, quite the opposite actually, he just doesn't have time to forge relationships. The reason being is because Troy is such a great Lawman he doesn't have much time to be anything else. He's accepted this as a fact of life and quite frankly it's the life he chooses. He is one of the most stubborn people most would ever know. This stubbornness aids his determination, because once Troy sets his mind on a task nothing can stop him from seeing it through.
He's firm in his beliefs and once challenged will never waiver. Regardless of the odds Troy has never been known to back down from a confrontation of any kind. He's strong willed, almost fool hardy, and as such it takes a reasonable voice to calm him. He's rough, rowdy and tends to deal in extremes. A man whom only see's black and white, your either good or bad, never both. Shades of grey are for cowards who can't admit who they are. He'd respect a man who knows what he is and doesn't pretend to be something he's not. Exceptions can be made and most of the time they are made for his younger brother Brett. Besides Brett few others get to see the good side of Troy.
Troy is a good man with a solid sense of right and wrong. He will always try to do the right thing no matter the circumstances and he is by no means selfish. He cares for others and doesn't like to watch people suffer needlessly. He knows what it's like to come from a hard life and because of that he can be very understanding. That being said someones past does not define their future and because of this excuses have little merit to him. He's a simple man with simple pleasures, money is of no great importance to him and he doesn't desire any fame. He's only guided by what he thinks is right and by stopping those who do wrong.
