Not many saw Ando Prime as beautiful, or worthy of conquest. But for Eva Stark, this was her homeland, the place where her first two children were born, and where many traditions were laid as law.
It was also the seat of a new change for her people, and a new beginning to a life most had assumed ended nearly six years ago. But many changes were coming for this land and its' people; promises had been made, alliances drawn, and plans pushed into motion. However, there were also people that she considered kin, and under her protection; she sought to make it true not only in the eyes of society, but in hers as well.
Eithni Vala would not be her heir, but she would inherit a few things when the mantle of Jarl passed to a better leader, hopefully far more visionary than she. The girl was impulsive, curious, but strong, resilient in her own way, and had become like a second daughter to the woman. Perhaps in her current state, her sense of family was far more keen than usual, but she envisioned a great many things for her clan; one of which was a tenent of Mandalorian culture she had grown to appreciate.
Not all clans were forged by blood, after all. She, too, would see Stark expand and thrive. All this would start with this girl. It was time for Stark to not judge its' values on strength and survivability alone; too long did they linger on traditional Deucalian values, and what did it bring them? Her inheritance was a pittance of old Jarls and their worthless pride.
The girl had, perhaps, never been to a cold planet before; within the bundle of a wampa pelt was a thermal suit for the girl. She was due to arrive at any moment.
They had much to catch up on, it seemed.
