Personality
Even before his knighting Tristan gained a well-earned reputation among his peers and his superiors as a renegade of sorts “Kemny’s little firebrand” as he was called with the personality to match. Despite this Tristan is still largely speaking defined by his loyalty and love for his friends as well as his openness, compassion, understanding, able to laugh and be jovial. These typical "Jedi traits" take a back seat to what some in the order consider to be dangerous precursors because of his “Passions” for example, at times Tristan has shown the ability to be downright vindictive, not quick to forget a slight and slower to forget who slighted him, combined with a strong dose of pragmatism and pessimism about how the order is ran and what they should be doing to combat the Sith. This ties into Tristan's outright distaste of idealism and especially those in the order which openly preach it. Overall, Tristan is nice but best not try to push him.
Biography
Tristan was born to a middle-class farming family on the Outer-Rim world of Concord Dawn. As is the nature of subsistence farming, some seasons could bring abundance, the next crippling famine. Unfortunately for the Alexandrius clan famine would strike hard one season forcing them into despotic poverty and starvation. This season hit the surrounding farm families hard as well causing great desperation among those affected. If it wasn't for the intervention of Jedi master Hora Kemny, who just so happened to be on-world at the time for undisclosed reasons, his family and the other neighboring farm families would have surely starved. It was this invention that allowed for the discovery of Tristan force sensitivity, as a way to reward the Jedi master and to ensure that their son would be given a way better life than they could ever ensure. Tristan was "gifted" to master Kemny and left Concord Dawn to began his official training under the Dathomirian. Years would pass as Tristan grew under the loving but disciplined care of Kemny developing a strong force bond with his master, a bond that would see him through rougher time yet ahead. However, despite this. Tristan would make it though and develop enough to officially be knighted and continue to work alongside his old master before her untimely death at the hands of the Sith (or so he was told), an event which is still fresh upon the memory of the present young knight. Tristan personally made a note of seeing her body off and just happened to learn that in her will she bequeathed to him her personal ship the “Swift Justice”, a ship Tristan was all to familiar with from years aboard and a few trinkets from her past in a despot box in a secret compartment on the ship. With a newfound purpose, Tristan is resolute to face the galaxy and all it has to challenge him.
Skills
Tristan is objectively one of the stronger lightsaber duelists of his generation, noted early by master Kemny for being a quick study with the blade and quickly developed a love and adeptness with Form V and its innate aggression and offensive prowess, small touches of Form IV, for its acrobatics and agility and Form II, the style of master Kemny. Tristan has flirted once with Dar-kai but it was nothing but a experiment at most, however the exitance of a smaller shinto blade created after his main blade does always allows for a fall back option. In terms of Force abilities and power Tristan again proved to be a fair study but not nearly as quick as with the blade. Master Kemny put much emphasis on focused meditation, a practice that helped increase Tristan’s connection to the living force. However, in terms of practical application, one must keep in mind Tristan is still a new knight and as such, most of his force powers and ability are middling and can easily increase his power as times goes on
