Welcome to round two! With the few dedicated fighters that we have left, we should start to see some better combat here. Unfortunately I can't control people, so I apologize to those who got stuck with non-posters. I'm proud of all of you so far for remaining civil and doing what you can despite the circumstances, saw some pretty interesting stuff last round and hope to see some more. Things are pretty simple from here, we all know the drill. Your name is down below with your previous results, and your new draw. If you were eliminated last round, there's hope yet! Keep reading for more info. For those who passed, good luck!

Rules are the same as last round, nothing has changed. Play fairly, be nice to each other and I hope I don't need to talk to any of you OOC'ly. If you have issues, contact me via skype or PM to get my attention, or tag me here.

Your arena. I will not be including a picture, it is up to you to write it. Your new arena for this round is an urban setting. I don't care what you make it, just make it fair and reasonable. Think small town/very small city. No skyscrapers or large industrial buildings, just a small urban setting. Everything else is up to you and whoever gets to chance to make it. First posters and thread creators again get extra credit for the final. Be sensible with it.

For those of you who were eliminated last round. I am setting up another round for you guys and any additional newcomers. This will be your last chance to get back into the bracket and make it into the finals, provided you write well. This will be your last chance, and nothing will be tolerated. If you're up for it, let me know below so I can write up a draw. Post saying you're interested, else I can't help you.

For those of you who are newly joining us, and want to participate but missed the initial opening. Post in the info and sign-up threads in the Sith OOC and I will find you a partner. This will be the last intake for newcomers and previously eliminated contestants. I will not be making any exceptions, nor accepting excuses beyond this point. So let me know! I would like responses in two days, after that I'll close off registration.

You shouldn't be but unfortunately it's not up to me anymore. I'm no longer Sith AFL. You can hit up any of the Sith staff to see what they plan to do with the Tourney. Might be scrapped entirely?

Feel free to continue with the fights that have both participants. @Velus I'm afraid I can't tell you yet what we're going to do with the tourney yet, but it's safe to say you will not be eliminated and I'll call it an auto-win for you in this round.

Probably not for long.

That sounds stupid, I know, but we'd rather have you learn PvP the hard way in missions threads that move the main story than to have everyone in this faction PvP each other constantly because at least here 'there's no chance of my PC dying'.

I can see the reasoning behind that. I just have two characters that would love a chance to prove themselves in a tournament setting.

Unfortunately, since the departure of @Ecclessey from his position as AFL, this will mark the third change of hands this tournament has undergone since it was originally started back on May 12th. After some discussion with @Phoenix on the matter, we've decided to close the tournament down rather than allowing it to continue. As was mentioned by Ecclessey a couple posts above, this will likely be the last tournament we will hold for quite a while. That said, if you are currently participating in an ongoing duel and would like to see it through to completion, you are free to do so.

Apologies for any inconveniences, we just felt this was the best course of action. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact either myself or Phoenix.
