I've even avoided buying MW and ME just because I want to be independent.
Thats... Very odd. Caring so much as to limit what you buy is just as bad.

You're one to talk, Fandalorian. :CStern:
Besides, once she started comparing fans to the Taliban, I couldn't figure out why people still liked her. Oh, and I normally avoid bandwagons - I've even avoided buying MW and ME just because I want to be independent.
I wasn't aware being a Fando was a band wagon now as it's a very small group that is oft persecuted...and I'm a furry to boot.

Well, I personally think MW is overrated. And besides, I'm a hermit - I couldn't care less about other people and their trends.
You should jump on the go vote for Meeting on Ord Mirit bandwagon.
And yeah I know. Jedi Temple blah blah...
tbh, I don't care about Traviss writing the GoW plot. I'll rent it just like I rented the second, I'll beat the campaign just for the lulz, then I'll take it back and never look at it again.
You are furry? This pleases me. You should make a Winters. =3
Woah. You actually read the articles?@%#$! Read the article a few weeks ago and forgot to vote.
She ****ed around with Mandalorians and the Clone Wars. It's her story ideas I have a problem with in Star Wars, thus, when she's not writing in Star Wars, I don't care about her.Just wondering... How is this bad? I loved her books and is terribly mad at the library right now because they only have two. Sacrafice was so good, I just about cried during it. How can having such and excellent writer, in my opinion, writing that stuff be bad?
Why was her interpretation of the Mando Culture bad?
I personally like it.
It wasn't just an interpretation, it is the ONLY interpretation. Why was her interpretation of the Mando Culture bad?

It pretty much glorified a genocidal (omnicidal?) race.
The society is very much about Honor, Courage, and a strong family.
they wish to conquer the galaxy like Ancient Rome wanted to conquer the Earth, except the Mando's don't kill EVERYONE in their way.

Right.........yeah no....being genocideal is actually AGAINST mandalorian principles. They avoid non-combatants as much as possible, anyone who wishes can become a Mandalorian (even from the people that they have beat), they wish to conquer the galaxy like Ancient Rome wanted to conquer the Earth, except the Mando's don't kill EVERYONE in their way.
The society is very much about Honor, Courage, and a strong family.
Yeah, that's exactly how it worked. Rome wanted to take over the world and tried to do it by killing EVERYONE in there way. I thought you said you studied ancient history?
Right, because you know...next time I'll make sure to explain ****ING EVERYTHING. I don't feel like writing out three paragraphs you ARROGANT PRICK.
When you make a statement like that, saying the Romans killed everyone in their way (which is absurd), don't expect not to be called out on it.Right, because you know...next time I'll make sure to explain ****ING EVERYTHING. I don't feel like writing out three paragraphs you ARROGANT PRICK.
ARROGANT PRICK.
