Control the routes to the Galactic South decreed the empress. She raised up Moff Tilbury to establish a buffer zone on the neck of the Correllian run centered on Gamor. He was assisted by a young Sith Crusader, Saric Noms as his aide de campe. The armies were deployed and found little resistance, but in consolidating the Imperial presence the following need addressing:
The long night
Location: Milagro
Situation: the working population of Milagro were largely unfased by the change of regime - one taskmaster is as bad as another. However, they sat up and noticed when the tariffs meant that local factories started going out of business. The ensuing civil unrest threatens to cripple the sector.
Tasking: 1x military, 1x administrative personnel
Mission: you will take charge of a district's civil defence force where a riot is expected. Formulate a plan of action, quell the riot and survive the night

Location: Bacrana
Situation: Bacrana's privileged position and advanced civilisation means that an alternative strategy is required.
Tasking: 1x negotiator, 1x bodyguard/intelligence advisor
Mission: negotiate a settlement agreement. The ruling party may retain domestic control as long as they conform to the empire's foreign and trade policy. If the incumbents won't agree, find a faction that will. Alerting the local population to our involvement will, of course, defeat the object.

Situation: mining operations have begun in earnest. However, the local population have started a guerilla war from their network of caves.
Tasking: 2x commandos
Mission: intelligence has tracked down what they think is the leadership of the resistance. Take a crack team of commandos into the cave network and show no mercy.

Situation: there are reports of strange goings on on this planet, believed to be connected to a force phenomenon.
Tasking: 1x Sith academic (or similar); 1x bodyguard/assistant
Mission: document the phenomena and advise the Moff on policy for this planet.

Location: Gamor
Situation: the spaceport on Gamor has become a hot bed of itinerants: both so-called refugees fleeing the empire's light and immigrants looking for work within its bounds. Shanty towns have built up around the ports of people who have got this far, but hit the blockade. These are lawless places where an imperial uniform can get you shot.
Tasking: 2x intelligence agents
Mission: a famous artist has expressed their disgust at the Empire's way of life. Before facing justice, they have fled to the South. They are believed to have been held up by the blockade and in hiding. Search the shanty and return them to our loving embrace and so prove that money does not put you above the law.

Location: Allanteen
Situation: the otherwise barren planet of Allanteen has become a favourite stop off for smugglers, with a semi-permanent trading depot established there, selling bootleg fuel and other supplies. Such flagrant disregard of Imperial rule cannot be tolerated.
Tasking: 2x military personnel
Mission: take what assets you need and clear the smuggling base once and for all.

Blockade run (underway)
Location: the correllian run
Situation: a group of traders have taken exception to the tariffs imposed by the blockade and have convoyed together. They mean to run the blockade.
Tasking: 2x naval personnel
Mission: if these ships get through, more will be inclined to try. Stop them at all costs.
