Sullust/Outside Sullust's turbolift system.
12:00 local time

Sumas stood around the hangar of his ship, suited up in his covert armour to keep his clan's identity hidden. Though some new items on his person were the brand new jetpack on his back as well the as the MSBR hanging next to the jetpack. This was a job he had been working on for a while and finally managed to secure it. It was a foolproof plan. Sneak in, locate the schematics, steal said schematics, sneak out. It was such a good plan, he was sure of it. And who else to go in all quiet-like but him? Everyone on Mandalore knew how sneaky he could be!

At least he thought so...

He was currently waiting on his partner to meet up with him. He barely knew her, but it was alright. She seemed to know her stuff and most important of all, her armour was black! She was a perfect candidate. While she knew the basic plan, he still had to give her the rundown in detail. But he could do that once they met up. Hopefully she wasn't too late. The turbolift that takes people down was going to take off any minute.

To people of Sullust they would see a small but menacing looking Mandalorian in dark matte black armor strolling the streets in a determined militaristic march. To Revora Musana Kelborn she was walking in sync to a song being played through her holoman into her helmet. A raw bluesy beat oozing distortion that was from a new group she decided to listen to. Music was wonderful friend for Revy as it accompanied her for most of her trips and long solitary treks around the Galaxy. Now it was following her into a new mission and phase of her life.

That reminded her she was on this Ha'rangir forsaken lava world. Luckily the thermal undersuit was keeping things nice and chilly. She was apparently going to accompany a Zabrak named Sumas on this venture. The plan seemed perfectly simple. Get in quietly, get the goods, try to get out in one piece. She had practically done hundreds of jobs like this one way or another. Whether it was a simple thievery or smash and grab to more elaborate runs underneath the Empire's nose. Plus they would be doing it for some corporate piles of kark. They may be a bunch of arseholes but they usually paid and paid well.

Revy continued her march through the area making her way to the hangar having made a point to land in a different area from the rendezvous point and well with some underhanded credit exchanging had her ship conveniently omitted from any manifests. Ah bureaucrats: The cheapest prostitutes in all the galaxy. The petite Mandalorian's visor would gaze upon... the most garishly painted aggressor class patrol ship her eyes have ever had the misfortune to grace. The kelborn in her cringing at it's "Look at me, look at me! No LOOK AT ME" aesthetic. That's right she heard a few things about this Sumas. Mainly that he somehow managed to royally piss off the silent badger in some train incident or something. Granted idle soldiers were some of the biggest bunch of gossiping school children in the galaxy. She was going to give him the benefit of the doubt... for now... maybe.

After a rather short lived game of where's the mando, Revy would find the guy sticking out like how most Mandalorians did. Judging by the lack of any clan markings Revy assumed that he thought he was being really discrete and clever. Of course that would be completely ignoring the tiny insignificant fact that most people in the galaxy didn't give a flying bantha's ass about your clan markings, hell most of them probably couldn't tell a clan symbol from a phallic drawing. Still you're a kelborn Revy. Be professional and get this over with.

The Mandalorian strolled to her fellow soldier and would quickly look over him. Seeing that he was armed to the teeth. This might be interesting. She then put her back against the craft and crossed her arms. She too was also outfitted in all of her equipment: pistols on her hips, a10 on her back and a belt full of many fun goodies and surprises that could be of use. She looked over the Zabrak using this moment to dump the internal roasting and assume the facade of the stoic soldier.

"You Sumas?" Curt, professional and deprived of any emotion it would make her dad proud. She would let the man confirm his identity and if He asked if she was Revora she would simply nod back to him. She let her stare linger for a few more seconds just to see and gauge his personality.

"So you have a plan?" She would ask getting straight to the point.

The girl's arrival drew Sumas back into the real world. He turned his head to look at her, his T-visor hiding his face as he studied her. She was tiny. A lot smaller than he anticipated...and if he had to guess he's say her armour was as heavy as she was. He wouldn't say it aloud but she was simply adorable! "Yeah that's me. You Revora?" he asked right back in a casual tone. She gave a nod and he returned it. "Yeah, I got a plan. Come on, I'll tell you on the way." he said and turned to lead the way to the turbolift system. He got in and held the sliding door open for her to join him. He couldn't get over the fact that she was so tiny. She could fit right under his arm.

"Alright, so the main plan is we sneak in, get the schematics and maybe a few samples then get out again. Hopefully we can do that without bringing the whole of Sullust down on us." he explained to her, going over his gear as the turbolift raced down to the planet below. "Though getting in might be the tricky part. We'll have to disguise ourselves and sneak in without getting made. We'll also need our gear so we'll have to smuggle that in as well." he continued. "Luckily I think I found a way in for us. Two workers from the facility frequent this one little café...what's more is they are exactly the same species as us. So if we can steal their identity and means of transport, we should be able to get in. But then again that might change."

The turbolift finally landed on the surface, not too far from the Sorosuub facility. "You got a nickname or something? I'm not calling out 'Revora' every time I need you." he asked her with a chuckle.

Revora followed along almost shocked by his lax and casual tone. Maybe not all Mandalorians are raised the same, but there was a reason they earned their reputation. Still, open mind let's hear out this plan of his. A small smirk forming under her helmet when Sumas suggested getting in would be hard. The closed nature of Sullust meant that if the authorities put the place on lockdown they could seal a bunch of escape routes at the drop of the hat. Getting out would easily be just as hard if not harder. This would require a bit of subtlety not gun-ho bravado. Disguising and smuggling their gear now that was an interesting proposition. Revy's mind already working at what cover story for the gear. Actually now that could be easy. Depends on what jobs these two coworkers had. If they worked engineering, or shipping and handling than it would be easy. After all Czerka wanted the patent pertaining to new bit of blaster tech. Just say we received materials for product testing. Bam. Suddenly a bunch of weapons and armor doesn't look that weird.

"Unless we turn out to be their twins we'll need to be quick. Can't give anyone a chance to think. If they do anything involving R&D or logistics then gear can pass as testing material. Transport should be a company or commercial vehicle, though we can improvise." Revy rattled off already trying to hash out all the gritty details that would go into implementation while also thinking about how to handle kark hitting the fan. It always had a chance to. "No plan survives first contact with the enemy" was something her father would never shut up about.

When the turbolift finally descended down Revy was asked if she had a nickname. She did but wasn't ready to just give it to him. Maybe if this went scheme succeeded and she was open to working with Sumas more she would transmit that information for now though.

"Maybe I do." She would respond hoping he wasn't dumb enough to think that was her nickname. "C'mon we got a cafe to visit."

As the pair stepped on the elevator an otherworldly music began to play as they descended into the depths of the planet. Several mining and train carts could be seen zooming by from their view on the lift. As the lift touched down to the ground, the Sorusuub facility could be seen from a fair distance to their right. A small security post seemed to be situated outside of the perimeter, as well as a wall of shields around the facility. On the outside, it was clear that this wasn't some run of the mill facility, but if the two Mandos managed to get their plan to work, they might be able to slip inside. Several individuals milled about down here, some were utility workers, seeming to do work on the walkway currently, others seemed to be prospectors or inspectors or some sort, with at least one security officer who seemed more interested in whatever holoprojection he was gazing at currently. What looked like a regional shopping distract was up ahead, as it seemed bars, stores, and several other businesses served as a trade hub for the workers and employees down below the surface.

Sumas stood wide eyed in the elevator, the silence thick enough to cut through. It was as if he had been petrified by the song playing over the speakers in the lift. It was...surreal. He didn't know what to do.

Finally they reached the bottom and Revora refused to give him a nickname. He simply shrugged. "Alright, Snippy, have it your way." he spoke casually, giving her his own nickname. They ended up not too far from the facility, and it was clear they will be having a difficult day with this. The shield was going to be a problem, he could call that already. But there were ways to get in. He could already think of a few...

What caught his eye was the shopping area that looked like a hot spot for the workers of the area. Sumas pointed it out and decided on checking it out. The targets were supposed to be there. And even if they weren't...well finding an identity to steal in between all these workers would most likely not be too difficult. "Alright, keep your eyes open. Our targets should be here. And if they're not, start looking for a plan B." her instructed. He was already thinking of a few ways to get past the guards and workers loafing about the area around the facility, but he was saving those for if this plan didn't work out.

He scanned the area as they walked. While seeing two armoured figures might be jarring, he wasn't too bothered. After all, Sullust tended to be busy. Chances of spacers, soldiers and drifters moving through here must be common.

If you looked up the word awkward on a holonet site then chances are that you will get a video of Revy and Sumas going down the turbolift with that awful awful music. Revy didn't know what would be worse keeping silent or having one of those terrible elevator conversations that you sometimes got on massive space stations. She decided on silence she was already going for strong quiet type so far might as well keep it going. She was trying to avoid laughing at being called snippy, It wasn't the worse thing anyone has called her. That would go to a Zygerrian Slaver that called her crazy midget bitch... I might need to put that on the nose of the next ship I get. Revy thought to herself with mild amusement.

Finally they got to the bottom and could get a visual on the security. While lax on bodies the shield made up for that. Revy made note to study the Sorosuub facility for anything that could resemble a shield generator. Hopefully if that's where they got the shield got it's power it would be outside but that would likely be too easy. There was also the possibility that power was being fed in through the infrastructure. That would require a detour to find and cut the power. They might have to use social tactics to get in. Sumas pointed out the shopping center and Revy followed him.

"Maybe we can pull a Alderaanian Fire Drill get in before they catch onto the bluff." Revy suggested to Sumas, heck even posing as a new janitor might work blue collar people had a way of being invisible to most. Still right now Revy would follow Sumas hoping that he actually knew where this Cafe the two targets frequented were. Still a Zabrak and a cathar shouldn't to be too hard to spot after all it was only a Mandaloorian and paranoid psycho thing to constantly hide your face.

As the pair made their way towards the entertainment hub, they garnered a small bit of attention, before the workers remembered they had more important businesses and continued on their way. Sumas had a rough idea of where their targets might be, and sure enough it looked like the cafe might just be the place they needed to be. Several aliens of various shapes and sizes were to be found here, and it was rather packed with the bodies of miners, researchers, and several off-duty security personnel. If the two Mandalorian's wanted to find their targets, they'd have to spend a bit of time searching for them. As the two walked into the cafe, a few heads turned towards them, then quickly looked away. They didn't exactly fit in, but no one was going to give them a hard time, assuming the Mandos weren't looking for trouble.

The eyes on them wasn't lost to the Zabrak. They did stand out with their notorious armour and weaponry. As they entered a few people watched them for a bit before returning to their business. The place was full, but Sumas could still manage to keep his eye out for the target. "Taylir sur'haai dayn. rala mhi kebbur at kihla o'r." he said to Revora in Mando'a. Gesturing to follow he walked up to the counter where they served the clients and ordered a milkshake that looked absolutely amazing. Despite still keeping an eye out for their targets, he couldn't stop himself from cashing in on this delicious beverage. "Hey, Snippy. You want one? My treat." he asked her casually, the smile behind his T-visor clearly audible in his voice.

With the drinks in hand, he decided to copy his boss and slurp through a straw underneath his helmet. Thankfully he was used to the action, given the amount of times he smoked a cigarette like this. He grabbed two seats for him and her by a counter against a wall. It kept them out of the way and it allowed them to get a good look of the place. If their targets were here they would see them without a doubt.

"Okay this thing is amazing." he declared as he slurped away like a kid on the milkshake. It might be quite a comedic sight, seeing a Mandalorian act like this.

They were about as obvious as a lipstick on a hutt. Granted that really wasn't a surprise, that would be like saying space is black, let the wookie win, Siths are a bunch of karkin- easy don't lose it she told herself. Mandalorian throws temper tantrum at cafe is the last thing Revy wanted to be remembered for. Revy merely nodded at Susan's words (Susan seemed to fit him). Though blending in might be easier said then done. That's when he decided to order a milkshake... ok. Her eyes gazed at the menu board that hanged over the counter and when her eyes saw the price of the milkshakes. 10 credits for a single milkshake... You have got to be karking kidding?

She was curious about what one would taste like but even with Sumas offering to pay, the idea of spending that much on a drink was just uncomfortable for the Mando. You could buy an entire meal with that or at least several days worth of food if you were frugal. Revy would instead order a simple black coffee instead. She too would sip through a straw taking cautious sips to test the heat of the coffee and would give time to cool off. Revy's straw form wasn't as advanced as Sumas', she was learning but it was clear she would need more practice. It was quite the contrast compared to her partner slurping away like his life depended on it. She couldn't quite believe it still the casual fun loving demeanor of this kid. Yeah kid felt like an apt description of this guy.

"How the hell did you manage to survive all the drill sergeants?" Revy asked Sumas inadvertently helping the two blend as just two off duty Mando's talking in a cafe. Unusual but hey could be worse, she couldn't begin to imagine how awful it must of been to accidentally walk into a bar full of Sith. The only way that wouldn't be awkward was if you walk in with a satchel full of thermal detonators.

Still she would keep her eyes out for their targets and continue scanning the Cafe as she made conversation. She would be waiting for their targets to come into view... though that may be because at that point she may be searching for anyway to escape whatever conversation she was having with Susan.

As the two warriors sat at their table, it would have become increasingly obviously that they were getting attention. Some scoffed and looked away, some looked rather angry that the pair were even there to begin with, and the rest couldn't care less what a pair of metal headed nutcases were doing in this cafe. Some thought this wasn't enough however, and as the pair began to start their idle conversation, several humans and their token Twi'lek friend rose from a large table, all of them clad in the garb of miners and all of decent physical stature. Their faces were caked in dirt, the leader had a wicked scar across his face that most likely came from a vibroblade, and one of the men had a prosthetic arm with a large pincer attached to the end of it. The lead miner approached the pair, as his crew kept a foot and a half back. "I guess you two can't read, cause this place is for workers only. You don't look like workers to me." He started, turning back to the rest of the cafe, as he began to walk back to his buddies, his voice becoming louder as he continued. "What we do have here, is a bunch of child killing gutless spineless murderers!" He shouted, as many of the patrons stopped what they were doing and watched the festivities occurring before them. The scared face man turned back to the Mandos as he drew a vibroknife from his jumper. "And y'all know what we do with murderers here." He spoke with a lower tone now, gripping the knife as his fellows made it rather obvious that what they did to murderers wasn't call security. Many of the patrons made a motion to leave, others cleared out from the area of the Mandos, but a stupid one or two thought that this fight might be a good thing to get in on. The die was cast, now the Mandos were being served.

Sumas gave a glance at Revy and smiled behind the helmet. "Better question would be how they survived me." he quipped with a chuckle, slurping on his milkshake further. It was a really good milkshake.

Their downtime didn't last, however, when a group of locals approached them. Sumas got off his seat, still slurping on his milkshake, as he eyed the thugs. "We're the new security detail. Starting today. Figured a drink would go nicely before work." he quipped without skipping a beat. He kept screaming and drawing attention to themselves which was getting really obnoxious. Sumas sneakily activated his gloves, making sure they didn't notice.

"You know..." he started, slowly backing away. "We;re not here to cause trouble. So we can just leave the area and you don't have to worry about us." he cautiously said, putting down his glass. Though he knew that wouldn't work. So he had a backup plan.

In one swift motion, Sumas activated and dropped an adhesive grenade by the feat of the thugs. The impact fuse would detonate immediately and catch the thugs in their close proximity of each other, hopefully allowing the two Mandalorians to escape. If the distraction worked, Sumas would grab Revy and make a run for it to get them into a nearby alley and disappear for now. It seemed that finding those ID's won't be so easy...

Revy was just getting her fix of caffeine and getting ready to just go about scouting for their targets. Thinking about it a thought came over her one that she was desperately hoping was untrue. Was this his idea of a date? The casual demeanor, the cafe, the fact that they were on a mission that would mean they probably have to kill something it just sorted click together as a possible narrative. Mandalorian romance was always a bit... strange compared to most cultures and as a result you sometimes ended up with these situations especially if you spend enough time with 'normal' people. If that was the case then she was ready to grab Sumas by the crouch and give him a first hand understanding of how sharp cathar claws could be.

Thankfully something rescued her from her train of thought which was a group of people not taking to kindly to them. A defeated sigh came from the lips of the Cathar as she looked at the miners. Really she couldn't blame them for wanting to kill them but at the same time live and let live would be a much better attitude for these people to hold right now.

"I don't want to hurt you but if I you force me to defend myself I won't have a choice." The Cathar warned the thugs after Sumas put his glass down. Soon afterwards Sumas decided to initiate the totally improvised Operation: NOPE. As the two now got up and sprinted for the nearby ally and adhesive grenade being thrown at the group of thugs likely spraying adhesive everywhere. If they were allowed to escape the Cathar would look towards Sumas.

So you got a plan B?

The miners, or ruffians, seemed a little surprised at having an adhesive grenade be used against them, as many of them found themselves stuck to the floor. "No blasters! No blasters!" One of the waitresses screamed, as she dove under a table, as chaos soon broke out within the small cafe. The miners closest to them seemed to have been stuck to the ground, as their partners rushed to aid them, grabbing cutting utensils and trying to cut them free, only to have themselves wind up stuck. The Mandalorians had several moments to make a run for it, before the lead minor hollered out to his crew. "Someone get those two!" His words, believe it or not, were not enough to disperse the adhesive grenade. There was an escape out the back, the two could most certainly make their way out there.

Sumas made a run for it, yanking Revy along behind him. He led the way down an alleyway and took a few more turns to get out of the way. When they were finally away, Revy asked him over a plan B. "Improvise." he said with a breathy chuckle, leaning against the wall and showing an "OK" sign with his hand. "We improvise." he said again, straightening back out. "Unless some pass cards fall out of the air for us, we won't be coming in through the front door." he explained to her, looking around a corner to make sure they were clear.

"How about..." he started, tapping his helmet as he thought. He walked a bit to get a look at the facility. He stood there for a few seconds, slightly humming to himself. "How about the sewer lines?" he asked her, turning to look at her. "What are the odds of them having an entire sewer system locked down? Besides, if we do encounter some issues, I got more than enough fireworks to blow anything open." he explained to her. "So we sneak in through there, enter right inside the facility then find a way to a console to get the layout of the place." he continued, resting his hands on his pistols.

There would most likely be resistance, but at least there wouldn't be as many guards as topside. Only problem will be the smell. "I hope you have a filter in your helmet, though." he commented with a chuckle.

Revy had followed Sumas through the Alley and got the best/worse words anyone could here for a plan B: Improvise. This was gonna be a trip. Still no one ever checks it and besides who would want to with the smell. Revy didn't have a filter or a good alternative now that there was a local street gang thrown into the opposition. Uh wrenches in the works as always. Though the mando tilited her head in suspicion over the idea of blowing open anything underneath the Sewers. That was just an invitation to die via drowning in literal shit. She would have to watch the Zabrak and make sure he didn't go full dumas.

"I can manage" She said before looking around. Finding a manhole was the easy part. Though now a few quetions popped into her mind that would need to be asked. She was walking away from the Scene getting ready to jetboot away in case the thugs decided to meddle in. Firstly day or night time... where do they breach and how the kark were they to get out on the inside.

"So do you want to go now or wait for things to cool off a bit for some nighttime fun?"

She asked her Zabrak partner in crime.
