To Kill a Marquis....bird (Hutt)

Got clearance to target a Hutt Marquis for assassination.

We'll be meeting on Coruscant, most likely at a private hangar.

Please post what character you'll be playing and what side you'll be posting for, Hutts or Hutt-Hunters.

Currently, I have myself recruiting for the mission.

I believe we have some transportation lined up, along with some operators to help with the kill.

Also we have a PC for the Hutts, and another I believe.

Again, please verify by posting below.

Oh, be advised, I'd like to keep this roleplay moving so if someone isn't posting and holding up, we'll animate your character just a bit to keep the thread going. Nothing horrible. Just moving the storyline along is all.

For now, there probably won't be a posting order. If two people are going back and forth together, feel free to keep your conversation going for character development purposes. Just don't clear out an entire Hutt compound or complete the mission without everyone getting to play.

For Your Situational Awareness:

There are only six of us on that little freighter that Uhj Tehja is transporting us on.

Two of those six are the pilot and co-pilot.

So that leaves four who will actually be running the mission.

Not sure where everyone is getting the idea that we're commanding squads or fire teams here.... :(

I was under the impression that the pilots would be helping with the mission since it might get boring for them otherwise, so 2 teams of 3. Wasn't under the impression that we had dozens of troops though. ^^

Nope.

They made it clear to me that they were pilots only and not actual fighters.

Unfortunately though, doesn't seem like they've taken much of an interest in the IC thread. :(

Are the palace and arena located very close to one another?

Yes. The arena can be a subterranean one at that, and have tunnels and such connected to the main palace area/courtyard and all that.

I would say that the Marquis' private chambers are not adjacent to the arena though, being most likely on the opposite side of the palace, though perhaps not exactly so, like 180 degrees. Give it anywhere between 130 and 180.
