To Hunt a Force User

It was time having contacted Cinger the assassin droids start sniping at the men below from a safe distance where they would not be seen. The shots hit all around the men some meant to be misses some not.


Cinger now even more frustrated then ever to hear that another man had joined in the hunt but please that he would take out the competitors and only leaving them both to find The Seeker One and capture the Jedi and Sith. "Breaker we should prepare a gift for our friend when he comes this way to find the informant." Cinger smiles and then him and Breaker set to work placing Proximity mines and detpacks all over the camp. Still on the look for the informant them selves they try to cover up their tracks as much as possible.

Watching the confrontation take place amongst the three individuals at the ramp of the bounty hunters ship and now watch sniper fire hiss around them, Auzuk had to be quick on his feet as well as his thoughts. "Do I rush in and just remove the Jedi from harms way or what...? Masters guide my mind, please help me." The young Jedi thought aloud. He jumped up from his meditation, "I know what must be done."

Auzuk dropped his robes to the ground and tightened his eye covering and he began to run. A first the speed he reached was commendable, but he picked up a lot more speed with every stride he took. He was almost on top of the men now, preparing himself mentally to dodge the fire of the snipers he couldn't see. He brought himself into the mind of the other Jedi, "Stand still and let go of the Zabrak. You must place your trust in me." He was right upon the ship now and staring the bounty hunter in the face, he let out a scream "AHHHHHHHH!" Auzuk slammed his body into the bounty hunter sending him flying into the cargo hold of his ship. "Hopefully that keeps him down for a moment." The young Jedi thought to himself. He stopped and turned to his fellow Jedi, "We must go now." Hoping for a positive response from him, Auzuk turned his attention to the Zabrak. Speaking to him almost carelessly, "You're hurt. I will not tend to you, though I will not leave you to die for that is not my place to decide." He dropped a small pouch of herbs and medical tubes at the Zabraks side. "Use those and you will be fine, promise that I do. If you don't want them, then leave them there and suffer a fate at your own cost."

"Come brother, we must make it to the city. There is much for us to discuss." He directed his attention back to the other Jedi.

In the blink of an eye the threat in front of him was no longer a threat. something or more accurately some one smashed hard into the hunter causing to go flying and land with a sickening crash against the far wall. Salvor looked at the new arrival with sneer painted across his face. he took in the man's hair a tangle of wild unkempt hair being coraled in a ponytail rather unsuccessfully and the cloth over his eyes. It was not his wardrobe or his hair that bothered Salvor so much, it was the unpenertrable sense of calm and arrogance that radiated off this new stranger and the Wookie as well. he had never met one but he was sure that these were both Jedi. no wonder the Wookie was so willing to give up.
He studied the medical supplies with quiet contempt, deciding whether or not this was a trick of some kind, there was no other explanation why they would help him. Salvor limped over the unconscious hunter and pulled out his knife, it was time to make the man pay for his insolence.

Attiahab was taken aback by the fact the other jedi didn't follow the orders he gave him to not attack him and as he told him to leave the man he was trying to save/be peaceful to so they could at least get away without being harmed.
Attiahab watched as the man went to grab for a knife knowing what the man had in store for the bounty hunter the wookie pushed the knife out of his hand using the force.
So after seeing what the man was going to do he decided "You get the bounty hunter out of here don't ask questions and I will get to the village further back" Attiahab said to the other Jedi as he dashed away.

Having no luck with sniping the two assassin droids on the surface call in for the one aboard their ship strafe the force users. The Thermal brings the ship in low fast firing all laser weapons as he goes while Trick Shot contacted Cinger. "Sir the force users are head in your direction and there are three of them now." "THREE!?!?! Where did the other two come from!?" "One's ship crashed on the planet and badly injured he is a Zabrak. The other appears to be the wookies apprentice and is a Miraluka." "I should have known better....there is always two a master and an apprentice. Do not engage them any further I wish to meet these three who have managed to survive your attacks." "Yes sir." And the coms cut out. Trick Shot contacts Thermal and tells him of Cinger's orders and Thermal obeys ceasing his attack just as quick as it began.

Azuk comes back to the back end of the ship and kicks the knife a little further away from the Zabrak. He kneels down toward him, "You do realize I'm no Sith. I wouldn't give you medicine to kill you. I have no just cause to." The young Jedi stood back up and walked past him to the body of the downed bounty hunter. Thinking to himself now, "What do I do with this mans unconscious body?" He picks the man up and carefully puts him over his shoulders and heads back toward the outside. On passing the Zabrak again, Auzuk peers at him and says, "The names Auzuk Tuhek, Jedi Padawan... Its the proper introduction." He takes a few steps forward and speeds off again using the force.

As he heads toward town Auzuk sees a small outpost built into a little crater. "That's where I will leave this man, the citizens can help him now. I'll leave the meds they need and I'll be on my way." He gets to a small shack and places the mans body on the sand, knocks on the door, drops the medicine and takes off again. He gets a few thousand paces ahead and turns around, he notices the locals that live at this outpost have taken to the man. "I sense nothing disturbing of them, they'll do him good."

Auzuk focus' on the sound of the wind once again and tries to reach the Wookie Jedi, "I've brought the bounty hunter to safety. The Zabrak is left with medicine to heal himself, if he decides not to, that is no concern of mine or yours. You do not out rank me as I do still have respect for you brother. I shall meet you in the city. There is where we will talk." He tightens his eye covering again and heads off toward the city, just over a hill that happened to be a craters edge he sees the it. He's made it, now just to find the other Jedi.

Equalizer had found the man at last who he was looking for The Seeker One. It had taken him years to achieve his goal but he had done it at last. Having found The Seeker One on the planet of Utapau.

"Tell me Seeker One who am I." "First payment." The Seeker One replied. Not having strong patience Equalizer replied: "I don't have times for games old man!" "Give me payment and I give you your answer." Equalizer was not one to bargain but he wanted this info and badly "Your life." He replied "I'm sorry what did you say?" "I said your life!" Equalizer was now beginning to become very agitated. "Do you not think others have tried that on me before. No. You must pay with money unless you want to meet the fate of the others who tried that?" Annoyed Equalizer picked up the man and chucked him into the wall killing him instantly. "You should have taken my offer old man." He said as he left.

Attiahab got onto his feet and dashed at high speed towards the town and as he passed the bounty hunter which was after him, he whispered in his ear "By the way he's not my apperentice" and then he was gone in the instant he said that.
About 10-15 minuets later Attiahab reached the city he jumped onto a nearby roof where they had a rooftop garden and grabbed one of the piece of grain and put it into his mouth and relaxed in the shade of the nearby tree in the Wookiee Refugee Center and responded to the Jedi's telepathic message saying "You know how to find the Jedi so come and find me" as the message was sent he sat into a meditation position and started to meditate.

Finally reaching the outskirts of the city Auzuk made his way in. He passed all sorts of things he didn't understand and he very much didn't care to for they didn't require the New Jedi Orders involvement. He continued walking as to feel for his surroundings and find the Wookie Jedi he had been deemed the apprentice of falsely and yet to be introduced. His next stride led him straight into the shoulder of a man passing by, a bounty hunter from the looks of him accompanied by a droid. "My deepest apologies sir. I had not seen you there." He walked into the crowd without a response, he looked over his shoulder and saw the man searching, searching for something or someone. Not concerned with it, Auzuk moved on with his own matters.

Minutes went by in what seemed like seconds and the young Jedi Padawan had picked up on the Wookie he was looking for. "There. That rooftop garden just above the base city line. He's up there, meditating the force." That's where Auzuk decided to go. He moved his way through countless amounts of Wookies and to the entrances of the building his comrade was atop of. He entered with an air of peace to his persona, He knew the Wookie would understand him, "My name is Auzuk Tuhek of the New Jedi Order, I have business above your building with a brother of mine. May I proceed to the top floor?" Auzuk ask politely as he flashed his lightsaber to indicate whom he was. The Wookie growled with a smile and let Auzuk go. "Thank you, and may the force be with you and your kind." He replied moving his way up the stairs. Eventually reaching the top floor, Auzuk had figured the Wookie Jedi must feel his presence. He opened the door to the rood and proceeded through.

"You are a Padawan like myself, but you confessed you have had a master unlike me. My name is Auzuk Tuhek. And please don't get up out of meditation, I shall join you." Auzuk grabbed a seat cushion from a near by chair and sat on it. He focused his mind to the wind and began his meditations as he rose in the air. "Please tell me your name, tell me why you are here, and what is going on." The young Jedi said calmly and reserved.

Cinger turned around to see the Jedi head towards what appeared to be a hotel and then go to the roof. "I think he knows where the wookie is. Breaker I want you 10 yards out and watching the roof with your sniper." The two go there separate ways. Cinger jetpacks up onto the roof not bothering to guy inside and ask for permission. "Isn't it kind of hard to sun bathe in a tunnel?"

Attiahab immediately noticed the presence of the other jedi as he was at least a couple of yards from the main entrance so he notified his brother who was working at the counter today "The is a jedi coming he will be in some armor and check if he has a lightsaber before you let him in".
About a couple minuets later he saw that his brother let in the jedi in and felt as he proceeded up the stairs.

Attiahab still in deep meditation heard the man say not to stop meditating and he didn't then he heard the man introduce himself just before also started meditating.
Attiahab noticed the man question he was being asked via telepathy and he tried to respond to as many as possible "My name is Attiahab also known as First Keeper in your language and I sure you've heard of what has happened to jedis recently about them dying well I am here for that" Attiahab paused for a second "The other reason is that my family live here I sure you noticed my brother as you came up after Kashyyk fell we were forced to seek refuge on this planet.... do you feel that there is a man in the building, I believe we've met him already" Attiahab came out of meditation and turned around and saw the man on the roof with them "Hello I believe we've met" Attiahab said in his normal kind tone.

Cinger was becoming very agitated by this wookie. "No funny business Jedi! I have a sniper 10 yards out." Breaker activates his laser sight which is inbetween the wookies eyes just to prove Cinger's point. "So you all better relax because were about become more acquainted with one another....." Cinger gave a smirk "i'll start.... I'm Cinger Starburst famed Mandalorian bounty hunter."

"Ah. You are the man I touched shoulders with are you not? Pleasure to make your presence again, surely you haven't forgotten my name. For it has been merely moments since we've crossed paths." Auzuk stood up and put his hands on his thighs and bowed at the bounty hunter. Removing his eye covering to feel the now picking up wind on the rooftop, Auzuk revealed his eyeless face. It was the face of any regular human in the galaxy just missing the eyes. "So shall we get better acquainted now?" He said calmly. "I assure you brother Attiahab and I are very good listeners." he turned to the Wookie and nodded.

"If you don't mind Attiahab, I would like to take point on this. If it comes to battle that is. Most underestimate me for they think my lack of eyes takes away from my ability."

Attiahab heard Auzuk respond as soon as the man named Cinger finished his sentence and said about how good of a listener they both were he just nodded after hearing the telepathic message from Auzuk and responded to it saying "You do as you please I have to admit that you could probably talk to this man better than I can, also can you avoid the worst option unless extremely necessary" Attiahab just sat down back where he was before and closed his eyes channeling the force through his body while listening to the conversation as well as looking for the droids around them.
But if the worst came causing him to fight he would release the force he had channeled and then it would something he would regret if it happened.

"I wouldn't dare step across the line of overreacting to this situation. Fighting is only necessary as needed." He thought back to Attiahab.

Standing there with his clothe in one hand and his other on his lightsaber for good measure as the bounty hunter did have a sniper line on the Jedi at all times. Auzuk listened to the man. He laughed as he spoke as he thought then he spared them life for they wouldn't get in the way of his duty because he said not to. Smirking ever so slightly, Auzuk removed his hand from his lightsaber and and began to tie the cloth back around his eyes. As he did he spoke, "Sir. Cinger. We have no proof as to the man you are hunting is a Jedi and we don't want any." He turned his head to Attiahab sternly looking at him to clarify that the Wookie must follow his lead for the time being. "The less we know the more we stay out of your way here. As for the Sith, do as you please he is of no concern to anyone in the New Jedi Order and the affairs of bounty hunter such as yourself do not matter in our work." He spoke with a calm tone. "Please, you sound hurried so I suggest you find these two men before the flee from existence and you miss your opportunity to catch them." He smiled and bowed once again.

Auzuk set in focus to speak to Attiahab privately, mind to mind. "We must let this man go and speak more of what we were discussing before his arrival. We may not have a lot of time, but we need to take this slow and find everything in its rightful place."

Auzuk turned away and to resume his meditations. Before he prepared to sit back onto the cushion on the ground, he turned his head to Cinger, the bounty hunter. He took his lightsaber off his belt and held it backwards as this was the way he stood in sword play. All these motions came off in a calm and peaceful manor. The lightsaber's blade sprung from its hilt, and golden glow lit up a small area as waves stroked through the blade. Auzuk then shut it off and fastened it back to his belt. "I would kindly ask you to tell your droid with the sniper rifle to stand down. It seems sentimental to you and I would hate to see it get broken, because now that we have parted on peaceful terms it is threatening my Jedi brother and I on our peaceful endeavors." He smirked and sat down to meditate. He felt the awe come from both men, no action of violence could take place because Auzuk was not rude he was just arrogantly calm in his firm tone.

Cinger wasn't for sure how the Jedi had known what he was going to say but it didn't matter to him it was out in the air and every one knew it now. Cinger never had understood the force users that well. Then again he was never force sensitive himself. "Very well." Cinger said calmly and then contacted Breaker. "Stand down Breaker." Just as soon as Cinger said it the laser sight disappeared. Little did the Jedi now that the sniper was still trained on them just no laser sight. "Fine. But you two are coming with me and we are going to act like we have known each other for a long time. and don't even think about trying anything my droids will be following us maybe not very close by or where they can be seen but following us none the less." Cinger waited to see the expression on their faces but nothing came. Cinger a little upset now said: "So now if you all will uncross your legs and stand up we will be headed on our way. And to ensure that we can act like we have known each other forever you are going to tell me your names."

Auzuk just listened with intent to the man as he spoke. The whole time he was calling out his bluff to himself. Sitting there meditating and now losing focus. Auzuk replied to the man, "Thank you for having your sniper remove his red dot sit, but my suggestion wasn't that. It was to have him remove his sights from the two of us completely." Auzuk remained his calm self he only spoke a little more with a sense of firmness now. "Now understand me bounty hunter, I was raised in a monastery. I do not play games. Heed my suggestion and have him stand down. Completely." Auzuk stood back up and shook his head. "If you want games, I'm sure Attiahab's brother down stars could point you in the direction of a Hutt Cartel gambling house or a fighting arena. There are no games here."

"We will do as we must to stay here in this location in your brothers wonderful garden. Just be prepared, we have much to speak about." Auzuk relayed to Attiahab still sitting in meditation.

"No. No he is't. and if you were to destroy Breaker I would just put him back together again." Cinger had never thought that Jedi could be so stubborn or agitating. He had always been told that Jedi were agreeable and understanding. Not stubborn and agitating like these were being right now. "When your wookie friend there said he was trying to hide all jedi which includes my bounty then yes it does concern me." All of suddenly Thermal in the droids ship pops up with guns trained on the jedi. "Now then I think you will agree to come along with me and do as I say."

"You can repair him a thousands times. For I will destroy him a thousand and one." Auzuk turned and faced the bounty hunter. "I'm sure Attiahab said a lot to you about saving the Jedi and keeping them all hidden. If you knew about the New Jedi Order at all you would know like myself he is just a Padawan learner we sit at the bottom of the ranks of the order." He lowered his head and then raised it again, "We offer you no solace to anything. He nor I know any information about any other Jedi whereabouts other than our own." Things paused for a moment and something appeared.

He felt a new presence in front of him now. A droid. With a weapon, but it was directly on him. "Do you find that this should scare me? Because it doesn't, I've trained since I was three to die. To become part of this beautiful force filled life stream that connects all things alive and dead." At this exact moment Auzuk felt his true Jedi self arise from within him. "Do as you may. My life will forever live on no matter what happens here."

 

[Hank Beast]

"I'm sorry Auzuk but if he isn't going to stand down I don't have much of a choice".
Attiahab's eyes opened as soon as the droid came down on the ship and they pointed their weapons at him, Attiahab's eyes glowed a bright blue as the force channeled through his body "I wouldn't do that if I were you, don't forget your in a wookiee refugee camp and I am a wookiee jedi quite a rarity in my species" Attiahab continued as wookies came to arms bringing out bowcasters "So if you want to attack a wookiee in his home you better be ready because I believe you outnumbered" Attiahab drew his lightsaber ever so slightly so the bounty hunter couldn't see it.
