Doesn't mean an individual member can't earn some credits by dealing with them. Some stormtroopers might be hooked on spice or be outright corrupt. It's not like a character is limited in relations and interactions to whatever the official policy of his faction is. I'm not pointing all this out just to annoy you, Prudii, but 100,000 credits just to slip a message through the holonet that an important member of KES is currently on a strictly regulated Imperial planet... that's something I wouldn't even ignore in real life. The Imperium doesn't owe you any form of loyalty, after all.
