TO ALL JEDI:

Kurt is the figurehead of the Jedi Order. While he's not the Grandmaster, as the entire idea of one is retarded, you WILL listen to him. If you do not, I give him full permission to direct you to me and I'll tell you to listen to him.

The Jedi Order in it's current state is a joke. I'm not kidding. Kurt will be acting as the de facto leader so you guys can get your act together. I'm not going to lie to you. The Jedi Order is basically the laughing stock of non-Jedi, and that's OOC talk. Alderaan was plauged, Corellia was plagued, Yavin IV was a joke, and you guys had no idea what to do on Coruscant. It was like watching chicken with their heads cut off.

The following areas are what needs to be worked on: Master/Knight to Padawan ratio, Training procedures and Order Operations, aka. the Council has to get it's act together. You are hereby required to listen to Kurt as he is responsible for fixing the Jedi Order.

Thank you.

I had already thought that was established. I think I know why people arent doing anything though. Being a Jedi Master is really, really boring. All you get to do is train people all the time, and on the very odd occasion you can go fight the Sith. It is a lot more fun going through the training than it is doing the training, which is the reason we have so many padawans, and not as many active masters.

I like to train people. Maybe i could create a Jedi knight charecter and train people. Temporary charecter or somethin? I could change my mandalorian from a Mandalorian to a Jedi. Just a suggestion.

Make him grandmaster, it's EU, and we're an EU RP site.

It would make sense though to call Kurt the Grandmaster because newer members and members that haven't looked at this thread will automatically see the title Grandmaster and know he's the head honcho of the Jedi though.

I really like training people, to tell the truth. And Malak Madora is becoming a Jedi, so that helps I guess. And I'll help with whatever I can with the Jedi.

Why's it a bad idea? We used the system before and it was fine.

This is coming from a former GrandMaster soo.

Douirng MY time at grand master it was fine. People recognised the rank and respected it.
I think it helped shape up the Jedi a bit as well as there activity. People would ask a quesition, about what to do or where to go, what they could do to help etc. and i would answer.

But also, as Grandmaster i took a good hard look at the Jedi, and even though i enjoyed the rank, i thought that it wasnt very Jedi like to place one above all else.

Though as i said, i think the rank itself provided some structure and guiding light to the order.
Though the auctual sucess of that happenening depends on the others in the order, besides Kurt. because Grandmaster or not, it cant be done alone.

Nice words. We should definitely try to even out the ranks a bit. It shouldn't depend on how powerful your character is, but how well of an RPer you are and if you're fair and stuff that matters.
