Tiss'sharl, located in the Xappyh sector, was a large planet filled with jungles, and between them the native species of the Tiss'shar teemed with around 10 billions of inhabitants. Most of its inhabitants were in some way involved in businesses and stock marketing, but there were also other roles invested by its inhabitants. It's Iko-Gark-Lokan Jis'tos's case, who worked as a doctor and researcher in his own private studio.

The Tiss'shar hummed softly as he got out of the surgical room after a rather long operation to remove a malformation that revealed to be a malign tumor on a young patient. He was quickly reached by the kid's parents, who were clearly worried for their son's well-being. He smiled looking at them. "Don't worry, he'll be well. At the moment we're keeping him in intensive care and under observation to avoid complications, but once his conditions stabilize, one of my assistants will call you. For the moment, you're free to leave, or you can wait til you're called." The two decided to wait in another section of the clinic.

After leaving them, the doctor first went to change his clothes and then walked out to look in the waiting room, noticing that for the moment there was no one. He looked at the receptionist and told her "I'll be in my office if someone wants me" he said, and got in his office, rummaging through some paperwork.

Edwast arrived a little later than he had planned to, deciding to drop a surprise visit to the Tiss'shar to check up on him and his progress. When he does this kind of thing he is usually overly casual when talking to him and forceful about seeing him as soon as possible. He does this intentionally and often. He respects his scientific ability for sure, his abilities in genetic science can't be doubted after all. But respect doesn't equal friendship and he made it a point to keep a clear emotional and professional distance from his fellow Eternal members. It wasn't personal, just good business, such kinship lead to weakness after all. Once he arrived however, he would put on the charm when he spoke.

He slid up to the receptionist counter, running his hands along the top of it in a somewhat childish manner. He tapped the table several times with both of his hands and gave the receptionist a bit and toothy grin. "How's my favorite lady doing? Don't tell anybody that your my favorite yeah? It's be a secret between the two of us." He leaned down as he spoke to the receptionist and had a low whisper to his tone. One of his "special skills" as he called it was his willingness to talk to everyone like they were his best friend, this created a lot more distance than being cold in his eyes. "I need to see my good friend Mr. Jistos...is he in?" She pointed him in the direction of his office, he could already hear the papers being moved around from where he was standing.

He strolled up to the door with both hands in his pockets and a low whistle from his mouth, he had enough confidence to act as though he ran the world. He stopped when he reached the door and turned on his heels, facing the receptionist once again with a slightly faded grin.
"Can I get you to get me some coffee? I'm a little bit groggy from the trip to the Outer rim." He shot her a wink and walked inside, he wasn't at all groggy, he just wanted to be an inconvenience.

Sin had arrived on this backwater world of Tiss'Sharl in the later hours of the afternoon. With little else to do after the expedition on Felucia, he had some time to kill. A protector of the cult first and an assassin after every other moment. the Legionnaire decided to check on a local doctor known to him to be one of his ilk. A guardian. Loyal to but without the gift of the dark side.

Sensing another like himself near by. He masked his signature in the force, and used his utilitarian clothing to blend in with the rest of the rabble who moved about the halls. Allowing the other cultist to clear the way for them both. The silver tongued devil was playing with the minds of young woman the way he Sin himself preferred to use his blade. It was mildly impressive. He simply followed from the shadows, just out of view of the man and let him work. It was good practice if little else.

The receptionist at first looked at the man with a bit of suspect, but then recognized him and giggled lightly at his flattery. "Doctor Jis'tos is in his office, you can go and visit him. Nice to see you again, mister Delone" she said, and nodded at his request for a coffee.

As the two Sith entered in the office, they would be greeted by a relatively warm atmosphere. The room was relatively big, with shelves full of holobooks on two sides, the farthest side occupied by a large window that offered a view of the park on the other side of the street. On the wall where the entrance to the room was, there were a few diplomas and pictures of Iko's family. The doctor himself was sitting at the desk, reading a datapad. He quickly hid it, but when he saw who entered, he grinned lightly and put the datapad back on the desk. "Well well, who we have here? The great Ricard Delone! And I guess you are like his bodyguard or something" he said, looking at Sin. He motioned at the two to get comfortable on the chairs in front of the desk while he tapped on a remote, making the window's surface opaque while still able to let light in, and he then tapped another button or two. "Here we go, now no one will hear us. I've made the walls soundproof, and the surveillance system has been temporarily switched off. It's normal, don't worry. We Tiss'shar prefer to make affairs in privacy. You never know if some enemy corporation is trying to spy on you and steal your informations" he chuckled, and then sat back at the desk. "So, what brought you to me today?" he asked with a toothy smile.

Edwast ears perked up as he felt a presence arrive and fade rather quickly, another member of the Eternal from what little he could gather. He assumed if he was here to assassinate him he would have done so well before he walked in, so he relaxed a bit and walked inside. When he walked into the room he sighed to himself quietly before returning to his usual smile, How absolutely lavish, he thought to himself. He greeted the Tiss'har with raised eyebrows and a more toothy grin as he heard his second name being spoken. It had been some time since he saw his fellow scientist, so he was glad he hadn't forgotten the act Edwast worked so hard to keep up.

"Jistos! It's always a pleasure to see you, especially when you look so busy at work, it's a sight to behold." As he stepped forward, he took note of his "bodyguard" claim and paused for a moment, the smile leaving his face. That must be the other one. "Well he certainly seems like a talent above my pay grade." He said as he sat down and made himself comfortable. It had been some time since he had someone sneak up on him, usually it lead to a knife aimed at his back or some other kind of fight. He leaned back on the chair as he waited for their hidden visitor to join in, accepting the coffee brought forth by the receptionist as he did so.

Once seated, he watched as he pressed some buttons, hearing a few clicks and beeps along the way. When he mentioned they would "Have some privacy" He began to relax his cheeks and gave a faint smile, his eyes not moving from the frown he had on his face earlier. "Progress." He said, rubbing the sides of his coffee mug with his fingers. "In return for assisting you with both your lab and prior-incidents, the Eternal must maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with it's followers. I am here to see if you have anything to provide for his followers, and if not now, what you can provide in the future." This was also only half true, while he was sent here to check on the Tiss'har, he also arrived to scope out any potential rival in the field of science. Knowing what you're worth is good, but knowing what everyone else is worth is even better.

The reptile listened carefully to the man, and then smirked, taking in his hand the datapad he was reading just a moment before, and handed it to the man. "Tell me, have you ever heard of the Imperial bioweapons project I71A, also known as Project Blackwing?" he asked the man with a wide grin, the dinosaur's eyes giving a brief yellow flash before returning to the silvery white they usually had.

All Edwast had to hear was Imperial before his interest was grabbed. Most people in the field of science had general knowledge and respect for imperial era research, it's one of the reasons he believed so heavily in the Eternal's message. So much technology and advancements in the world, all born out of the Galactic Civil war. Say what you will about the flaws of the Sith and their methods, the technology founded under their rule was often brilliant, if not a little sinister.

Edwast removed his glasses as the Tiss'har went on to call it 'Project Blackwing'. Edwast was many things, but one of them was a biologist, as such he was familiar with most aspects of it.
"Yes, you mean the former empire's attempts at immortality, flawed as it was fundamentally. They entered wanting a method to escape death and ended up ultimately causing it, ironic really." He said this without a hint of the former smile on his face, Biology was one of the few things he took seriously after all. "What could you possibly want to do with that project?" He began to think that perhaps this visit would bear more fruit than he originally thought. He had no interest in immortality, death was one of the things that kept sentient beings from stagnating afterall, but the chance at a bio weapon intrigued Edwast, for the simple reason of having something to fall back on.

The raptor's grin got even more wicked. "Well, a friend of mine somehow managed to put his hands on the original project, and started experimenting to try recreating it. He asked me to join him in his research, so in a few days I'm leaving to reach him in his laboratory, which is, well, hidden in the belly of a star yacht owned by some big corporate miner that I never heard about. I'm hoping to manage to recreate it fully and perhaps use it as last resource in case we fail a mission or such."

Edwast had a stone cold expression on his face as he listened to the Iko speak. It wasn't a look of disgust or anger, but of genuine curiosity. He was interested in this project, but not for the same intentions the Tiss'har was. Edwast saw the galaxy as a dying beast, losing most of it's ability to progress and grow to the stagnation of peaceful times. From his current standpoint it felt like they were on technological and societal decline as they took for granted what years of war and pain had brought them. In short, he believed the galaxy as a whole needed to be reminder that it is in a constant fight for it's survival. Creatures shouldn't be allowed to exist if they don't seek to grow after all.

He leaned forward on his chair a little, the entirety of his body language began to change, almost as if he was a child looking at a new toy.
"Well this certainly is of interest, but I would like to inform you that if something like that were to come into our hands we would almost immediately use it. Not on any core world or an area with high population like Naboo, but somewhere public so the galaxy could keep one thing in mind.." A smile finally reached his lips as he remembered his bottom line in all of this, something that would help put the galaxy back on track.

"Their right to exist and live at peace is constantly at risk. That peace isn't a lie, it's the enemy of progress and a thorn to the side of innovation. I think something like this could honestly help save the galaxy from itself."

The Tiss'shar pondered the man's reasoning, gently tapping his muzzle with a clawed finger, thinking. Then he snapped his fingers, his eyes flashing yellow once again, and this time remaining that color. "You're right. We should show the galaxy what can mean being not ready for another conflict, and also it could be a way to show our power. Even though we should mask it as sone sort of terrorist attack, since we don't want to reveal ourselves just yet, right? Also... If we did something similar, we'd suggest to drop the agent in the atmosphere for maximum efficiency. The agent, once it has infected and killed enough people, would surely spread very quickly around the planet this way."

"Good, I'm glad we're in agreement. In that case I would be glad to help you out with this project in any way I can. I even have a few planets in mind for when this does happen. Though it will be some time before this would be fully operational I assume." He sipped from his mug as he spoke, this was a good chance for the Eternal to begin making strides in fixing the galaxy.

"Do you have a time frame for when this might happen?" He stood up and began to pace as he spoke. Looking around while also not looking at anything at all. He enjoyed the cloak and dagger of his work, but something he loved more than anything was science. His work at his own lab should also give them ample materials.

Iko smiled. "Well, at the moment that friend of mine is leading the project, so I can't take external scientists in it, although it's been a while since I was trying to throw him out of it and take the lead. This time it may be the right opportunity. Regarding when the project may be completed, I can't grant you anything to be honest, but I think that within a couple of months we might have a fully working specimen of the virus."

"That's fine, for now. I am not seeking to get too involved with this project until you get results. For the time being I am wrapped up in research of my own. Although I do have a few planets that can be scoped out as possible. Mainly Naboo and Vakkar, though we'll have to see based off any of the governments we can establish ourselves in." He finishes pacing and returns to his seat. "I see now you're turning into a worth investment to the Eternal."

The dinosaur shook his head. "No, we can't hit rich planets like Naboo. I'd rather go with something less... obvious. Exposed. Somewhere relatively isolated, since the virus is highly contagious and very hard to contain" he admitted. "We surely don't want a zombie epidemy that could potentially wipe out most of the galaxy, no?"

"I suppose a planet with high population density would be I'll advised." Edwast began to ponder the possibilities, it needed to make a statement. "Perhaps somewhere smaller, less populated. We want the effects to be known but not detrimental. Perhaps some sort of fail safe to keep the effects from causing lasting damage?" He then tapped his mug as he thought this through. He then stepped out of his daze. "Questions for later, for now I wish you luck on getting this project started. We can discuss how it will be used once it is within our grasp."

Iko smiled and stood up, offering the man a clawed hand to shake. "Well, I can say that we're definitely in affairs then. I'll make sure that you'll be the first person to receive informations on the progresses of the project. Of course, maximum discretion and, for the moment, no word with other members of the Eternal unless strictly necessary" he said, and then a soft beep came from his computer. He checked the notification, and then back at Edwast. "Now, if you can excuse me, I need to go as I have a patient to take care of" he said as he left the desk. "You're free to go if you want, doctor Delone" he said as he reactivated the security systems and reopened the window's shutters.
