well...sorry but you guys can't kick him just cause he got some RL problems, and he can't post. Thi seriously does not happen here. But well if you guys want him out, then consider me out as well. I am sorry.

Sam, he keeps posting, saying that he's going to post, then doesn't.

If he's having problems, then he needs to communicate that.

Right now, all he's communicating is that he's going to post, then he doesn't.

Don't just assume the worst that he's having problems like we all should mysteriously know that and feel sorry for him. He's posted twice that he was going to post, and hasn't.

He seems capable of communicating that, but nothing else. :(

And hey, don't quit the thread. You're the one that invited me to help you with it. :D

My main push is that he be skipped in the rotation, not pushed out of the thread.

I don't think losing a post in a rotation is that bad of a deal, especially when we didn't have one established at the very beginning. -shrugs-

I'm sure Merc will let him continue to play, but we seriously need to skip his turn and let the rest of us post.

I think what Samowise was saying is that Zen might only be using a mobile phone like the iphone to write these short little posts on because his computer broke or something. That wouldn't leave him with many opportunities to get on or do more than post these footnotes trying to make up for a lack of activity.

I was actually waiting for everyone for finish their arguing. It is true that Zen is taking a long time, and the thread has screeched to a halt because of it. However, like I stated earlier, I personally sent a PM to Zen asking if he wanted out. He flat out told me, he didn't. He wants to stay. For now, we wait. One thread isn't (or shouldn't) train wreck your entire RP experience. For now, just go on doing other threads, and when Zen get his ordeals back in order, we pick up on it.

So as far as I'm concerned, we just place the thread on a temp hiatus.

I just wasn't expecting to put one character on hold for this long.

It kinda hampers your roleplaying opportunities with that character in other threads.

That, and I don't feel that skipping ONE TURN is that big of a deal, especially when we've waited for what, a week now? :D

Too much value is being placed on one post, imho.

Are we going to give him a cut off at all to post, or will he be allowed to extend this indefinitely?

I don't want this character frozen in time. :D

At least SOME sort of communication on how long he thinks he'll need before he can post would be nice.

I'm not asking about booting a player, but just about skipping their post.

I would like to say that we can't skip Zen's turn, since he already pmed Xeno. That said I would also like to say that this thread should be postponed for now. Since there are a lot of battle threads going on now, and these battle threads might change everything, of course not mentioning that Mandalore might get his neck chopped of by a jedi who holds a blue lightsaber in a thread that takes place at the same time as this thread.

You can get your character in many threads as you want. There is no rule against that. However it would be better if you did not put him in another thread.
