Thread prefixes

Before setting up the informational thread to explain to everyone what each thread prefix means, I wanted to run two rule ideas by you guys. The first is that these threads are only for Jedi characters and those wishing to join the Jedi, not for anyone else.

The second is that these threads should have no death, violence, combat, or anything that could affect a character from a main Story perspective (other than character development). This is meant to be a fun idea, so we don't need people having to worry about Sith busting in and killing people. The only combat that would be allowed would be non-lethal practice dueling.

You guys good with that?

Are they being launched site-wide, or just in the Jedi sub-forum? Either way, yeah, that seems like a good idea to me.

In that case, definitely yeah. Though maybe with the rider that where all parties agree upon it, violence/death etc are acceptable?

The thing is, though, why would there be violence/death between Jedi?

That sort of thing should be in the main Story. The emphasis on these threads should be a fun, light atmosphere outside of the main Story.

As an admin, if I saw some sort of death match in a faction board, I would move it to the Story board because that's a Story event.
