This is Really Going to Hurt

[Syn]

Cath looked one as she walked around the circle letting the time go on. She was going to keep it letting her padawan preform with no sleep or food or drinks. It might be harsh but as the forth day came to an end she kept walking not stopping. "Now tell me the first two planets the jedi inhabited?"

 

[Ninjedi]

Blank was now extremely tired, and starving. "Tython and Coruscant, master" he responded to the question.

 

[Syn]

Cath lashed again at her padawan as she spoke. "Tython yes then they founded the Library on Ossus before meeting the fledgling Republic. What were the Force Wars?"

 

[Ninjedi]

"The Force Wars were considered to be the first conflict against Light and Dark side followers, taking place on Tython, it ended with the defeat of the Dark Side and the establishment of the Jedi Order, master"

 

[Syn]

"Good now I am going to drop weights near you. I want you to push them away." Cath held up her hand and started dropping the weights as she watched.

 

[Ninjedi]

Blank focused on the force energies around them, pushing them outward to push back the dropping weights around him, with a bit of struggle, seeming to be worn down more as he pushes them.

 

[Syn]

Cath kept the weights dropping one then two at a time and getting fast and faster for it. "All of them, make sure they are all pushed back for each one you miss one day in meditation."

 

[Ninjedi]

Blank incorporated both of his hands, become better at pushing the objects away the more time it took, he began to falter as the weights got faster. One dropped without being pushed, the others being pushed.

 

[Syn]

Cath kept a count and made more drop from two to three and then four one at each side of her padawan. She was interested in what his limit was.

 

[Ninjedi]

Blank turned rapidly to face what he was pushing, using both hands to let out separate waves, pushing himself, more and more started falling without being pushed, two, three, four. Odai's ability was faltering, though he attempted to keep at it.

 

[Syn]

Cath had stopped walking and continued to look on as she kept a total and then five dropped with the fifth coming down the middle as she brought her hand up to stop it and spoke. "Enough, you need to learn how better to pace yourself. Stand there and do not move. For the next five days you shall meditate and focus yourself." Cath walked away and pulled bringing the weights to her feet as she stood there and watch. "You will get something to eat and drink every thirty hours of your meditation. Make it last with the force."

 

[Ninjedi]

Blank nodded, and readjusted himself to meditate for the long hours.

[Syn]

Cath walked around the circle letting her padawan meditate. She was going to keep pace with him again and used the force to keep her body refreshed and restored. At thirty hours she gave him a small roll of bread and cup of water keeping it going for the full five days. Finally she spoke not stopping in her endless walk. "Now how do you feel?"

 

[Ninjedi]

It had been a full five days, and Blank had attempted to meditate for that long period, in which he had succeeded and failed at the same time. His voice had been made monotone through hours of boredom.

"I feel closest to the Force, master." Blank spoke in a monotone voice.

 

[Syn]

Cath just walked and spoke. "That is good then. You will need to feel closer to the force for our next set of lessons." Cath moved and stood still as she spoke holding her whip. "I want you to block my whip with your hand. Wrap the force around it like a glove. It can protect you."

 

[Ninjedi]

Blank moved into a ready stance, prepared for the whip to come at him, he focused the force inside of himself. "I'm ready, Master."

 

[Syn]

Cath looked at the padawan and gave a nod as she threw the whips tip out at his hand. "Now block it and keep your focus."

 

[Ninjedi]

Blank made a clenching motion with his hands, using his understanding of telekinesis to grab the whip.

 

[Syn]

Cath looked at her padawan and gave a nod as she pulled her whip back and lashed out again. "Better now keep it up."
