The Wilds of Felucia

What is going to happen in your plot?
A group of Sith and agents will be called to investigate and deal with a reported infestation of a strange species of spider near a Felucian colony, which has been overrun. They will rid the colony of the creatures, track them back to their nest, and destroy their queen.

What other players will be a part of this?
Pheristroch, The Matt, Versok, Blackjack, Faded Truth

Where are all the places (if more than one) that your plot will be taking place?
The local Felucian outpost near the colony, the Felucian colony, the Felucian jungle, and the nest of the spiders.

Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
1st Thread: Our group will arrive on Felucia, expecting to hunt a few spiders harassing the colony, and discover that the colony is overrun, the people locked in their homes, and the local commander out of his depth and low on troops. First, we'll deal with the spiders in the colony, rooting them out and avoiding becoming prey ourselves.
2nd Thread: Then we'll track the spiders back to their lair, running into the beasts displaced by the spiders, including an enraged rancor.
3rd Thread: Finally, we'll reach the cavern nest of the spiders, fight our way through, and kill their queen in one last battle.

What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
Our team will be rewarded with tech by either the commander (if we choose not to report his incompetence) or the governor of Felucia if we do report him:
Quickdraw 3t astromech Electrowhip Battle droid
x1 Violator Disruptor for Faded Truth
x1 Astromech for Blackjack
x2 Electrowhip, one each for Pheristroch and The Matt
x1 Quickdraw Blaster for Versok
Our group will have faced the trials of one of the harshest jungles in the galaxy and come out stronger for it.

Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.
I don't believe so, unless the commander needs to be DMed by a faction leader or staff member.

There are several glaring issues here. For instance, please follow the provided template, as in, keep the questions along with the answers, so as to avoid just a wall of text. In addition, how many threads will this plot be? What kind of tech are you asking for?

Sorry, first time submitting a plot, wasn't sure how the template was supposed to be handled. I fixed it, but my group hasn't discussed the tech rewards yet. I'm chatting with them on Discord to get a consensus, and I'll post here once I've made the final edits.

It's alright! I understand. Plot submissions can feel intimidating sometimes but don't worry, it's nothing serious.

If you do plan to receive some genuine tech rewards I would also discuss with your participants about thread opposition. For instance, will there be a third-party DM, or will you be rolling with dice, or are we thinking Open PvP?

We were hoping for a DM, but the player who ran these spiders back in the 7th timeline has a full plate, so we'll be going with dice on this one. I did consider open PVP, but I decided it wouldn't make much sense for enemy agents to be interested in some random spiders in Felucia's jungle

However, you will have to nix the disruptor. That alone will require three plot threads. It's better you throw in something generic or nothing more. The three pieces of advanced tech you already have is pushing it anyway, because everything here is at an absolute minimum.

Pardon the late response, but you did not nix the disruptor from the submission. However, whether you make edits here ultimately doesn't matter. I'm just going to approve this on the basis that the astromech droid, quickdraw blaster and electrowhips are all you receive. Nothing more, unless you add more threads to compensate for the disruptor.
