The Twins (Open)

His hold on the rifle tensed up as the lizards voice grew irritated, it took all he had not to shoot him at the word "Drunk", and then they replied, in what to him sounded almost a melodic tone. His finger eased off the trigger a moment, and the gun even began to slide lower towards the ground, and then it began again, in an even harsher voice, he tensed so quickly that a round was fired, between the legs of the Barabel, and as he caught what he'd done his attention came back to him and the rifle was leveled at the beasts head once again, giving warning not to push the situation further.

Seeing the escalating situation begin to unfold, Dimitrije figured he needed to do something to calm it down. As the twins were armed, a gun battle could soon begin. The only one not armed was the lizard thing and he was getting shot at. Since the drunk was the only one that was actually aggressive, he had to be dealt with.

Although Dimitrije felt it would be unwise to visibly display any Jedi powers or paraphernalia, stealthily using some would probably work considering it was unlikely that other force users were nearby. So, he quietly gave a push behind the knees with force push. It was likely that the drunk would then begin to trip and fall and could be apprehended without shots being exchanged.

Redreath had barely finished speaking before a shot was fired. Redreaths surprise quickly turned to anger. He he was having an important conversation with these twins when they are interrupted and then shot at by a drunk passerby. Redreath didn't understand how these girls simply ignored such dishonorable behavior. He walked slowly towards the man covering the space between them in a few long strides. Ignoring the gun pointed at his head, he stood straight, looking down into his eyes.

Then a slight movement. The man stumbled, put off balance. Redreath's hand whipped out pulling the rifle out of his hand and disarming it with one quick movement.

"Why are you pointing gunss at people like a fool for no reason? For what reason do feel the need to fire a warning shot? And why are you pointing gunss when in such a sstate as your own?"

Redreath had scolded him like he would a disobedient child, before turning the rifle around in his hand and dropping it at the mans feet.
He did not know why the drunk had fallen but he felt he should have someone to thank for it anyway.

Redreath calmly turned around and waited for the twins to reply while also remaining alert for the drunk mans inevitable recovery and counter.

(OOC: Sorry if assumed to much with your character Darth Nyne, it may seem a tad 'godmodish', but you brought it upon yourself :P)

The twins watched the exchange in silence due to the fact that it did not concern them and they didn't care if these men killed each other.

"Listen, you have to--"

"tell us more to help you"

"and even then we don't promise anything"

A fire lit in his eyes, though still physically impaired by the earlier consumed beverages all signs of drunkenness cleared from his eyes, he was thinking clearly for the moment. His rifle dropped, and the girls not an immediate threat he trained his pistol on the lizard. Later he'd determine why it felt as though he was pushed from behind, for now there was the matter of the Sisser to be dealt with.

"I'll aim and shoot at who I please," he remarked, as he stalked towards the beast "and there's not much you can do about it." finished his reply as he leveled the weapon, on it's highest setting, to the Barabel's kneecap and let loose a shot.

Seeing the drunk get up again, Dimitrije figured that holding him down was also fairly important. However, the push had ensured that the lizardman was uninjured from any sort of shot. So quietly doing something similar was necessary. A pull on his leg would bring him down again and with him being drunk, it would be believable as a natural movement.

He then quietly and inconspicuously made a force pull on the drunk's leg to cause him to trip yet again. This time, he began walking closer to the area with the intention of preventing the drunk from getting up again and hopefully, taking him to authorities in the upper city.

 

[Will]

two shots were fired, both from Dagan's third pistol. He had replaced the original weapons with a tranq gun, surpressed again to silence it. Each one was optent enough to fell a wookie with it's rage up. They would be enough. Dagan had spent enough time aiming, he would not miss. It was silent, only if they were jedi could they dodge. This situation would be diffused soundlessly. They would be out for a few hours at least. He would make sure the drunk and the lizard weren't raped or murdered. Or at least, he'ed try his best.

(OOC: I'm slightly confused at what just happened. Darth Nyne shot at me... but it missed because cailst pushed him down again? Or did he push me down?
And who is Mrun firing at? :P)

ooc: I pushed Darth Nyne so he missed and I'm guessing the two shots are at Darth Nyne though I suppose we'll have to wait till Mrun confirms it.

Yes. they were at you two.

He was hit, though in the split seconds it took for him to pass out from the concoction flowing through his blood stream he managed to fire off a random shot, just to show his personal protest. He did not know in what direction the shot went, and all he could think was that he didn't want to wake up in a Republic Security Cell.

(OOC: Oh ok... why was I shot? I don't think I made any threating move towards the twins...)

As soon as the drunks shot was fired Redreath spun around putting himself between the man and the twins. It was an instinctive action and didn't have any thought behind it, though some part of his subconscious directed him to protect the girls. It was barely a moment after the drunk had fired that Redreath was hit from behind, square in the back. The shot at first had no effect, it wasn't lethal. But slowly Redreath started to feel numb. Barabels were naturally resistant to any stun shot and this was only helped by Redreaths armor which absorbed most of the impact.

Redreath felt only anger and frustration as he fell to his knees, anger at whoever had shot him and frustration he couldn't finish his conversation with the twins. Perhaps he would have to find another way to establish himself in the Galaxy, to find purpose. He also felt thankful, towards whoever had helped him. These emotions poured into Force as Redreath would never dishonor himself by expressing these emotions for all to see.

Then he crumpled to ground.

 

[Will]

Dagan leapt down to the street level, his stealth field disactivating as he hit the floor. he turned to his sisters. ''We leave. Now.'' He said to them. He turned to the man who talked incessantly about groceries. ''I think it would be best if you left.'' He leveled the tranq gun square at the man's chest.

Amelia and Allina both smiled at their big brother then at the drunk man that had been shot.

"He has potential, Dagan"

Amelia pointed out, giving the puppy dog look to her sibling.

It had turned out the little force pull didn't have a real chance to take effect the drunk as both the drunk and lizardman were felled by unknown projectiles. Dimitrije was fairly surprised but he generally tried to restrain it as he needed to ensure that he wouldn't join the conflict as well.

Then another man popped from above the street and joined the two twins. It was reasonable to assume that he was the shooter though he couldn't be sure. Regardless, the man felt like pointing his weapon at Dimitrije. While Dimitrije was fairly confident that he could dodge the tranquilizer dart, any such conflict would be unnecessary.

"Don't worry, I'm just trying to get back to my apartment," He said trying to ensure that the conflict wouldn't break out.

Dimitrije intended on getting back to his apartment but once he dropped off his groceries, he was planning on returning to the scene to take the unconscious bodies to some area of the law in the area whether it was a hospital or police station. Then they could either get treatment or temporary incarceration.

Dagan kept the gun pointed at the man as he walked away. ''Take him then, but i'm not carrying him.'' He replied huffily.

''Let's get out of here, and you can tell mother and father why you're bringing home ANOTHER drunk man.'' He added, turning around and walking off.

Amelia looked at Allina who sighed and hefted Lucius onto her shoulder. Amelia took his other side and they started to follow their brother back to the ships. Hopefully he would wake up soon and walk himself since he was not that light.

 

[Darth Nyne]

In his head it seemed like forever and a day that he'd been out, in reality he wasn't sure, but as his eyes started to flutter open, and he regained control of his head, he looked left and right trying to see what was causing his motion. To his surprise it was the twins, the same twins that had pointed a weapon at him, while they were talking to that Sisser. But hold a grudge he would not, he wasn't in a jail cell, and that was the best news he'd had since he got shot, of course it was the only news.

"Much as I've dreamed of this moment," he mumble only partially coherently "always thought it'd involve a bed, and less of a headache." he quipped.

It was only after the last remark that he noticed, what he assumed was, the male sibling walking in front of them.

Both girls shrugged him off their shoulders and watched as he hit the ground.

"You have two--"

"choices right now. You can come with us--"

"and join the Raider's Coalition--"

"or you can scamper off to where ever you--"
