Plot The Turn-In

[Talon Vizsla]

Talon hadn't even noticed the droids to the left; of course someone who had lost all his wealth to some crook would become paranoid enough to carry around 10 battle droid body guards.
The old man nodded and stepped back; immediately the 10 raised their blasters.
Talon grabbed both of his pistols; a sniper wouldn't help much here.
"3!" The man yelled.
Talon tensed.
"2!" The got quieter with each yell.
"1!" The whole room seemed to vibrate.
"Go!"

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth without warning threw a Grenade into the center of the droids, grabbing another one and priming it to explode as he darted to the right to find cover. If what he was hoping to happen happened, a few of the clankers would go to pieces while the others would at least be damaged to fight...

 

[Adenn Rytt]

Adenn Immediately began firing on the gear boxes with his A280, deactivating one of them almost immediately.

 

[Talon Vizsla]

The grenade exploded, but the droids weren't as dump as they thought. The only one that had been in range of the blast was the one Rytt had nailed.
A hail of fire reigned upon them as Talon leaped behind a crate, peeking out to fire every once in a while.
The client sat behind a blast door with a glass panel, grinning.

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth growled for a moment, sighing before taking cover, "Just keep them off me for a moment! I've got an idea!" he said over their comms, pulling a couple of grenades out and started piecing them together, setting their fuses and wiring them so they went off at the same time. A Droid came around a corner, prompting Dolworth to yank one of his DL-44s out and shooting it at point blank range, the hung of machinery crumbling to the ground...

 

[Adenn Rytt]

"Move, Damn you!"
Adenn Forced Kabian to his feet, tossing him over the side of a concrete barrier before attempting to join him.
"Just keep them off me for a moment! I've got an idea!"
Dolworth Commed
Adenn gave an Affirmative, taking aim at the droids.

 

[Talon Vizsla]

"Hurry!" Talon yelled; he fired his pistols in quick succession, wondering how the droids were this wise in the way of war.
He noticed the old man speaking; That was it! He was giving them orders through coms!
Talon grinned; "Oh no you don't," He quipped, activating his voice scrambler. He watched the man's face as he was yelling into his coms, unable to give the droids any more orders.
The droids, clueless as to why connection had been cut off, took cover and began firing, another going down from a blaster hit.

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth needed a little bit more time as he shot another droid but he finished it. He smiled as he looked up to see the man yelling into something and caused him to realize what Talon figured out, "Ok Asshat! You going to play it like that?! Then this is fair game!" he said as he bolted for the other side, running and gunning to avoid getting hit.

He managed to duck behind some crates, making sure that he wasn't in the old man's line of sight. He clicked on the comms, "Give this Kriff head a show! I'll give the grand finale!" he subtly instructed as he prepped the makeshift bomb.

 

[Talon Vizsla]

"Alrighty, vod, showtime," 7 droids remained, all within the relative vicinity of a metal crate. Talon threw down a flash grenade; even the droids were confused as Talon disappeared. He managed to walk all the way around the room, waving as he passed the window and came close enough to become visible to the client. He got behind the droids as his device fizzled to a stop and fired twice before taking out another droid.

 

[Adenn Rytt]

"Right!"
Adenn made his move, quickly bolting for the other mandos. He Fired on the droids, killing two.
"Ok Lads, Whats the next move? We've scrambled their comms, I see. But now we need to get that Gheezer shut em down"

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth took his time, moving closer and closer towards the blast door. He checked to see if the door would blast open and into the client or outward. Thankfully it was the latter as he quietly slid the explosive to the door, setting a short fuse before darting back towards the crate again. He started shooting at the 7 remaining droids, taking in deep breaths as he started mentally counting down the fuse to detonation...

 

[Talon Vizsla]

Talon remained pinned against he wall, not daring to move for fear of getting hit.
He managed to catch Dol setting the charge against the blast door, glancing at the client's face.
He blindly shot a few bolts to keep the droids off of him and then spoke into his com.
"Dol, light it up."

 

[Dolworth]

"Already lit" warned Dolworth, "Talon get ready for a breach and clear!" he warned as he readied his rifle, mentally counting down the fuse till a loud bang was heard on the door. The Client jolted and backed away stunned for a moment, while the door lifelessly swung from the latch. Dolworth was the first into the room, sweeping it to make sure there were no more surprises while he let Talon follow him in and put his gun in the Clients face...

 

[Adenn Rytt]

Adenn Followed the other Mandos in, finding Talon already had a gun in the client's face he felt a little disappointed
" Power off the droids, old man. Now!"
He demanded.

 

[Talon Vizsla]

Talon almost started laughing as the man's face turned red, seeming as if he were going to pass out in fear.
He hit a button on a pad where he was standing and turned towards the Mandos as the droids powered off.
"It would seem as if my security has failed...knew I should've gone with those B-2's..."
"You better bet they failed," Talon responded harshly. "Now you have to pay us our due and repair those droids."

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth couldn't help but chuckle at Talon's remark, "Bet those droids must cost some shit load of cash. Makes you regret trying to lowball us huh?" he asked as a thought passed his mind, "Uh...guys...whose watching Kaiban?" he asked.

A Blaster shot prompted him to bolt out the door, aiming his weapon into the direction to find Kaiban falling flat on his ass...and Etr aiming a blaster with a smoking barrel at Kaiban.

"Hey Lad!" he called out, "Care to explain why you discharged that weapon?" asked Dolworth.

 

[Adenn Rytt]

Adenn quickly marched across the Promanade, Seizing the weapon from the boy.
"By the Destroyer, what were you doing, Etr?"

 

[Etr Wyara]

Etr looked up at his uncle and directed his eyes towards the downed criminal;
"He was getting away."
He picked up one of Kabians hands, showing his Shackles which had been Picked. Beside him lay Adenns sidearm which he had siezed during the chaos.
"He might have shot someone!"

 

[Talon Vizsla]

Kabian lay groaning on the ground, getting shot for the second time in a week. Good thing Etr hadn't shot him in the head; he'd be dead... Talon shrugged and turned towards the client.
"Listen, buddy, he's your problem now. Use the remaining droids you have to take care of him. Us? We're gonna get our pay of 20 THOUSAND credits, mind you, and then we're out. No more, no less."
The man stuttered his approval and transfered the credits, powering his droids back on as they took over Kabian.

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth gave a grin as he stared at Etr, "Well make you a Verd yet! Mark my Words Adenn!!" he said as he turned to the client, "See that? That's why you don't Tahla'ada with us...cause even our younguns can shoot!" he said with a laugh. After getting his cut of the reward and nodded to the others, “I don’t know about you guys but I’m going to take some R&R before the next job. Care to join me Vode?” He asked.
