Ah Dorumaa a planet meant for one thing..relaxation..of course there were a few times to look out for like say..hostile aquatic creatures maybe, or maybe a bantha trying to act cool is isn't really but for Jaz there were a few times that he could enjoy more than other things

Now she looks goodJaz thought to himself as he watched a rather cute girl walk past him in what one would call revealing clothing, sitting up he sighed to himself raising a hand over his eyes when the glare of the sun reached his eyes, Jaz himself was wearing a white shirt, with red stripes in a diagonal pattern, and red shorts, and for any aquatic creatures that wanted to take a bite out of him, he had his DH-17 blaster pistol strapped onto his left leg.

"Ah this is so nice"Jaz muttered to himself as he flopped back onto the sand the shade from the sunshade keeping the sun glare from his eyes trying to work up some sort of a tan..of course he had never had a day off during his time in the GA military or even when he joined the hutt cartel so this was the first time he had time to himself

With the Jedi temples evacuted, again, there where Jedi all over the place. There where a few central meeting points, but any Jedi with the means to keep moveing kept moveing. And since most Jedi had access to a ship or freinds with ships that meant that most of the Jedi order was mobil. The problem for Jake was where to go, the central meeting points where all on backwater plants far from the civlized parts of space. So when Jake thought of a place to go to simply relaxe he wonderd why he never though of a resort world befor. His chossen destnastion of Dorumaa was unlicky to have any thing to worry about. No imperial agents, pirats, warlords or any thing to concern Jake. A place where he could be just a kid.

Getting there was easy enough and Jakes Jedi roug starfighter did not atracted to much attenstion. Though a milltary craft they where now far more common in civlian hands. The big problem was clearing the landing area. It was not about the money but more about the ships logs, or to be priseces the abstiance of the logs and the young age of Jake. In the end the only opstion was the truth. Jake told the port control agent the truth. He was a Jedi and came here to relaxe. Even though Jedi where not liked, there credits where still credits and trying to detain a Jedi was not worth the risks. So in the Jake could proced, leaving his robe behind and all his other gear except his lightsaber wwitch Jake kept hidden in a pocket, jake went to the beach.


Taking off his shirt witch revealed a old scar and rolling up his pants Jake procead in the waters.

"Hmm?"Jaz mumbled as he turned his head to the right and saw a young boy now he wouldn't take much notice were it not for the scar that was revealed when the shirt was taken off, curious as to what caused the scar Jaz sat up then got on his feet walking closer to the kid smiling, however his posture and mannerism was more military Jaz could never get rid of that, but as the kid was getting into the water Jaz moved his hands onto the blaster pistol's holster just incase something try to take a bite out of the kid

"Hey"by saying this he wanted to let the kid know that he was here but his tone was more of a passive sort like he wasn't really here to do anything that would cause harm to the kid but rather just to keep a watch out, but since he didn't see anything he relaxed his guard, and moved the holster further up his leg so if he entered the water his blaster wouldn't be submerged in the water, not that it could be damaged by water..right??

As he waited for some form of indication from the kid that he heard him, Jaz then loosened his pony tail and allowed his small pony tail to unfurl to it's full extent which was midway down the back of his neck, of course Jaz himself didn't really see himself as handsome..or cute in any way

Right...that time in Nar Shaddaa with that female mandolorian does not count..I'm still freaked out by what happened there Jaz thought to himself his body shivering slightly at that thought...that weird...thing she did

On hearing voice behind him Jake turned his head towards it. The man that called out could only have been calling out to him. So Jake turned to face him. Based on the walk and the way he carried him self Jake pegged him as a military man. Out here that meant Cartel or a free lance merc. Either way Jake did get a feeling of danger, far from it, it actually looked like the man was worried about something. The way his eyes looked at the water Jake sumezed he was afraid of the water or something in it, no this plantes history.

"You do know that most attacks occur out beyond 500m. These few meters are perfectly save"

"I didn't know that..I guess being in the military..or rather used to be in the military rubbed off on me somewhat"Jaz said rubbing the top of his head with his right hand as he looked out over the ocean letting the wind blow through his hair it was then that he realised that he should introduce himself to the kid seeing as though he spoke first even if it was just to let the kid know that he was there.

"My name's Jaz Corban..ex GA starfighter pilot at your service"the solider said turning to face the kid for once not saluting the kid..as it would be strange to salute him..although stranger things had happened to the poor solider..like that..one...time in Nar Shaddaa

"What about you what is your name?"Jaz asked his eyes glancing down at the scar still pondering what caused that..of course Jaz to had a scar of sorts on his left side of his body..on account of being shot there

"Well if you learn one new thing every day you can end up as one of those old sages that talk all day about when they where younger.
Jake was right this man or should he say Jaz was milltary. "Well Jazz my is Jake Paxston....... Jedi." Jake wonderd if Jaz would belvie him or not, either way it suited Jake. "So you a pilot, I am a pilot to, I fly a roug class fighter. So what do you fly?"

Jake knew jaz was looking at the scar but was waiting for him to ask about it.

Jake Paxston well the next time Jaz saw him he would have to remember the name of course, being a jedi meant that this kid would probably be on the move, and it was then that he heard the question about what craft he flew..now that was a good question

"At the moment I don't have a starfighter so I have to hitch a ride..but I do plan on getting myself one...I miss the thrill of flying, and don't worry I'm not going to tell anybody that you're a jedi..beside you're doing something you want to do same as I"Jaz replied looking at Jake being rather vague on what he actually did for a living which was working for the cartel as a prospect, and laying down on the ocean he drifted slowly on the water looking up at the kid

"So how did you get that scar?"the red hair asked pointing at the scar on Jake's body ignoring the fact that a few other people were swimming past him

"Well if you need to hitch ride off world I can help you out." Jake did not really worry all that mutch if people here found out he was Jedi. On this world people would not care who you are. "Thanks, but even if you did go tell every body here nothing would hapan, the cartal does not like us, but they not at war with us. And the cartel frowns apon those who work in there terrotry with out asking. "



Felling the scar with one hand Jake looked at Jaz. "This is from a lighsaber, happened when I was very young. A lightsaber tends to cortrise any wound and means there is littel blood loss or infecstion. Still they cut far wider and deeper than a blad and the scars will not go away. Any case this is a reminder to me of what the dark side can do."

"As long as I can fly the starfighter for a short while sure, see if I still have what it takes to be a pilot"Jaz replied hoping that he could indeed fly the starfighter..as he had never flew that type of fighter before..or at least he wasn't sure he flew it before or not but no matter

And as for the scar..so that's what a lightsaber does of course if he had to choose between a blaster bolt or a lightsaber..blaster bolt would probably win, of course in war you can't choose what you'll get injured or killed by.

"The dark side..."Jake should realise right about now that Jaz wasn't force sensitive at all and so he would have no idea about the whole light and dark side of the force the only thing he knew was his military and pilot training nothing about the "force" and of course his rules of war something that directed his actions off duty and on duty

Jack forgot that to most people the way of the force was a mystry. "Yes the dark side, the sith follow the dark side of the force, they willing use to empower themself and will kill all before wether children or solders them for fun. Of course there are non sith who follow this route, they are of course less of a threat since they don't have the power of the force. Where we Jedi are sworn to uphold balance and use the light side. There are other force uses such has imperial knights, dark jedi and a few other groups that use the force. But going in to all of that will take to long."

Awesome of course with the jedi being his co-pilot he had to make sure not to go overboard with the different aerial techniques but that was for later on, now he wanted to relax and forget about the whole galaxy at ;east for this one day, but he listened to Jake as he talked about the dark and the light side of the force, and although he didn't really understand it he could take a rough guess at it all

"So basically the Jedi are for a lack of a better word, the good guys and the sith the bad guys"it was a crappy way of saying it..but hopefully Jake would understand what the red head was trying to say, although standing there without getting into the water was silly

"Are you getting in the water? that is what you were about to do before I started to talk to you?"Jaz said teasingly as he changed direction and started to swim backwards of course he should look out for any rocks that he might crash into

"Yes in short the sith bad guys, jedi good guys. Of cours it gets really complicated when you go in to Jedi who have fallen and becom Sith. Some of the greatest sith who brought death and destrucstion where fallen Jedi, who actually planed to bring peace. Then again Sith have risen to becom great Jedi. That is why I use the scar has a reminder, that no mater the cost, even my life I will uphold the light"


Joing Jazz in the water Jake lay on his back to just float and relax. "Yeah that why I came here. I used to live on tython and enjoy the waters there, I truly miss the days before the fall. I hope I will live to see the return of order."

"I see...but yeah that sounds too complicated to me"Jaz replied looking at the kid who finally went into the water as well, and since they were talking about scars..awhile ago Jaz might has well tell the kid what his scar was about..but he didn't want to make a long story..or blurt out that "hey I'm a member of the hutt cartel be scared of me"..he would simply do a very short white lie

"As for my scar well I had a disagreement with a arms vendor, and his bodyguard shot me because I was becoming a threat to his boss, which wasn't true at all, so I had to stumble away and get myself some medical help"Jaz said before the inevitable happened and his head smacked against some rocks, which startled the solider as he dove under the water,blood appearing over the spot where he went under the water and a few moments later he resurfaced then slowly made his way to the kid rubbing the back of his head..well at least it was a small cut nothing serious.

As for his story well..it was for the most part true except there was more than one bodyguard, he skipped past the fact he chased after the bug in a speeder which crashed..and that he had a companion helping him, but hey the kid didn't need to know all of the details

Jak was not suprised that Jaz was a cartal member. In this part of the world it was common. "Well Jedi don't scare easy, well I do hope you came to a agrement with the vendor" when jaz hit the rock Jack could not see him so only heard a dull thud and a sound of pain. Spining to see what was wrong Jake could only see blood before Jaz poped back up. "Are you ok? If you want I can look at your wound, the cut looks deep."

Unaware that Jake had guessed that Jaz was a member of the cartel he listened to what Jake had to say and nodded slightly rubbing the spot where the cut was at..kriff those rocks were sharp but no matter anyway where was he ah yes the "story"

"Eventually after I got myself some medical help and then explained the whole situation to the bug we finally came to a agreement, and he apologized for his guard shooting me"Jaz said continuing with the white lie, as really what happened was the opposite really as he had to stun the bug and his bodyguards before any sort of "agreement" was reached but hey those were minor..but yet truthful things that he skipped again he didn't want to kid to think that he was scum, as really he was a morally good person who's unfortunally involved with a organization that rather morally questionable at best.

"Hmm sure..it's probably a small cut but sure if you want"Jaz said as he let Jake examine the cut on his head although judging from the age of the kid,Jaz would be seen more like a uncle or maybe the father if somebody was to guess their relation to eachother...even if that was completely untrue, hell Jaz hadn't found a girlfriend yet let alone a wife.

Jake suspected there was more to Jaz's story but did not press it any more. Since they where still in the water. Jake was high enough to reach the cut with a hand. Placeing a hand on jake focused and the pain was gone a scab formed. "It should heal ok maybe a day or 2."

"Dorumaa...such a lovely place..."

Dawn smiled at his surroundings, wearing a hood so as to protect his overly pale skin from the blaring sun. His breathing problems had gotten worse over the years he spent at Korriban, and the doctor he'd seen said it was from stress of all things...the diagnosis had amused him at first, but he did have a point. Seeing as how easily Sith were affected by emotions, it made sense that his training might get to him after a few years. After all; Korriban wasn't the most nurturing environment, especially when you got disillusioned with the more cherished tenets of Sith philosophy.

But he wasn't here to think about that; right now, he was here to..."relax"...or something of that nature. But it was strange. He wasn't used to taking a moment's break from his endeavours concerning growing more powerful or pursuing his other various goals. And yet here he was, doing it; and it was...actually enjoyable to just be doing nothing at all for a change. Even if it was a bit too hot for his tastes.

He traveled to the secluded spot he had discovered the day when he arrived for his vacation, where he normally enjoyed swimming, but found it occupied by two others. Not that it mattered to him. He could wait until they left if...oh...strange...one of them was a Jedi. He felt his presence clearly. A light side user, definitely. He had heard from its participants that the Battle of Anoth had split up the Jedi entirely, but he was quite surprised to see one of them here. He smiled; he didn't mind it in the slightest. Unlike most of his comrades he actually found Jedi to be enlightened in a way; even if their concept of the Force was flawed, they sought many of the same things he one day hoped to accomplish. And though this one wasn't all that powerful; obviously a Padawan of some sort; it piqued his curiosity to see one in the flesh for the first time.

Though he didn't engage the two of them at first, he made no attempt to hide his affiliations to the Sith, his silvery-golden eyes watching the waves as his white and black robes flitted about in the breeze He kept his lightsaber at his side in case he needed it, but somehow, he doubted he would. This seemed to be a place for peace. Even if his superiors told him peace was a lie, it was almost a tangible presence here. He hoped that these two felt the same way he did.

It was probably good for the kid not to have pushed further into his story, as any further and Jaz might have to just tell him what actually had happened, although he did a good thing during it all by protecting a family from a bodyguard who tried to sneak behind and that he could terrorise the family to force them to tell the guard where Jaz was hiding if there was one thing Jaz disliked more than anything it was soldiers terrorising or killing any civilians, no matter if they were imperium or otherwise

"That's good to know"Jaz said rubbing the spot where the cut was at before feeling that the pain was got and instead of a cut he felt a scab where the cut was at..wait that was quick..so this must be that "Force" working..although he had no idea how it all worked..was it mental, something physical but he wasn't going to dive deeply into it all as it was all too complicated for him with the whole light side,dark side and then those people inbetween

"..."Glancing around all he could see were families enjoying themselves..and a shrouded person just standing...wait why was he all cloaked up like that..unless...

"Fear of the sun! that guy is one of those...thingies that hate the sun!" Jaz said rather stupidly though it was then that he saw something glinting off the belt..looks like a lightsaber

"Hmm?"of course Jaz wasn't going to say anything as the person hadn't made any contact to speak with either of the two just yet

Jake felt the darkness long before he got a look at Dawn. But once he did he moved so he was In front of jaz, thuse putting him self inbetween jaz and dawn. Though this guy was clealy a follower of the dark side maybe even a sith, Jake would not make the first move. To Jake fighting was a last resort, any case the man was not makeing a threating move.

Looking the man in his eyes Jake spoke with a voice that was not loud and showed no fear. "Helo there, you look lost." And sending a telphaic though "....to the ligh"

Ok judging by how Jake moved infront of Jaz probably to protect the solider from the..cloaked man with yellow...eyes or were they silver who knows but surely the guy wasn't here to cause any trouble..he wasn't really equipped to fight right now..on account of the lack of armour, though had Jaz knew that he was a sith with a lightsaber then even with his armour it wasn't going to help him against that type of weapon

"Ehh...hey?"Jaz said looking at the man water dripping from his face..and his hair was simply too wet to even think about tying it into a ponytail, so while he waited to see what was going on, Jaz looked around to see what was going on elsewhere on the planet, but so far nobody was paying much attention to the trio which was good
