The Sky is Falling Down
The outer rim world was like one would expect, dirty, unorganized and full of shady people. The city was controlled by a over grown Hutt that liked to make people lives miserable. Which was the one thing that Mike had wanted to get away from, yet of course he wasn't able to, he had given up everything only keeping a few personal items with him. But now he was once again in a place where the oppressing hand of the slugs were making his life miserable. Barely able to get a new job as a assistant mechanic though the credits aren't great. Seeing how the Hutt demands a lot for protection money, leaving Mike with only enough credits for some food and nothing else.

There was only one space port in the city, which is heavily watched over and patrolled by the Hutt's enforcers. Which has roughed up Mike a few times because of the way he looked. He was dressed with a white long sleeve shirt that has a few tears and worn down in a few areas. He had a blaster pistol that doesn't have any ammo for, after wasting it on the few thugs that got to close, not that he killed anyone. Just that he fired to many warning shots now he was defenseless.

Mike had been wondering the streets, looking at the many vendors offering outrages deals for simple food, and house hold items. Mike just had to see if any of the vendors weren't paying attention so he can get a quick meal. Of course the planet was mostly ignorant of their doom that was flying towards them. But of course just as the asteroid was getting closer did the people start to realize what was about to happen when the emergency announcement was called saying they were about to be hit by several asteroids. Which caused the entire city to go crazy, the vendors and anyone with half a brain began to head to the bunkers thinking that will protect them. But the bunkers couldn't hold everyone, and Mike knew that, as many of the people were being hold back as the Hutt and his more favored people were allowed in. Now it was up to those without a spot in the bunker to find away to survive the falling rocks of death.

Mike would be close enough to notice the bunkers closing their doors so that no more people could enter, but far enough away to not be apart of the growing mob of people trying to get in. Mike could only think of one way to survive, and that was the way he got here, though a ship. Though he didn't know how to fly one, but he didn't think of that only that he wanted to live.

Finn had taken a detour after his last business transaction and gotten lost a bit. This place was truly a garbage can if ever there was one. And a maze unlike any he had ever seen. A filthy and poor maze infested with bugs and rodents. He saw sick people everywhere. For good reason he had left his equipment on Telerath. Except for his utility belt and everything that came with it he was basically wearing civilian clothes as he liked to put it. His lightsaber though was carefully tucked into a newly added inside pocket in his jacket. It was unnecessary for people to know that he had it and it usually only created trouble for him. His blaster was enough to keep him protected for now especially since the Hutt enforcers knew that he worked for someone who was well connected and that he had business with the local boss. Even though said business was concluded for now he could still count on being treated at least better than the common folk that lived in this awfully saddening place.

When the sirens started to bleat their warnings across the city Finn didn't really know what they meant. Had there been an accident? Was something going to happen still? The fear most people fell into did not tell him much more about what was going on. Asking didn't really work since people were in such a hurry and so out of it all of a sudden that they were hardly reacting to him.
He could see people getting pushed and shoved, and luckily nobody had been trampled yet. But the way it was going it seemed like it could happen soon.

Then the whistling started. Slowly it build into a terrible roaring and deafening growl and the first meteors started to streak across the sky above and some immediately impacted in the higher buildings of the city. Flames shot out of the holes they left and explosions rocked the whole area. People had been mad before, but now chaos truly started. People gave in to panic and now Finn himself knew that he had to get away and out of the areas where people were gathering. He still had his small ship at the space port but he did not know whether or not he could reach it at all. The areas around the bunker entrances were crowded and chaotic to say the least and the way to the space port was lined with them.

Right in that moment a meteor, probably the size of a speeder, hit the house on the other side of the bunker and engulfed the far side of the place in flames. He could feel the heat of the explosion from afar and the pressure from the detonation moved the the whole crowd and shoved them closer together.

Finn forced his way through the masses and when he reached the edge he got away from the people as best as he could. Already there were people looting and he clearly saw bodies on the floor that had died from wounds inflicted by weapons not falling meteors, rubble or other directly things directly related to this disaster. Finn was honest enough to admit that this was scary as hell. Anarchy reigned in the streets and it had barely taken a few moments of a natural disaster to plunge this city into savagery.

When he moved away from the crowds still flocking to the bunkers Finn almost ran into a young boy standing in the street, locking on and seemingly frozen in place. “Run, you fool!” He shouted after he had managed to prevent a collision. There were still enough people here to restrict free movement so Finn had to shove past the boy.

Three days earlier...

Snow found herself in a very tricky situation; a Hutt thug had her bound by her wrists and ankles to a chair in the middle of a blacked out room. The only light was one that dangled slowly back and forth above her head, adding to the occasional dripping of leaks in the room a slight whine as metal grind against metal. She moaned as she stretched her neck, and the effects of the drugs began to slowly wear off. In front of her, though the image was still hazy, was a human male standing just barely in the light, dressed in his own unique bounty hunter's armor with a beautifully designed repeater blaster in his hands.

"She's finally awake," the hunter said as he crouched to his knees. Her vision cleared and she recognized his face; Auwin Ud'Ikk, one of the nastiest bounty hunters the Hutts contracted on this junker world. She couldn't have predicted their fateful run-in; just a few months ago, he chased her down on Coruscant and she nearly killed him. He tried to rape her, having been directed by the one-too-many drinks he had consumed earlier that night. She drew a vibrosword off of one of the well-armed patrons that joined them in the cantina, and sliced at him, leaving him with a nasty scar on his face.

"Ted kue dei tloke mliyi, Fuk xa'ena!" Snow spat in Ryl. Auwin erupted in laughter as he rose to his feet once more.

"Do you even remember how you got here, love? No... You were asleep at the spaceport in one of the inn suites. I snuck in and drugged you with a needle. You had no idea. But now here you are, bound so that you can't use any of your surprising fighting skills, which no non-Force sensitive should be able to pull off, yet you do..." Auwin revealed. Snow suddenly felt exposed upon hearing what happened. Her sapphire eyes fell to the floor as her chocolate bangs covered her face, hiding her shame.

"Why am I hear, other than me nearly killing you, which is more than what you deserve?" She finally asked, looking up at him while revealing no emotion. Suddenly, her inexplicable training kicked in, and she began to find a way to free her hands from their bindings.

"Simple; the Hutts put out a bounty after you sliced my face up, and I came to collect. But the bounty was for you alive only. No credits if you were dead," he responded truthfully. She didn't know why, but she could tell he was being honest.

"Why?" She inquired as she positioned her wrists and hands in a way that would allow her to free herself without giving herself away.

"Well, to be honest, I think they want to hire you. You bested me and shamed me; their best. That's impressive to them. But before they want to see you, they want to make sure you're at least punished. So that's what I'm going to do," he said as he took a step forward. In that moment, she freed her wrists silently. The time for talking was over; now was the time for action. When he drew his large knife and began to tap the inside of her left thigh with it, she reached around with lightning speed, grabbed the hand with the knife, quickly disarmed him and shoved the blade into his shoulder, avoiding any major organs or arteries. He let out a loud cry of pain as she twisted the knife, then she pulled the knife out and grabbed his collar before punching him over and over as hard as she could in his face until he passed out. Her hand hurt terribly, but she was able to ignore that pain.

She took the knife and cut the bindings around her ankles, then checked Auwin. Satisfied that he had a pulse, considering she still wasn't trying to kill anyone, She removed his armor and took his hooded coat and his gauntlets, and slipped them on. Then she took his blaster pistol and the holster and buckled it around her waist, sheathed the knife in the scabbard on the opposite side of the belt, and grabbed his repeater rifle. She slipped the white hood over her head and snuck out of the facility, covering her tracks as she went. Auwin may have been their best hunter, but she was the best agent, whatever she was an agent of. She made sure she was like a ghost as she hid on the planet, and made it look as though she had already traveled off world...

Present day...

Snow was in the middle of the street, her hood up and repeater slung over her shoulder, as she gawked at the sky. The sound of panicked people mixed with wailing sirens and roaring meteors filled her ears as the smell of burning stone gassed up her nostrils. The people were in a frenzy, unsure of what to do to avoid the coming disaster except to hide away in bunkers. She knew better; she had to escape the world and fast. She knew there were hangars near by, and ships were docked there. A few ships tried to escape, but many were blown to bits as asteroids smashed into them. Their pilots weren't very good.

In front of her, amidst the rushing stampede of people was a boy. He wore white and, like her, stared at the meteors. He wasn't so young, though. In fact, he might have been a teenager. But what caught her interest was the other many who rushed past him, and the interaction they had. He seemed to be headed to what he knew to be an escape, and beckoned the teen, who was a total stranger, to come and join him in survival.

That was what gave her the judgment she made; they were a team event though they didn't know each other. She imagined they would need a navigator and a pilot as well. She reasoned quickly, and considered that she was very much in need of friends these days. There's no time to lose, She thought to herself as she ran towards them. Fire blazed all around, meteors crashed into homes, and there they were looking to get off world instead of join the rest of the crowds to their dooms.

"Hey! You two!" Snow yelled as she got closer to them. "You two need a ship, and I can steal, pilot, and navigate one! Join me?!" She asked as a meteor crashed into one of the other ships attempting to escape overhead, smashing it to pieces in a fiery explosion. Another small asteroid slammed into one of the towers a few blocks away, decimating it. "We don't have time to ponder an answer, either!" She added.

Mike had been standing trying to get moving but the fear and screaming and chaos did shake up the young kid, really he had come here to get away from the horrors of life. But now he was just a breath away from meeting his mother in the afterlife, what could he really tell her? Sorry mother I died because some giant space rocks decided to crush him when he was at his lowest. Really this was just the worst possible thing that could happen, and Mike's young mind was just trying to think of something but the threat of immediate death and everyone going crazy. Well it was too much for the young man, only 17 years old he was still green and never dealt with something like this.

Mike would be staring up when he was almost ran over by a man who was wearing normal cloths and to Mike seemed like a normal guy. Though Mike might have said something he was in shock though he was not getting out of it thanks to the man now shoving Mike out of the way. He only barely kept himself up and that was when a woman voice shouted at him. Turning to look at the person who just so happened to look like a really scary bounty hunter, someone that Mike wouldn't want to be with. But she seemed to be kind enough to offer him help, which was something he really needed, a teenager that didn't know what to do and when a tough sounding adult came in, he decided best to listen. So without much of a thought he figured best to follow her, as more rocks began to destroy the very city around them, Mike didn't really need any more incentive to listen.

"Y-yea, lead the way."
Mike would begin to run towards the bounty hunter, at least with that armor there wasn't much else she could be on this world.

Mike would try not to push his way though people but rather run past them, and not push anyone out of the way like the other guy, who Mike didn't really have a good opinion of. With the whole pushing him aside didn't give the other man any points with Mike, that was for sure. With the city destroyed or at least getting there, more and more people seemed to be either running out of the city, to the bunker or to the only hangar here. Either way the three of them would be hard press to get though the crowd and falling rocks, people going crazy, and the odd Hutt enforcers trying to save their own skins.

Mike wanted nothing more than to survive today and if the woman could do that for him, Mike was willing to do whatever to make it up to her. But he knew that right now he needed to survive first.

While he was shoving past the boy someone yelled something. At first he could not understand a word and so Finn only heard half of what the woman said, but the most important parts stuck. She came closer and against his better judgment he stopped, turned and looked back. Join her? She was heavily armed with a blaster rifle and a hood over her head concealed her identity. Being unable to see her face made impossible to gauge much about the woman except that she also wanted of this rock. Her weapon had him weary though. While Finn too was armed she was carrying something closer to a weapon of war.

When she said that there was no time to ponder a decision, as if to underline her words, a ship exploded above the spaceport, apparently after being hit by a falling meteoroid, created a fiery spectacle that put shame to any firework he had ever seen. With a move of his hand he raised his scarf and untangled his breathing mask, keeping it handy in case he needed it. While he was doing so another meteoroid impacted a tower and the tower was near enough for the impact to send ripples through the ground for Finn and the other two to feel. Flames shot out of the building that had been hit and a fire started to spread through it quickly. There was truly no time to loose.

The young boy agreed to the woman's idea and his words showed his fear. He was stuttering to bring forth the words. Finn was not one to underestimate the advantage of strength in numbers so he nodded towards the woman. “Lets go then!” He said and turned towards the spaceport. There was still some distance to cover and if he was not mistaken ahead of them a building had collapsed to block the road. While the building on the right of the street hat crumbled, covering the street with rubble, it had also damaged the building on the left side of the road. Going through there looked like a bad idea. The building on the left could give a well and bury them or the rubble could shift while they tried to pass over it. Both were not save ways of getting to the spaceport

That would make it harder to get to their destination and the straight way there seemed to be blocked for now. He stopped and looked for the other two. “The path is blocked! We need to go around.” he shouted and it was clear he was not happy with the fact. They would loose time and time was the one thing that was on a tight budget right now. So Finn made a decision and went around right. The building there was already destroyed and could hardly collapse any more. So he thought it the saver path. “This way!” He called out to the woman and the boy and made a motion with his arm and hand, beckoning them to follow. The path ahead was clear not entirely from rubble but the road allowed for easy enough passage.

The sounds of exploding meteors continued all around them as they passed through the alley between the demolished buildings. Snow followed closely behind, keeping her head on a swivel and observing as much as she could of their surroundings as they moved, certain to have them all avoid any danger if possible. She removed her hood, since it was getting in the way, and looked up at the roaring meteors. Her eyes widened as she witnessed the largest of the asteroids hurling towards the planet. She was sure it was the end of this world, which meant they needed to move all the more quickly, and take risks when mandatory.

"How well can the two of you climb? Are either of you dexterous?" She asked as she examined the pile of rubble that was once a building beside them. It was crumbled enough, and there were enough cracks that they could fit their fingers and toes through to start a climb. If they could get over the building, they would have a quicker path to the docks, which she hoped weren't destroyed. There was no point in hiding her identity when the world was ending, so she made no effort to hide her face from them. If they were going to live, they were going to get to know each other well enough to survive together within the next few minutes.

"I'm Snow, by the way," she added, just so they would have some familiarity and could function better as a team.

Mike ran with the new pack, a rag tag group of individuals that seemed to have been made because of the sudden live or death situation. But Mike was more than willing to follow these two if it meant he could survive to see the sun and open air once more. As the man that just pushed Mike decided to join them in trying to steal a ship and escape. Which honestly wasn't a bad idea though without the woman bounty hunter it wouldn't be possible for Mike to do it himself. The trio would be running though a already destroyed city, though it was soon to be their grave if they didn't leave.

An as they ran Mike saw the bounty hunter's face which for a young boy who was pretty green with the whole girl situation might have blushed if he wasn't running for his life. So later he might allow those thoughts go though but right now, Mike was only focusing on surviving, and that was when of course the thing that makes this galaxy spin decided to say screw you. Because their lives wasn't hard enough, really why does it have to be like they have to pick between three different pathways and only one guarantees survival. Which really sucks when you like to survive.

So as they were forced to stop and think it seemed even though they were a team now, they couldn't stick together as one. One wanted to go around, and the other wished to climb a destroyed building, honestly Mike just wanted to survive and had no clue so he did the only thing he could. Follow the person he felt gave him the better chance of survival, which was the female bounty hunter who offered to help save Mike in the beginning. Not that the other man was not capable, just that Mike was trusting that the woman said she knew how to pilot and steal a ship. Something that is necessary to get off the world and survive the falling sky.

"I-m going to follow her."
Mike said just loud enough that they might hear if they were listening, but with the yelling from the people that have given up hope, sound of the alarms, and the falling rocks strike the ground, well it was hard to hear anything right now.

Of course as she started talking about getting over the hill, she spoke what Mike guess was her name, though he wasn't sure if it was real or not. It wasn't like she had done anything to earn his distrust, just that there was no way of proving it and with the off chance they survive she might not want people to really know who she is. But that didn't really matter, they just needed to survive.

"M-mike is my name, and yea I think I can climb it."
Mike was only hoping and never actually done something like this, but if snow felt it was the faster route than Mike was going to just have to suck it up and go along with it.

Mike would get closer to the hill, but wouldn't climb until Snow did, if only so he could see her and figure out how he was suppose to climb. Which was something new to the kid who only ever had to climb fences.

Finn had little time to bicker about what path to take. If they wanted to go this way and break a leg he was fine with it. He was wearing proper high shaft work boots that would serve him well while getting through the rubble but he was worried about other things. There would be sharp metal pieces everywhere, they would have to watch themselves. But that was not the worst part, there was a dust in the air and it did not feel right for Finn to breathe in the shimmering particles. Certainly all sorts of things had been released when the building had crumbled.

Finn quickly donned his breathing mask and started to climb up the rubble that was blocking the street. With great care he looked at the pieces he stepped on and held on to for leverage as to gauge if they would buckle, move or shift under the weight. His mind reached out into the force and for a moment he had to hold and let the death happening around him wash over his consciousness. It was terrible what had already happened. Finn knew though that it was not over yet and many more would die before this storm was over. “Don't take to many deep breaths. You don't know what this dust might contain.” Finn warned them. His voice sounded muffled through the mask but was still easily understood.

While he climbed the pile of rubble he looked for the other two on a regular basis. Every other moment he stopped, looked forward, then backward and then moved on quickly. There was after all no time to waste and already the impacts were getting terribly large. The larger Rocks announced the big one that would happen at some point in the very near future. Finn hoped that by then he would be already out of here. Not anywhere near the impact of that last meteoroid.

When he reached the peak of the pile he looked towards the spaceport and could see the hangar bay where he had parked his small ship, more of a fighter sized personal shuttle to be honest “I have a ship parked over there. It does fit three if it has to! … ” he said, pointed towards it and then watched in quiet shock as a cloud of black and gray plume shot towards the space port and impacted almost directly into that very hangar bay where he had parked his small ship. “Would have been too easy ...” He cursed under his breath and started moving again. “Back to stealing a ship then I guess” Finn called out and started his descent on the other side of the rubble. With the same care he had taken earlier he made his way down the dangerous heap.

Snow was conscious of the dust as Finn pointed it out, careful to mask her mouth and nose so that she wouldn't inhale any dangerous shrapnel within the air as they climbed over the wreckage. She was slightly relieved when they saw the hangar bay, and even more so when he pointed out that he had a small skiff docked there, but her hopes were quickly dashed when a meteor flew directly into the hanger he pointed out and utterly destroyed it. Would have been too easy... She repeated in her mind, quickly scanning the area for another bay that would have a ship they could ride off this rock.

"Back to stealing a ship then, I gues," Finn called out to them as they began their descent. She silently agreed with him as her eyes picked out a relatively protected hangar bay on the lower side of a building not too far from them, and focused in on it. She pulled out her repeater when she was on a ledge where she could safely use her hands and looked through the scope. Zoomed in, she was able to spot an armed freighter docked.

"Not too far ahead, there's a hangar with a ship docked," Snow said as she pointed to the building. "It looks low enough that it's unlikely a meteor will crash into it before we get there." She threw the repeater back over her shoulder and finished their descent, and then directed them through the ruins of the city, careful to avoid any unwanted blazing asteroids from falling on them. It seemed as if their escape was just within their reach, and they were going to live after all.

Then her heart sank as she heard a loud, angry and defiant, "THERE YOU ARE, WENCH!!! YOU AND YOUR PALS ARE GOING DOWN!!!" She turned around to see the bounty hunter, bloodied and looking like he had just gone through Hell. In his hand was a blaster pistol, while the other was missing.

"Kriff! Start running; I'll be right behind you!!!" Snow barked as she slung the rifle off her shoulder and into her hands, and unleashed a barrage of violet blaster bolts at the deranged hunter. He jumped out of the way in time to avoid getting shot, and rushed quickly into an alley for cover. She didn't hesitate in turning to run and follow her companions to the hangar, continuously looking over her shoulder for their attacker.

Mike had moved his shirt over his mouth and noise, though it was worn it did provide some protection from the dust. But not enough that Mike wouldn't be coughing up a lung in the next few days. Mike hadn't had the experience of the other two but he thankfully, the kid wasn't planning to die so he would climb the fallen building with everything he had. Though it was not something he would gladly do again, as they climbed he foolishly looked down and press closer to the rubble. Which did cause some pain as the concrete stuck out and almost cute into Mike's skin.

But right now Mike knew crying and taking time to deal with the pain, he needed to get over the hill of rumble if he wanted to see the day where he can complain about the pain. So for now he groaned and bite his tongue, not willing to show that he is in pain and having troubles to the other two people. Even if he just met them, he didn't want to be seen as a kid even though he kind of is one. As they climbed Mike in the rear of course as he wasn't as strong or experience as the other two. And just as the two were climbing they seemed to be talking which Mike was really confused about. He could barely speak right now because of fear, pain, being scared and kind of drained as the life around him is slowly ended.

And of course when they mentioned a ship, Mike renew his effort to getting to the peak where the other two are. And as they talked about ships and which to take, Mike finally got on the peak slightly breathing heavily as the strain of getting up there. As they talked, it seemed their objective was finally in their sight. He began the slow march down, trying his best to not fall down and breaking all the bones in his body.

Of course that was when things decided to go from bad to worse. And yelling could be hear just behind them, calling what Mike assumed was Snow and of course he turned out to be right. With what looked like a beaten up bounty hunter and a few thugs coming at them, Mike could only think of one thing. RUN!

If he survived he was going to need to have to take a long as time to sleep, since his body felt so close to falling apart. He looked over his shoulder ever so often but he was running, he didn't want to die and could only hope that Snow was able to get to the ship in one piece. If they did survive Mike would be extremely impressed. He doesn't have any ammo so really he was kind of useless in this kind of situation. He would barely get off the rumble without getting hurt.

Rocks were falling and people were dying. All around them death became a common sight. And to a force user like him it was quite the troublesome event. Feeling all this death, the screams of the people, their fear and despair. Like a gargantuan presence it weighted heavy on his mind. Yet he kept himself focused on the task at hand, getting out of here. He was not short on self preservation instinct and he would not run aimlessly into a dangerous situation like this. Who was he going to save but himself? Maybe these two would survive with him, maybe they would die.

When someone called out on the other side of the mountain of collapsed building material Finn did not hear what was said. There was too much noise. He only heard the girl called Snow shout and warn them. He had no problem with running. He had been doing that anyway. Away form the epicenter of this storm and eventually of this planet with all his limbs still attached to his body. “We'll see if anyone is going to stop me! They can try.” He mumbled to himself and patted his jacket as if to get some dirt of if. Actually though he was checking if his lightsaber was still there. It was thankfully and that had him at least somewhat reassured.

When he reached the street level he looked for the other two and when he saw them he continued on. The space port was their target for now and they were surely pressed for time in their atempt to steal a ship. Fires were burning inside the spaceport and where people had tried to get inside the large building to try and get of this planet by ship most of them were now fleeing from flames and black, acrid smoke. The three of them were probably the only ones still running towards it. The street was lined with injured people, dead bodies and those who awaited the end. Some of them quietly, some of them crying, some running around like crazy. Finn pitied them. Soon they would all perish.

It was then that the first blaster shot bolted through the air next to him. He instantly dashed to cover behind a pillar and drew his own weapon. “Aye, who the hell is shooting at us?” He said while more shots whizzed bast him. He managed to peak around the pillar and spot the attacker on the pile of rubble they had just spent precious time crossing. “I don't have time for this!” He pressed forth between his teeth. His jaw was clenched shut.

So as to end this fight before it could begin in full he reached out with his mind. Sensing the street, the rubble, the people and remaining buildings around him. The building opposite the one that had collapsed and formed the mountain of duracrete was equally damaged by now. Its structural integrity was not very sound any more. Some of the pillars giving it the needed support were bent out of shape and only barely holding it upright. A tug in the right place would make all the difference here. So while blaster shots were impacting the pillar he was hiding behind Finn closed his eyes and reached out into the force. Gathering it until he knew it would be enough he applied it at first to only one pillar. A groaning sound came from inside the thick duracrete pillar and cracks started to appear. That was enough already. Finn opened his eyes and without him having to do anything more than this the two pillars left and right of the one he had toyed with started the same process.

The sound of twisting, ripping metal and crumbling duracrete filled the air. Quickly the sound got louder, more pillars went through the same process. Now multiple ones at the same time. By then the building had started to visibly tilt. The process was moving through the building. Its ability to support itself was compromised and its own weight was pulling it down. As if in slow motion a thick cloud of dust and ground duracrete started to well out of the ground floor of the building and covered the street. “Get to the spaceport, ... run!” Finn shouted and with the concealment they had now their escape would hopefully be easier. He himself was already taking to his heels. His blaster back in his holster as not to be hindered by it during his sprint. He quickly covered the distance to the spaceport.

Their attacker was pinned behind a pillar when Finn used a Force blast to crumble the already-failing structures, surprising her with the fact that he was a Force sensitive. However, she was less inclined to play the inquisitor on whatever side he might be on, and more inclined to make it to the ship docked in the bay just ahead. They were almost there.

Finally, she reached the wall at least thirty feet below the dock. To their fortune, the wall was cracked and broken enough that they had plenty to grab onto, and could inherently climb to the dock, eliminating the need to go through the building. Certain her companions were with her, she began her ascent, grappling onto any ledge in the white wall she could find. "We're almost there!" She exclaimed. Then the loudness of the giant asteroid hurling towards the planet filled her ears, but she refused to look back. Instead, it motivated her to keep pushing forward.

Mike had just survived getting down the rubble, but now came the real challenge to survive running to the wall that they also have to claim. Though Finn and Snow were having better luck, it seemed Mike wasn't having a good time because one of the bolts fired by the people behind them glanced his leg. Which would visible slow him down as his right leg began to slowly bleed as much of the wound was burned closed because of the energy of the bolt.

With his leg hurt the kid would let out on cry, but would even as tears went down his face continue to move, unwilling to just die on this world. He pushed himself as far as his body would let him, the bolts were flying everything making Mike keep his head low and his arm over it just to provide some protection. Even if it wouldn't really do anything for him, and thankfully it seemed one of the buildings collapsed. Which thankfully provided them cover, but Mike was still hurt and would no doubt need help.

He was barely a adult and this would be the first time he experience a blaster bolt hitting him, so once he got off the world he was going to need some medical attention. Though his leg will eventually be fine, if Mike got treatment. Mike was limping his way to the wall that they were going to have to climb, it was a daunting task for the now injured kid. He notice the two seemed capable of climbing and could only hope one of them were willing to help him climb, though he would be able to do it. Mike was hurt and most likely would be able to climb but he will be slow and letting out a lot of grunts and moans of pain.

"Guy's I-I hate to ask but, I think I am going to need some help."
Mike looked around hoping to see one of them helping him climb even if it is just emotional encouragement he would appreciate him.

Finn turned when the boy spoke. Tears were running down his face and clearly he was in some manner of pain. Great, the boy was injured. It took only a short glimpse with the force to tell Finn that something was obviously not right with the boy. Even though Finn could not tell what it was a visual inspection did not yield any indication of what was wrong. “Can you climb?” He asked and looked upwards. There was still a long way between them and the hangar and Finn was not sure they could make it with one of them being injured. He could surely not carry the boy. “Snow! The boy is injured. See if you can find something to get him up there with. A winch or something.” Finn called after the woman and hoped she would not simply get on board of the ship and abandon both of them here. While he waited for Snow to answer he put his hand on the boys shoulder and let the force flow through the physical connection he had so formed. “If you want to live, ignore the pain.” He said and while he did let the force flow into the boy, giving him some of his strength. At the same time he could feel it seep out of himself. Thankfully he knew his own limits all to well. What Finn was giving to the boy was exhausting him but hot debilitating. “Did you find something?” He called up to the young woman, after he had released the boy's shoulder.

Snow made it to the top as Finn shouted for her to look for something, anything that could help get the boy up to safety quickly enough. She scoured the dock, only glancing slightly at the ship to admire it, hoping it would be fast enough to gauge tee their escape. Then, she saw a rope coiled near the edge. It was an answer to a silent prayer as she ran to it and tied a tight, sturdy not around one of the massive bolts protruding from the ground.

Satisfied, she tossed the rope over and held on to it tightly. "Grab the rope!" She yelled. "I'll pull up, but you'll have to help me some with your feet, got it?"

She braced herself safely away from the edge by pressing her feet up against the raised edge, readying herself for their next daunting task. "Any day now would be great!" She rushed, not eager to be crushed by the meteors rushing to destroy the planet.

Mike was in pain but glad to see that Finn and Snow was willing to help him get up, it really showed to him that they are good people. Both of them seemed to stop what they were doing to help him, which did make Mike feel better through it didn't stop the pain in his leg.

"I-I can climb, j-just need a bit of help." Mike wanted to save some face though it was probably a moot point by now considering both of them were assisting him with climbing.

As Mike felt Finn's hand on his shoulder, the young kid felt renewed energy which surprised him, but it felt good and the young man felt he might actually survive this whole situation. An when the line was thrown, Mike would reach out and grab on to it with both hands. Looking at Finns he gave a thankfully smile, before slowly trying to climb the wall, with the new energy giving him the strength to push forward the kid felt as if his leg wasn't burned, though he knew it still was.

"Thank you." Mike would quietly say as he tried pulling himself up with legs and hands, though the help from Snow was probably what allowed him to reach the top as quickly as he did, and once there he would pull himself up at the end exhausted but still alive. Breathing heavily as he lay on his back for a second, trying to mentally catch up with everything that has happened. Mike though was reminded there was little time and quickly tried standing up though it took him two tries to do it.

"Thanks, but probably best we get going." Mike would say as he limbed towards the ship that was their saving grace, hopefully the trio would make it so that they could get off this hunk of rock.
