There were a few ideas the brunette she-devil could already wrap her thoughts around...while she literally pretended she hadn't seen the tasty crimson lady, she couldn't deny the shirtless red-skinned male in front of her was something for dessert as well.

Her gaze hungrily lingered at him already as he suddenly reached out with the Force, coiled it around her neck and yanked her closer. While others might have picked his statement up as an insult, Nova was no stranger to a certain register. The compressed windpipe she didn't mind at all - quite the contrary, it triggered an electrifying feeling deep within her as she fiercely kept her gaze locked onto his.

A glass shattered just a moment later and Nova didn't have to turn her head - quite the contrary, she felt the pang of rage flicking through the familiar, powerful and intoxicating presence that suddenly approached before Cyu slided into the seat she had preoccupied right before.

Still not reacting to her yet, she kept her gaze on the scantily clad potion master as she reached out with the Force, targeting the tight sexy pants she had already had her eyes on as she had approached and opted for tearing it open right at the spot - the fabric would break apart at the hem of one leg and the Crack would eat its way up unless he'd stop her.

"I've learned that Purebloods can be incredible, sensual lovers...I planned on finding out whether that thesis applies to your whole species". The vixen hadn't come to just tease and play - after all, she had to make up for the time she had lost earlier. "Hey babe...I've missed you...". As she couldn't fully turn her head, it were only the eyes that flicked over to drink in another object of desire...

She hadn't forgotten about their adventure on Lianna and whether any of the male purebloods could even meet the bar she had set, remained to be seen. She was obviously trying to provoke Cyu here as well, but it seemed like for now, she had just joined to watch, which was a shame.

As Trael and Trodai scampered off Azar’s attentions returned to him alone. His lover pulled him with the force to where he was perched. Karys’s golden eyes soaked in that kind, gentle smile. The one he’d come to cherish more than anything in the galaxy. Azar’s arms slid around his neck and Karys slid his hands to his lovers waist.

Thet shared a brief kiss. One that was flooded with the depth of their mutual love and passion for one another. Karys felt his world fade away. This was all he wanted. Then Azar called him by a new pet name, Kare-bear. By the time the nose boop came, Karys’ knees had all but buckled.

So when Azar pushed him away, he stumbled back into the chair alongside some human woman.

She didn’t hesitate to start in heavily on Azar. Even Cyu seemed to know her, but given her tone of voice, Karys couldn’t tell if she was glad to see her or not. Ultimately, Karys didn’t care about their interactions. He’d already been with a human once, they’d lost their novelty to him. So her declaration was met with an eye roll from Karys, she was fetishizing them, great.

Then she started tearing Azar’s pants. Karys knew how much Azar cared about his clothes. A sudden rage roiled to life within him at the disrespect this human bitch showed to his man. His golden eyes narrowed and he had half a mind to slam her face into the table before them. But he restrained himself, Azar didn’t need him fighting his battles for him but he wouldn’t leave silently.

I don’t fuck trash.” He told her icily before standing to his feet and walking away.

He’d head to the bar and order himself another drink. His eyes turned to Ayomi and the large Kaleesh woman who spoke to her. He gave them both a forced smile and nodded for them to come over. Karys would order the pair of them a drink.

<Hello again little bird.> He said with a smirk to Ayomi. “Who’s your friend? I don’t believe we’ve met.” Karys asked as he switched from ur-Kittat to Basic. “I’m Karys.” He introduced himself to the Kaleesh woman. “Drink with me, I’ve just been promoted it’s time to celebrate!” He continued with a half-laugh.

Caerllion sipped his drink while watching from some distance Azar teasing Trael. In reality, he watched the Pureblood. The guy’s movements were so sensual that his body was starting to get warm, even if he wasn’t the focus of his attention. Even the red–skinned man’s ass looked amazing in his pants.

Trael was a lucky bastard.

He briefly turned to look away from the scene, right on time to see Ayomi sneaking around. A big smile appeared on Caerllion’s lips and he went after them. Maybe they could continue their conversation without being interrupted. He approached the Tiefling right on time to see a familiar looking Kaleesh talking with them.

And Karys was there with them.

Taking a deep breath, while his hands touched his mouth remembering the pain from early, the Annfyn approached the group. “Excuse me, Karys. But I wanted to congratulate you for your promotion. We didn’t have time for that early.” because you were smashing my mouth. Caerllion thought, while offering a hand for the Pureblood.

Then he turned to the Kaleesh. “You are Anai, right? I’m Caerllion. I think that we saw each other at some parties years ago.” was it in the one where the boat crashed or the one where he got drugged? He couldn’t remember it, but he was nearly sure that they even went in a mission together at some point. However it had been so long ago.

His eyes shone with happiness when he finally turned to look at the Tiefling. “Ayomi, I’m so happy that you came back! Is your apprentice fine? I saw you carrying her away and she seemed to be unconscious.

Trodai was sat enjoying his drink, trying his best to not pay much attention to what was going on around him. Even as Cyutadakr moved on to the unknown female. And then things escalated. As Nova stoked whatever fire was happening within Trodai, as she tore open Azar pants threatening to expose everything to everyone if it were not stopped. Despite his efforts to try and stay stoic, it was again proving difficult under such conditions.

Again he kept questioning himself, beads becoming noticeably more apparent, even as he took a rag to clean the sweat.

Especially when confronted from multiple angles with all sorts of seduction and sensuality. With Passion that only Sith could muster. Yet he thought if this what being a Sith was, to encourage and indulge in lives great pleasures, to indulge in such pure unadulterated freedom, without regret or hesitation and thrive in such Passion was he not for it? Was it not part of him. This night posed a great many questions, things he thought he was so sure of before becoming blurred.

Indeed, he was not himself. Not now, and he thought was unlikely to ever be, not with such feelings and emotions brought about by something he had never considered before. Not for a long time. Thoughts he recalled that he had only ever felt twice before, one with his long dead lover and another in his earlier youth. Back on Ziost during his earlier training away from Korriban. During the Akoge. The Pureblood Warlord, Totia Graush iv-Hekk he recalled the name, had infatuated him back then just as much as Azar and Karys did now. He had been a fine man, taught him everything he knew. At least before he became a mercenary.

His heart was pumping, and he was trying hard to hide such desire.

Panicking beneath the surface, yet trying to hide it. A seemingly impossible task, made harder by the sights and sounds around, yet with steady breathes he tried. Again made harder by the use of the Force and such power on display. If his brother were still here he thought what would he think? Would he approve or would he damn him like mother and father would? He again took a drink, hoping it might solve the issue, yet it only made him more merry and jovial. Slightly slurred of speech.

As Karys, Rage boiled in the Darkside, he felt it. Intoxicating as it was. As intoxicating as Azar, yet with its own flame. And as he insulted her he admired the fire. Sending him into his mind again and another drink. This night was definitely one he wouldn't be forgetting soon. It was a rollercoaster, especially for himself and continued to be.

At least this time through he had not been responsible for killing someone. Even despite his brief brawl. No, that was for his enemies alone. And he had none here that he knew of. Indeed, it wasn't just his own perceptions that had changed. Or so it appeared. Perhaps he would make allies afterall. Although the thought was interrupted by his other thoughts. The conflict continuing like a war-zone, with each taking ground only to be beaten back again and repeat the cycle. He had fought many wars, and conflicts but this was a new battlefield. A mystery to his mind. How could he win against himself? Was such a thing even possible? He wasn't sure.

Taking his drink he pondered it at least until his glass was empty and he was forced to get another. The silent voices inside threatening to unleash if he did not. To indulge. It was a hurricane unleashed by a single first wink. And yet he found so far no regrets for what happened after. Even despite the turmoil he felt and the suffering of trying to find his own truth. For that he would be thankful, perhaps it was the change he had always needed, wanted. Even as a youth. He would see soon enough.

It was the price he paid and he would pay again willingly.

And so he suffered, and continued on. The great masquerade, as he joked and laughed at what was happening before his eyes.

Trael had hoisted himself up finally, knocking over a table in the process. As he looked back he noticed a new face in the group a woman. Yet oddly his gaze lingered on Azar, wait it lingered on WHO? He shook his head, no it was obviously his drunkenness. He caught Karys abruptly standing up and saying something to the woman.

Once again his gaze lingered on the man. He soaked in Karys large muscular frame, AGAIN wtf he might need to go sober for a while after this. He watched as Karys made his way to the group at the bar. Seeing Azar was occupied with the woman made him feel oddly irritated. Why was she taking his attention. OK so he needed to get drunk enough to forget this night it seemed.

Deciding on self imposed amnesia he made his way to the bar. He looked around the groups drinks as he leaned over the bar. Once again he found his gaze wondering to Karys. As he caught himself he turned to the bartender making a circle motion. "I'll order a second round for everyone here. Also give me one of each with two bottles of tequila." As his drinks came out he began downing them one after another. Attempting to scrub this night from memory.

Several minutes came and went before Nym reemerged from a nearby refresher. Almost immediately after making her arrival, the Acolyte had proceeded to empty the contents of her stomach into a nearby trashcan, and only narrowly avoided ruining her dress after somehow tipping over that same receptacle. She’d managed to salvage one of her long gloves, with precisely zero intentions of going to search for the one that had inadvertently slapped against the back of Freyja’s neck

Brushing one of her lekku over her shoulder, Nym cut her way through the crowd - avoiding any mystery puddles as she made a beeline for the bar. The Twi’lek had every intention of enjoying herself, and the voice of someone nearby offering to buy the next round was a promising start to the night.

Nym slipped into a stool near the others - snatching a shot-glass as it was slid across the counter. Her attention, however, was drawn towards the exchange occurring between Azar, Nova and the other Purebloods. She knew of the Potionmaster from her time at the Umbara Academy and Cyu as a Sith Master, but none of the others were faces she recognized. Her brows arched with intrigue as Nova was yanked to her feet, half-expecting the woman to be thrown across the room within the blink of an eye.

Instead, she couldn’t help but wince at the words that came pouring out of Nova’s mouth next - effectively sexualizing the entire species sitting before her, whilst shamelessly grabbing onto Azar’s like some exotic plaything. As if entitled to something. It was no different from the way that Nym’s own species was fetishized by the Hutts and trillions of people across the Galaxy. No different from the ignorant, perverted trash she’d known her entire life growing in Hutt Space.

Her fingers curled a bit tighter around her drink - a single breath exhaled sharply through her nostrils. Without a word, Nym downed the shot that had been so graciously paid for by Trael, tapping the glass against the counter before turning to face Nova and Azar. The Twi’lek slipped off her barstool, taking a few steps to close the distance between them.

Without warning, the Acolyte whirled her gloved arm towards Nova - fingers clenched into a fist to slam into the side of the woman’s face - while still being held in place by Azar. While the rest of the party had nothing to say about Nova’s behavior, Nym had little tolerance for it.

Cyutadakyr watched from behind as Nova toyed with Azar, with keen interest. It wasn't entirely given that he'd reject the pale skinned vixen. Speciesism was especially unkind to their kin throughout the galaxy and yet despite suffering at the hands of it, they also seemed just as capable of dishing it out.

She watched as Karys stood and lashed out with pettiness. The quip elicited a chuckle from the pureblood as he went to walk it off. Clearly he hadn't seen what the woman was capable of, but Cyu had. "You seemed to enjoy fucking trash earlier when it was me, Karys."

She grinned as he left. Despite the way she carried herself, Cyutadakyr would always be reminded that she herself came from a trashy desert tribe. Her eyes returned to Azars, curious as to how the man would respond himself.

Whether he'd lash out, spit in her eye or simply ignore her antics, the night could only improve.

Azar felt the hem of his pant leg tear, and his grip firmed up with the Force around Nova’s neck. She would learn quick enough not to tear anything further, or her neck would snap under that pressure. He teasingly smiled at her the entire time, letting her decide when to stop in that brief battle of powers. There would be no hesitation from him killing her if she pushed it. The woman’s sentiment about their race drew a quirked brow. He was about to quip back when Karys shot barbs at her. He looked up at his boyfriend, and then over to Cyu who responded back. He didn’t miss the way Cyu gazed back at him, not Karys, for a response. They both knew who was the actual lethal threat here between the two men.

However, Cyu would find Azar actually laughing at the remark. Because it was true. For all the ways Cyu carried herself, she was trash on Korriban. But she embraced that, and that’s what made her powerful and worthy of respect. For all he knew, he was trash in this broader galaxy despite being a prince back on Korriban.

Before he could return to deciding on if he was in the mood to fuck again, a twi’lek abruptly came out of nowhere with a mean right hook. And suddenly, Azar had no hold of the woman in front of him, the two women before him becoming a blur of motions below the table. Azar simply moved back and curled his legs to cross them as he sat on the table.

The Pureblood floated a drink over to himself and then another to Cyu, flying serenely over the two new faces.

“There are some exceptions, but they are mostly just so stupid,” Azar mused to Cyu about humans as he took a sip.

Karys heard Cyu's quip as he passed by, his golden eyes shifted to her and then rolled. He didn't have to say anything to her about her social status or opinions of herself. He didn't get the cultural norms of Korriban nor did he really care about them. He was from Ziost and Ziost was very different from the Red Deserts of the Mother-world. Karys simply pushed passed her. If she was trash than he was a hypocrite, because he did enjoy fucking her.

Karys would continue to that bar, notice Anai and Ayomi, then flag them over for a drink. Caer came up abruptly and began to speak to him. Karys noticed the man's busted lips and cocked an eyebrow ridge. How had that happened? "Shit Caer, what in the hells happened to your face?" He asked in genuine concern. "It looks like someone beat the hell out of you." He continued. "But thanks, it means a lot, lemme buy you a dri-" Karys was cut off when Trael beat him to the punch.

Karys would give the man a nod of appreciation and then turn to continue the conversation. However, he'd catch a small lithe Twi'lek get up from the bar and head towards Azar and that bitch.

Karys silently watched as the young woman slugged the strangled human woman with everything she had. Karys grinned at that. Whoever this spunky little spit fire was, he liked her. His golden eyes shifted to Azar who was preparing to simply enjoy the show. Meanwhile, Karys was getting ready to step in should the Twi'lek need back up. He really wanted to thrash that bitch.

Trodai was still trying to make sense of himself when a distraction came and not too soon. A fight. He found it amusing somewhat, considering earlier events and he had been brawling himself. This was what he loved, the thrill, the excitement and the visceral feeling of beating your opponent perhaps to death. And he respected the fact that the twi'lek had stood up for their race. A bit at least.

It was just the distraction he needed avert his mind. At least temporarily.

Although he couldn't help but become enthralled a little by the display from Azar and Nova before the attack. And how he dealt with those who overstepped their bounds. He would need to remember that. It near made him panic again inside, as he felt those same emotions he had previously felt and continued to feel. To fight against despite his best efforts. He almost laughed at how Cyutadakr answered Karys, he admired that bite. Clearly she was more than than she appeared and was a dragon. He was beginning to see he was wrong to act as he did upon their first meeting.

How foolish he had been and arrogant. He had approached as a Adas and not a learner. He was determined to not repeat that mistake. Turning to face the fight, he noted how Azar simply sat there so casually like it was a tea party and a normal thing. It sent a slight chill down his spine, although he had to admit it was also quite hot in its way. He cursed himself for thinking it, for giving in to his inner turmoil. To distract himself he moved his chair back, giving space so two could fight and likely would. And so he could get a good look. It also allowed a view of Azar. Sitting like he owned the scene, which was probably accurate.

He really needed to stop thinking like this. Thinking of him and Karys that way, of men that way. For he could see Karys, in all his muscular glory by the bar from where he sat. He envied it a bit, how he desired to one day be as he was. A Champion in his own right and worthy of untold sights and sounds.

This as going to be a problem x he couldn't keep thinking this. Especially as the more the night went on, the harder everything became. Especially with the alcohol he was now consuming trying to dull it. But it just seemed to make it worse. Inside it felt like a bomb, or a pressure cooker wanting to explode but he was forcing it not too. Doing everything he could to try to hide his struggle and instead focus on the fight. A facade put on to for those around.

Emotions he was trying to keep hidden that were as passionate and full of fire as any Sith. He ached yet wondered why. He still wondered what would his future be, who he would be. Driving like a wedge into his psyche. The endless war of who he was and what fighting against his pre-conceived notions of what he thought he was and what he should be. But it was no use. The more he thought the harder it became.

And so he decided to drink again. He went around the fight grabbing a drink from the bar and deciding to perhaps continue that conversation that he And Cyutadakr had been having earlier. Before everything. Perhaps it would be the distraction needed. Although with Azar so close it would not be easy but it was worth a try.

He overheard about humans. He agreed in some respects, by far and large those he had met were so stupid and incompetent. Few had been exceptional. Save the Sith and perhaps that fox man...Kodi was it. Now he thought about he was kind of hot too. Not again...he thought before sweating about it and breathing under his breath. This was becoming ridiculous.

He thought back to his original thought. Despite their differences he hoped and held some vague hope, such thoughts that they might be changed. But it was unlikely. Humans were such a strange species. Unpredictable and unruly. He spoke up as he took his seat. Observing everything. The facade holding at least for now.

Calmly he spoke. Switching his eyes between both Azar and Cyutadakr.

"I agree Azar, I have met a few myself. There have been a few exceptions, but for most part those I met wouldn't know their front from the back. Although I hope someday that notion might change. But they are so unpredictable."

Stopping a moment he turned his gaze to Cyutadakr.

"I recall earlier before all the...distractions we were talking about family. I told you how my mother and father were alive, yet I never did find out about yourself. So if you would permit it I would ask again. What of your own family? Do your own mother and father yet live? You don't have to answer, I am merely curious. I haven't met many from other Houses outside of the main Houses. Until the Sith that is. So naturally I have a interest."

Ayomi had just grabbed their clothes, mentally preparing to be finally free of this place when they were stopped in their tracks my an unknown voice inquiring about their hasty departure. They turned, seeing a red Kaleesh woman sitting by the bar, drink in hand, staring at them. Great. At least it wasn't one of these other Sith they already knew; they could have a short conversation, grab a drink, and get out of here. In and out, a 10 minute break. The Tiefling made their way over to the bar, trying to appear casual despite their previous hurry to leave.

"I uh, I was just coming back in from a short wardrobe change, that's all." They responded to the woman. "I don't believe we've met before, I'm-"

Ayomi was cut off by the sight of Karys, now also in new clothing, appearing to gesture the pair over with drinks he'd ordered. "Just a moment..." they told the Kaleesh next to them as they moved a few spots down to the massive Pureblood, accepting the offered drink and taking only a small sip, careful not to overwhelm their livers so quickly as they had before.

<Hello again little bird.> Ayomi weathered the storm of Karys' teasing compliment much better knowing it was likely coming, yet a light blush still managed to surface on their cheeks. It was the tone with which he said it, the thrill of understanding his native language. They took another sip of their drink as he introduced himself to the Kaleesh woman and announced his promotion; when had that happened? <Then hello and congratulations, champion Karys.> The Tiefling would respond in accented, but fluent, ur-Kittat of their own. "As it so happens, I was just introducing myself to 'my friend' here when you so kindly offered us drinks." They explained, returning to Basic as they turned to look once more at the woman who'd brought her back into this mess of a party.

It seemed the probably drunk host of the party (@Javier esschoolbus) had joined in the karaoke while the Potionsmaster (@Sreeya) continued his teasing, eye-catching dance; it was in that moment that Caerllion, with his pointed ears, shining black hair, and matching eyes, approached the group as well. Butterflies fluttered in Ayomi's stomach as he did, the beginnings of a fight near the dancing pole disappearing into the background as the Annfyn took up most of their focus.

"Yes, Caer, my apprentice! She uh... she's okay, out for the count. You know I was actually going to head out, but I realized I'd forgotten my clothes, you know, from the whole incident, so I was just going to run in and out so I didn't bother anyone..."

The Tiefling trailed off as they stumbled over their words, head swimming with intrusive thoughts of second chances for a 'fun' night. Oh hells, were they a rambler now? They hated ramblers. Yet there they were, gaze locked onto Caerllion while he made them act like a damn fool; or rather, his stupid presence seemed to bulldoze over the persona Ayomi had carefully crafted for themselves.

The Kaleesh took another sip from her drink as she watched Ayomi approach (@René), giving her a welcoming smile before her gaze shifted to one of the larger sith purebloods in the party that looked like he wanted to invite them to drinks, the woman would take a moment to finish her current drink before getting up and approaching them. While she was still nowhere near fluent in the sith tongues, she had been trying to learn the language better after needing it on Prakith, so she managed to get the gist of it.

"Anai Skhess, pleasure to meet you two." she introduced herself, giving the both of thim a polite nod. Seeing how she now apparently couldn't afford to lay low because of her own reputation which she had underestimated, she decided to lean into it a bit more, sitting on the fence would not do her any favours, it was either one thing or the other.

"Congratulations, you'll find that there's a lot of changes involved with your promotion...And those that fail to adapt don't live long." She would say, now focusing her gaze on the pureblood (@Apollyon), while this could be perceived as a threat by some and doubt in his abilities by others, the Kaleesh was trying to warn and give advice by the tone of her voice "You won't get much time to adapt, so be ready for what the galaxy...and the order, may throw at you."

Taking a sip from one of the drinks that had been ordered, Anai turned her head towards the Annfyn that had joined the conversation, a bigger, genuine smile forming on her lips as she recognized himc(@LouJoVi), although they were nothing more than acquaintances, it was nice to meet someone from before the civil war, a familiar face from the past "I do remember that party, yes" How could she not? Last time she saw him he was high as a kite and made for quite a spectacle.

But most importantly... "You were Wodan and Altair's friend, right?" She said, casually name dropping two of the most influential figures of the Empire. She figured Caer should get associated to bigger names too, much like herself, it was only fair, right? Not only that, but, despite having made plenty of background checks on sith from the order and being pretty sure that Caer was loyal, this name dropping would make for fun conversations for the rest of the party, if she had to guess.

After saying that, the Kaleesh caught a glimpse of the Twi'lek storming towards another girl at the party that was currently talking to Azar, an amused expression on her face as she had a perfect view of the fist connecting with the human's face. Anai leaned her back against the back counter, getting comfortable to watch the spectacle that was soon to follow. It was nice to be the one watching the fight instead of being the one taking part of it for once.

The Annfyn’s eyebrow twitched slightly when he heard Karys asking what happened to his lips. You could tell it to me, since you nearly broke my jaw. Caerllion thought, while maintaining a friendly face. He had felt that the Pureblood was really concerned with his situation and it left him confused. Didn’t he remember what happened early?

Since he wasn’t interested in becoming a pancake, Caerllion decided to not remind him. “During the chaos from early, I think that someone punched me. But I’m fine now!” he smiled, while turning to pick one of the drinks that Trael had bought for them. “We should be celebrating your promotion!

Oh gosh, it was that party. Caerllion got cold when Anai mentioned it, because he knew very well which one it was. His ears lowered slightly when the Kaleesh mentioned Wodan and Altair. “Yeah, I used to be around them before the split.” Wodan had been his friend and one of his teenage crushes. He felt so bad for not being around to help him, perhaps he could still be alive. The division of the Sith and Empire didn’t even allow him to visit his friend’s grave.

He would regret it for the rest of his life.

Regarding Altair, the Tiefling had been sort of a idol to him and the other male Acolytes from his age. Caerllion admired how he was a capable leader, had an army of girls that loved him. The Annfyn even felt inspired to copy Altair’s training routine. Unfortunately, the Annfyn never gained much muscle. He is more on the slim/swimmer side of the spectrum. At least the exercises were good to maintain his health and body shape.

Now he could only think of Altair as a traitor.

Throwing these nostalgic feelings away, the Annfyn paid attention to Ayomi. They were cute, even rambling. This made his ears rise back to its normal position. “Oh, you should stay. I really missed your company, the party lost all its fun without you. Our conversation was wonderful! Perhaps we could continue it? This time without fights to interrupt us?” then he heard shouts, turning right on time to see a Twi’lek flying over a woman. “Well, maybe not without fights.

Cyutadakyr took the floating drink in hand as Azar placed one within reach, her head dipping just slightly in response. "And of those who condemned our forefathers and mothers to the yoke?" She referred to their ancient history, of the first arrival of humans on Korriban and their subsequent subjugation of the pureblood species.

Cyu pulled herself up from the chair, over the drama inducing antics playing out on the floor between them, and arrived up next to Azar. "Are we better or worse for their arrival, would you, or I be enjoying this evening had it not?" Their species was a proud one of many traditions, had they been left alone in isolation might they have been also left behind the galaxy?

Azar's name might have secured his place among their people, whereas hers withered on the desert vine. But it was impossible to say that their lives could have been better, considering any time their people reached any kind of autonomy, it seemed to spiral into chaos. Could he honestly say his house was assured victory, or might it have withered too in this alternate line of thought.

"They may breed like rats, but it will be the death of you to underestimate them and their conniving ways, Azar."

Azar calmly observed as Cyutadakyr blatantly ignored the questions of her own brethren (@Akheron ), and instead stepped up on a soapbox to regale them with tales of the benefits of external oppression. The Pureblood sat in stunned silence, sipping from his drink. There was a moment of pause before he spoke, first addressing the male pureblood that was left ignored, “On the contrary, dear Trodai,” He rolled the r, smoothly purring the man's name, “Humans are the most predictable of all. It’s our belief in the illusion of otherwise that hamstrings us.”

He kept his distance from Cyu even as she sat up on the bar, her words bringing out a dark smirk to his lips, “Spoken like a true member of a colonized, lesser house,” Azar quipped. Going that much on a limb to defend the actions of those that subjugated them and defending them to this degree was the first thing to almost make bile rise to his mouth even when all the burrito disasters didn’t do that. Between this and her rush to arrive at the human woman's side, Azar's opinion of her was rapidly sinking.

“It is fortunate that you are so entranced by them,” He said as he took a sip of his drink, “When I take the Korriban throne, you and the other trash can remain out here,” Azar turned to gaze at her, a gleam in his eye, “Come visit home now and then. I may even let you kneel before me.....again,”He said, flashing her a wink.

He didn’t care who heard his intentions. He dared them to challenge his claim. What kind of powerbase did any of them have? Cyu was already on thin ice with the Dark Lord. A little coaxing and with the clout he had, he was certain he could 'encourage' Tempest to destroy Cyu and everything she owned. And then there were the other Purebloods around them. Azar knew he would rise above them all. They would know it too.

The Dark Side of the Force swirled powerfully within him, though he didn’t act on it, “Unlike most humans, I bank on others underestimating me,” He said with a smile, “And those I destroy have no idea how long I had already been destroying them until it is far too late.”

Cyutadakyr's eyes never left Azar as she smirked at his response. Full of pomp, self-determination and grandeur fitting his name. But likewise she didn't doubt his every word, the venom-laced lyrics to a song yet sung. The fire and passion burning into a raging inferno as he made his intentions loud and clear for all to hear.

"I can see why Karys likes you." She simply said, getting the rise she was after, and once he finished speaking. The quip about her tribe was true to some degree. They held no lofty claim to power or prestigious titles. No famous bloodline to descend from, and were just as likely to be found in the same hole they were in a thousand years from now.

She'd seen Azar in his natural state, and that was a thing of beauty in of itself. But seeing him like this? Was something else. The mess on the floor would resolve itself in due time, but a pestering thought lingering in the back of her mind continued to annoy her. That the outburst was fucking hot. Her entire life, she'd walked a path of solitude, barren of affection and only resolving her needs.

Running from men her entire life and their forceful charms, stupid muscular arms and bountiful cake had been easy when she was thoroughly convinced which side of the road she laid. But now? The lines were blurring with each sip of the chalice, stones became overturned, only to reveal things about herself she was increasingly uncomfortable with.

"My parents live the way they raised me, Trodai. I want nothing more to do with them." She finally responded to the query he'd made earlier as she started to walk away toward the bar. They existed no more than as peripheries to watch her own rise, to see her success in spite of them.

Azar couldn’t help but give a breezy laugh at Cyu’s comment about Karys. Did she know it was the soft, tender, weak and flawed sides of Azar that Karys loved the most? No. No one ever needed to know that. And even if they did, they would be dead if they spoke it aloud. It was a silent promise Azar made to himself. He didn’t need the Force to know the gears were spinning in her head. She was having her own struggles similar to the men in the vicinity.

And why wouldn’t she? She either had men groveling at her feet with all the ‘Lady Cyutadakyr’ nonsense or they were sweet on her like Karys. Her pick of women may have been feisty, but were likely stupid and directionless. Azar was a whirlwind of power, strength, cutthroat savagery mixed with grace. One that could put all the others to shame. He was the beauty and he was the beast.

He watched her walk away, gazing over the rim of his glass.

Don’t ever let anyone tame you His voice would echo in her mind for the second time that evening.

However, that was when the chain with the poison vial around her neck tightened as if someone yanked it. It would grip her throat just for a short, fleeting moment. Enough to make one thing abundantly clear. A dangerous, unspoken command.

Except for me.

Externally Azar turned to Trodai and smiled prettily at him, “You are an impressive singer,” He said as he took a sip, “Might I suggest using less words when you speak?” He said with a grin.

Trodai observed as each shot barbs at each other back and forth. It was making him hot inside again. Get a grip of yourself! he thought. Attempting to listen intently even despite his internal conflict, which was inflamed by the passion and fire on display from the two. Such conviction in their beliefs, more so for Azar. Damn it not again, why do I keep sweating so much? He listened further as his intentions were laid bare, he had no quarrel with it. Although he was not so sure his brother would be so, it posed a interesting question.

If the two were to conflict where would he stand? It did pose several interesting questions all of which had no easy answer. One way or another when the time came he would need to make his own choice. It was a thought he did not relish. His mind drifted again as feelings unknown and thoughts that while once foreign were now streaming forward. Such power and command of the Darkside...the Darkness. And yet he felt a chill when he uttered the last phrases.

The man was a dichotomy, a intriguing puzzle. One moment so calm and collected, the next a flaming fire.

He thought also upon what Azar said about humans. Both had good points, which just confused his already troubled mind further. As he listened finally to Cyutadakr and her explanation as to her family he couldn't help but relate. He wished he could do the same, cast his mother and father aside.Yet for him it was not so easy a thing. For now he was in no such position or held the power to do so. One day perhaps. As she walked away, left alone with Azar his heart started thumping like a battle drum. When would it end? What had he done to deserve such pain and anguish? Perhaps it was his controversies....and this was the Force way of getting him back for them. Another test.

He just hoped he would see the end sooner or later. It was troubling how so much had happened in so short a time. A night of so many revelations and intrigues. And what was happening to him, it was frustrating beyond belief. He had to wipe his brow again with sweaty palms, picking up a loose piece of clothe as the fight continued around them. Forcing him to lift his chair at one point as they rolled about. A mischievous thought almost came, a temptation to throw them into the poo upstairs but it quickly left.

He had done enough of that tonight. No, he had bigger issues to deal with. He was a messy war zone and no amount of therapy or the best therapist would fix it. He looked briefly to Karys, still a little jealous, jealousy he shouldn't be feeling or so he thought. He was beginning to get worried, unsure just what Azar might do if he knew what he was feeling. The hurricane he had turned his mind into. Shredding every notion of what he thought he knew and once believed. And yet the night was still going.

He briefly shot a look over to Azar, hoping he didn't catch it. A stupid decision he thought, fuelled by such conflicting emotions. He was deeply disturbed and perturbed by it all. What was once clear was a now a picasso, broken and misshapen. His mind a torrent. Again he thought trying to make sense of it. Finding none even as he tried to understand. Instead he only managed to utter a few words before taking a drink. Attempting to mask what he felt in his core. Again the facade, a masquerade used t hide what was going on. Or so he hoped it did. Nothing was certain anymore, he was uncertain of anything.

And of what lay ahead. For better or worse he was going to need to sort this out before it became a bigger problem. But for now, he attempted to just enjoy the moment. And ponder what was spoken, easier said than done at that moment. Especially when he made the compliment, it near flustered him again. His mind entering panic mode until he calmed it down. Yet his heart was not co-operating as much.

He laughed a little at the comment. As he tried keeping composure.

"Thank you Azar, it is a remnant of a past long gone. I shall try, but as you can tell I sometimes cannot help myself. As to the conversation, that was...a enlightening discussion. You give me much to think about Azar, you both did."

Trael was finishing a glass of tequila. His mind a vortex of new thoughts and emotions. He was watching the situation with Azar and the two women unfold. He was examining both women trying to decipher if he still found women attractive. It was a quick test though as he found all three attractive, but Azar was more alluring to him for some reason. Was it the idea of a new uncharted experience? Perhaps it was something more?

He studied the group as a whole. The unknown woman to him didn't really draw him in as much. It was the two purebloods he really took an interest in. Maybe Azar's allure could be attributed to being of a species he knew little of. Yet thinking this diminishes the man who had begun to open his eyes to a new way of seeing things. An intriguing way to see things that would lead to many new experiences he never thought he would indulge in. No Azar drew him in because he did open his eyes to this side he didn't know was there.

His thoughts switched back to his past. Multiple potential experiences or different ways to approach his training. He would be better acclimated to men's fashion other than his own. He was never really shy to flirt with other men when he was in the mood. He even found some men attractive but not in that way before. Was he always this way but never recognized it?

He snapped back to reality at the crashing of chairs. Turning to see a Twi'lek attack the woman that held Azar's attention. Hopefully this one wouldn't turn into a feces throwing brawl like the last. At least here there wasn't a risk of fire or anything overly destructive.

Karys found himself quickly surrounded by faces of those he knew and perfect strangers. He found himself pleasantly surprised that, outside of the Twi’lek woman who attacked the human, he no longer cared for the drama unfolding. He felt Azar’s ire rise and fall a few times and he’d glance in his direction to see if intervention was needed. But ultimately, Karys was finally able to just relax.

As Ayomi, Anai, and Caer came over to converse, Karys slipped into that same pattern. <Thank you Ayomi, it feels strange calling you a peer now.> He teased playfully.

When Anai spoke, she offered him words of wisdom in addition to her congratulations. Karys nodded at that, he wasn’t offended, he didn’t feel slighted. Anai was right, he knew that he still had a lot of learning to do and now had to do it even faster.

And thank you as well.” He told her with a smile. However it was what she had to say to Caer that caught his attention. “You both know titans of our times then?” He asked, his eyes flickering between Anai and Caer.

He watched as Caer processed his emotions in real time. He didn’t need to be an Anfynn to recognize the look of grief on Caer’s face. It was an emotion Karys was all too familiar with. Karys patted the Anfynn on the shoulder to rouse him from his memories.

Why don’t you tell me who they were as Sith and not think about who they became?” He asked Caer before giving him a reassuring smile.

While Caer mustered up himself to recant Karys with his tales. Karys would pull a credit chip to his corporate account out and toss it to the bartender. He’d nod towards the Twi’lek fighting Nova.

She drinks on me for the rest of the night.” He told the man. A reward for following her instincts, convictions, and passions.

When Cyu finally approached the bar, he’d simply quirk an eyebrow ridge at her, shrug, and return his attentions to Caer and the tale he was sure to tell. Karys had never met Altair nor Wodan, they’d only been known as traitors to the Sith by the time he was in the Order. So this fascinated him.
