The Mandalorian heard the woman speak more clearly and confidently than before. He tried to recall information about the Tepmuart's clan. Small and nomadic, they were most often encountered around Concord Dawn though this was the first time Hauron was meeting a member of the Twins.

<"I appreciate the hustle Tepmuart. We're not looking to buy anything at the moment."> His mind thought of a few blasters he had on his wish list but he was in the middle of work. The Mandalorian wanted to be respectful and possibly still have allies in the future. <"Send me your contact info and maybe we can work out a deal when we're done with this job. Unless you want to follow us to Jedi space free of charge."> It was as close to an invitation Rue would get considering she was not a member of Rancor Squadron.

The crew of the werda kom'rk gave him the signal that the starships were ready to jump to hyperspace at his discretion. But Hauron waited patiently. Traveling halfway across the galaxy pro-bono was unusual for them but Rancor Squadron was more than private a mercenary company. The Jedi Order was far from perfect and Hauron had his own issues with them but he did not believe them to be evil. Sith were another matter which was why he was content with escorting the Rustbucket to prevent its seizure or destruction.

Hak finished preping the crate that contained both information and also the various scavended bits and pieces from the temple that managed to get under the nose of the sith.Securing the crate he was still holding the damaged lightsaber.Battered by the battle that its user,an old friend of his,fell defending the expedition crew.He examined the hilt again,looking at the damage of the elements,and the Kyber crystal housing was also destroyed.The once bright blue crystal,now a dark blue,dead by the wrath of the Dark Siders.He snapped out of it and walked out of the cargo haul,walking towards the chambers of the ship.On one side were his quarters,and on the other the quarters of quests.He stood there looking at the dark room and sighed.Walking on the main lounge are he noticed again some writing on the walls,writings from some of the old crew and a small jedi symbol.The memories were pleasant but remebering what happend all that time ago...it hurts a bit.Finally he reentered the cockpit.R5 was piloting the ship.As the lil droid twisted its head monitor,Hak's face was one of sadness.R5 let out a few blurbed of sad droidspeech as Hak returned to his seat.
"Its ok little one.Some things need to stay in the past tho.Now...are they hailing us again?" R5 beeped about that the Rally Master hailed us.Hak activated the com link so he can conves with the Mandalorian Captain.
"Roger that Rally master.I will activate the planetery chart as well to prepare myself...."he pause for a moment"...well i am open for a conversation.This is going to be a long journey.Over..." He leaned back and looked at the small fleet that was gathered around.

then again , rue was always feeling charitable, she just had a habit of being a pain about it, a laugh from her could be heard as she moved to man her ship

[Xim Zhan]

With the buzz of the comms as background noise, Xim angled the Manda Money behind the other craft, preparing to bring up the rear. The gold-plates Mandalorian farmer turned pilot worked in silence; signaling the lead craft when he was in position and ready to go.

Xim knew it was out of the ordinary and he hoped to not get in trouble with his commanding officers when it was all said and done. Helping the Jedi, by helping a wayward traveler looking for them, could pay off in the long run; and as much as Xim was not super comfortable with the force users, he realized there was an opportunity to be had. Depending on the information, it might be worth some money, or the return of ancient Mandalorian artifacts the Jedi could have a line on in their tomes, or even new venues of employment alongside the defenders of peace and justice in the galaxy.

Xim did wonder what secret their newfound ward had in his possession.

The man gave a chuckle at Rue's response. She seemed spunky and maybe even a bit entertaining if not odd. <"Form up and I'll send your ship the jump coordinates.">

Hauron waited for all ships to get into position. Then when they were set and ready to go, he initiated the join hyperspace jump. The collection of Mandalorian ships and one merchant vessel entered the blue tunnel typical of hyperspace

Hauron made sure to switch to a shared channel between all ships so they could all join or leave at their own discression. "Do you know many Jedi, Captain Te'Jaris? Maybe we have a few friends in common." The badger doubed its likelihood but it coul not hurt to ask. He wanted this stranger to know he could trust Rancor Squadron in the long run. But that sort of thing was earned.

Hak was trying to get his mind off this mess ,that was unintetionally his fault,when the com link lit up with chatter again.It was kinda odd tbh.It was a weird feeling to have this many "eyes" looking at him.But he took a deep breath and leaned closer to the com link.
"I...never managed to remain in their company for long.Their Jedi duties were of greater importance..."He paused for a moment as he was a bit choked up from returing memories.But he rubbed his forhead and recollected his thoughts."...but i knew few.Friends..good friends.Now for their dark side counter parts,not a big fan.To much anger and ego for my taste."He smirked and leaned back from the com link.This might be an interesting voyage...

The mikkian found himself nodding to the spacer's sentiments. Hauron thought about mandalorians, about his own house and how it had a history of proud warriors. But while many had pride, the best ones lacked an ego. At least, their ego was not their shining quality. Badgers themselves were known for tempers.

"Agreed. I've had a few run ins myself. Have you ever had the displeasure of meeting one?" Sometimes there were things the rally master didn't approve of that the Jedi Order were responsible for. But that was far from the hatred he felt for the Sith.

Hak stood there for a moment,thinking...thinking back on what happend in that temple.How he found the battered remains of his old companion.He took a deep breath activatted the com link again.
"Unfortunately yeah...back on Tatooine.I was...on a retreval mission.I was tasked to find a lost expedition.The information i was giver said that they were last seen in a on Jedi temple.And POOF....a duo of those bastards showed up.I tried to play a neutral party so i could be able to move around the temple freely" he stoped and rubed his brow while looking towards the floor.
"Then...i found what i was needed...i took as many information that i could and got the hell out of there"
Hak leaned back on his seat and pulled out the lightsaber.He inspected it for one last time.Running his fingers across the destroyed hilt.Untill he noticed something off.Something he havent noticed before.He removed one of the smaller panels and he was taken aback.Where their should have been the components for the saber,it was but a hollow tube,with a Kyber crystal and a small data nod.Hak sprung up from his seat and run towards the back of the ship,his quarters.This was big.He removed the crystal and placed it gently on his desk and then removed the nod.He incerted it to his holo pad. "Well...you still have secrets my friend." Its was a fragment of....something.He didnt have time to research it though...not yet.But this is something important.He rtemoved the nod and stored this and the crystal in a hidden compartment on his desk.After that he returned to the cockpit.

Hauron was intrigued by the tale. If there was validity in the Captain's story it was worth looking into. "If you're in the sharing mood about the details of these Sith I'd appreciate it. We're happy to hunt their kind even if there wasn't a bounty on their heads."

She said, trying to hide the fact that she had family in the sith, the man who was essentially her brother, she knew first hand how they twisted people..

Hak returned to the cockpit just in time to hear the incoming transmission.He thought about it but when tried to remember said sith...details were hazy...strange.He leaned in and open the comlink.
"I will disappoint you captain...its been a while and details are kind hazy..."
Then he was interapted by one of the other mandalorians.Their words were true.From the little information he had about the Sith,this manipulation towards the dark side is a spiral of torment and pain.
"I know....one of the two warriors i encountered that day was more reserved.He was a scholar of some kinda...the other one was hellbent for the power that was deep in the ruins...i could feel the anger that he radiated...."
He felt a bit of sadness in their voice tho...but he chose to not pry.

The brow of the mikkian furrowed at hearing Rue's words. It sounded like she was trying to defend Sith. He exchanged a silent glance with his crew. There was no sympathy for Sith among Rancor Squadron. She seemed to realize this and dismiss her own words which was probably for the best.
