**Disclaimer: This was originally a concept that Sisk had gotten approved by Bac. After conferring with Bac he said this is still something that could be doable (in theory anyways), but would need to get Admin approval to put it into motion. This is being posted for the appropriate admins to review and give their thoughts and input. Thanks.**

Intent: Alright, so, the hope was to do some threads where we find the remains of the fleet and try and convince them to rejoin the Mandalorians. The idea is that this would be the remains of a Mandalorian fleet, now ragtag and barely scraping by, very BSG in theme. Beyond the immediate boon, it is hoped that this would help the Mandos aid the Alliance in their war against the Empire and help the remains of the clans contribute in a positive and impactful way.

History: The Lost Fleet, once known as the Atin Fleet, was a task force of Mandalorian warships that once belonged to the Mandalorian Protectors under Sisk Renelo before their dissolution (See Below). The Fleet's Flagship was the Taung-class Star Dreadnought the Darasuum Tor, and its escort was the great ship's protective fleet. They were sent on a ten year journey into the Unknown Regions, to scout, to patrol, to look for enemies. To be Mandalorians. This saved them from the fires of the Claimant War and the Genocide, but also exposed them to their own unique dangers. Pirates, raiding Marauders, unknown Xenos varying types, all hostile and territorial have whittled down the once great fleet of the Darasuum Tor until it is now nothing but a handful of ships. The Taung-class Star Dreadnought nothing but a complete wreck, over a decade of warfare and carnage leaving it a floating derelict in the middle of space. Forgotten and lost.

The remains of the fleet would be crippled, limping their way back through the Unknown Regions on an odyssey to return their home. No ship would have gone unscathed. Each vessel looking nothing like the ships they once were. A patchwork of metal sheets cover their hulls, their weapons armaments long since replaced or retrofitted to support their lonely and long term operation as they trekked back to known space. Their crew compliments dwindling, barely large enough to run any ship, the crew would face long shifts and barely any free time as they have to take on extra work to make up for the severe lack of proper staffing. The same could be said for the fighter and shuttle compliments. The ten years of roaming and fighting have not been kind. Only a fraction remains, and what ships that are damaged have to be scrapped due to the lack of replacement parts.

Out of the entire fleet, the only thing that keeps it going are the support vessels assigned to it. A ten year mission is no small task, and it would require great planning and logistical support. To this end the fleet was equipped with several mining, refining, and refueling ships as well as a dozen supply and support vessels of a nonmilitary nature. Now, however, only a single mining ship and a single refining-and-refueling ship remain in service to the fleet with a handful of nearly-depleted cargo haulers.

1/1/2014ABY- The Protectors are no more. Although I disagreed with it, I couldn’t dishonor Vencu’s memory by disobeying his last order. I kept the two thousand men that were the most loyal to the ideals, and sent the rest either to the defensive fleet or back to their clans. Final numbers for the disbandment are as follows. 415,962,412 warriors disbanded, 200,000,000 of them dispatched to the border fleets and battlestations, along with listening and defensive outposts along the border. The Darasuum Tor has been dispatched on its last mission with its fleet, with no word expected for at least a decade. The 250,000 that accompany it will not be missed in the chaos of the war. 325 other loyal vessels have been sent to the defensive fleet, bringing our defensive fleet to 1015 Ships of all classes. Before we disbanded, we renewed our oaths, and swore loyalty to one another. The Protectors may be gone, but they will never die.

The Remains*:
1 Beviin-class "Lance" Destroyer (Heavy Damage; Crew Comp: 3000 souls, 1/4 Remaining Fighter Compliment)
2 Kom'rk-class Assault Cruisers** (Heavy Damage; Crew Comp: 350 souls each, 1/2 Remaining Fighter Compliment)
2 Shukala-class Corvettes (Moderate Damage: Crew Comp: 50 souls each)
2 Haranov-class Gunships (Moderate Damage: Crew Comp: 10 souls each)

1 Mining Vessel
1 Mobile Refinery and Refueling Ship
8 Freighters of Varying Classes (Most likely something along the lines of your generic BFF-1 Bulk Freighter and Container Transports)

*The armaments of the ships on the list are not the ones that these ships would have. These ships would have a vastly different armament (also a largely diminished one) due to years of attack without access to replacements. This will be reflected by updated updated Mk. II versions of the Beviin and Kom'rk classes if they are approved.
**One of the Kom'rks will be given to Arya Atin'al and the Rebellion (once it is repaired and made fit again) as a show of good faith between the alliance of the Rebellion and the Mandalorians.

@Green Ranger @Clayton So, like I said above this was an idea @Brandon Rhea approved the concept of. I'm naturally willing to get some input and hear what you guys would like to see changed or expanded upon.

I like this. I actually had an idea similar to this, if you'd PM me to hear it.

Well, the original Shkulas and Haranovs were archived because, well, OP.

True, presumably they would be retrofitted to bring them in line with the tech write-ups of the Mark II's, and considering they're 10 years old there is a possibility that they would be in a serious need of an overhaul.
