Korriban-Valley of the Dark Lords

Vash Windrider sat at the temple that rested in the heart of the valley. Busy with his duties as one of the feared members of the Black Hand he had not been planet side when the Sith Lord and Master were added to the fallen heroes of the Pure Bloods. Now, after his part in securing another world for the Empire he came to pay his respects to those he fight beside. And reflect on what it meant to be a Sith.

She looked ay the l9ng sttetch of statues and twmples adorning the valley. The valley of dark lords had always been her favorite place to study and meditate with the dark side, but today it all looked like a decaying and rotting decadent place stuck in a moment of time. The arid winds buffeted her flowing red dress as she approached a certain familiar force signature, tucked away in the cracks of the valley like a predator watching it's prey.

The assassin was known as vash, and she had known him for awhile now, both as friend and as foe. Which one he would be today she didn't know, but she knew it was likely to be the last time she would ever see him. Of that she was sure.

Slowly approaching, making sure she didn't appear threatening, but still ready should the fellow Sith decide to try something, Serie hailed him telepathically, even before actually seeing him.

Fancy seeing you here, Vash. I wouldn't recommend trying to get into the Kresh temple just so you know. I think almost sixteen students of the academy have perished there this year alone, o would hate for your name to be added to that list you know?

She said, more or less making small talk for now. She learned along time ago to say things without saying them, and especially among the Sith, conversations became chess games of reading between the lines and hearing what wasn't being said. At least that's how it was with the inquisitors, before Malos had died, before the Empire had betrayed her time and time again. Or maybe it was always like that, or maybe it never was. She shook her head trying to shake off the line of thought and where it was taking her.

His meditation was broken by a signature of for he had not felt in some time, and even now felt differently to him. It was Serie Fond her was sure of it but he could sense the conflict with her. It was a pity.

Her sweet voice within his mind confirmed what he felt.

Its a small galaxy and the Empire soon enough will rule over it all. Only sixteen though..hmm. Such a low number for something thought once to be so powerful. Fortunately I am no student. I am a Master and made powerful by the darkness with me. I used to believe that of all our ilk.

He was not one to play chess with words as those members of the Inquisition but he enjoyed the game with her all the same.

The Eternal had been waiting the entire time in the shadows for the Sith to show up, his signature suppressed all the while he was there to make sure he was completely hidden. He didn't have to wait long, however, as he felt a new signature approach and he knew it would be the target that they were looking for. The Sith Lord didn't move an inch, idly watching as Serie passed him and approached closer and closer to Vash. When her back was to him, he finally stepped out of the shadows behind her, cutting off her escape. His hands were already on his lightsabers underneath his cloak, ready to be pulled out in an instant if need be but he had a feeling this would be over quickly.

The Eternal's crimson eyes stared right into the back of Serie before he finally spoke, "Serie Fond, you have been marked." As he spoke, he revealed his signature and she would be able to feel a frigid chill sweep over the area. The force would also start to build around him as well, ready to use defensively or offensively if need be.

It had been awhile since the Eternal had called on Cami to perform a task. It appeared that with more time between favors, the favors would be much larger than they used to be.

Korriban wasn't her favorite place in the world, and it was especially miserable given her current attire. Cami was wearing her Black Hand armor and as such, was completely clad in black clothing and a full helmet. An unfortunate but necessary choice given the circumstances. She kept her force signature suppressed intently as she stood.

Drawing the gaze of the Black Hand was not an easy task, and it was also not something Cami would have ever recommended doing. It only ended in one way, usually, and that was with someone's head on a kriffing pike.

Cami would wait for the Eternal's cue and also step out from the darkness on the opposite side of him as he too emerged from the shadows. They would form a sort of triangle with Vash at the tip and Serie in the middle. She would be surrounded with no way out. Well - there was one way.

Remember the pike?

Vex ignited her crimson sabers the moment The Eternal took a step forward to reveal himself. Though she was some distance from him and Cami, with her lightsabers in her hands rose up. She'd decided to come as her Black Hand role, so she was wearing her Wraith armor.

She did not talk, instead focusing her attention on Serie like a predator, waiting for her to make a move, a twitch, anything for Vex to counter; all the while gathering the Force naturally with anticipation. She'd put this plot to assassinate Serie into motion way back and finally the fruits of her labor had paid off.

This was the path of those who failed to meet the Empire's standard. The unity of the galaxy's most formidable hit team would send a terrifying signal through the star systems. He waited for his leader's cue and as the Eternal made his appearance known, so too did the shadowguard. Grabbed in his ebony armor, maroon skull sash emblazed over his cybernetic arm he slowly emerged from the shadows to the right of Vash. His Devastator carbine rifle was held in his right hand, already loaded and prepared to unleash death. Ghastly green glow radiated from the weapon's chamber, his facial visage hidden behind the veil of his helmet.

He spoke nothing, there was no need for words at this moment. All of them would now more or less form a pentagon around their target, their gruesome visages led by the chilling breeze of the High Executioner.

For whatever reason, the Sith seemed unresponsive to the Eternal's words and the others that stepped out from the shadows to surround her. Maybe she was petrified with fear or she was just accepting her fate and realizing it was mute to try and resist against something like this. Whatever the case was, the Eternal was here for one reason and he always finished what he started. With her offering no resistance, the other's easily kept her still with the force as he did the same, having an iron grip around her and restricting her movement to nothing. The Eternal didn't take any chances and it would prevent her from pulling any surprise move against them if she decided too.

The Eternally silently stepped until he stood right in front of her, his crimson boring down into hers for a few seconds before lifting his hand from underneath his cloak. It was as if living shadows writhed and formed in his open palm, now showing the true reason why they were called the Black Hand. The Eternal shot his hand forward, latching it onto Serie's face, the shadows latching on as she would start to scream from the excruciating pain. Her skin would rot and deteriorate the longer he held his hand against her face and he could feel the force start to drain out of her. Her force would fluctuate into his mask and it was an adrenaline rush, completely overwhelming his senses for a moment before he finally lifted his hand off Serie's face.

All that would be left was a disfigured and rotten face that almost made her unrecognizable. But the biggest difference now was that there was a black handprint etched right where the Eternal had placed his hand. This would be a warning to everyone who thought of becoming a traitor, even to the members of the Black Hand. It would not be tolerated and this would be the outcome of every single one of them. Seerie would still be alive but she would feel like a husk of herself, barely alive. The Eternal took a few steps backward before only saying one word, "Vex." She would know what to do and it needed further explanation.

Right after her sabers ignited Vex reached out and wrapped the Force around Serie like a snake around pray. A tight, painful grip. With her, The Eternal and everyone here wrapping the Force around Serie and holding her she shouldn't be able to move let alone breath. And not only that, the pressure of all their power combined would be immensely painful, making focusing extremely difficult if not impossible for Serie.

The Eternal reached out after to drain Serie of the Force and if all went to plan—if Serie could not or did not resist—she would be near death at the end of it. Leaving an ugly, disfigured, husk of a woman she once was. Not that she was good looking in the first place. Something was terribly wrong with Series massive, saggy breasts.

The final blow—the death blow—was reserved for Vex. Walking up behind Serie, Vex kept her senses alert for any sudden movements but aimed her saber. Nothing but the hum of lightsabers filled the air as Vex waited for The Eternal to move out of the way. When he did, she thrusted her saber forward to put the crimson blade clean through Serie's back and out the front of her, to sever her spine and deal the death blow.

This fate—death—would be the fate of all defectors. The Black Hand would see to it.

If Serie succumbed to the groups attack, Vex would use the Force once more; wrapping it around Series lighsaber and bringing it to her (Vex's) hand. Serie's lighsaber was Vex's prize for setting everything up. It made her smile, though no one would see it.

The assassin was little more then bait to lure in the one time would be Lord. He was not completely aware of what in the verse the woman did now. Only that he was ordered by The Eternal himself to do all the Nightbringer could to bring in the mark. At is turned out, he didn't need to do much more then put himself out in the open.

As the others sprang the trap and surrounded Serie, Vash would reach out with the force and capture her around the legs and arms with invisible tendrils for force energy. Lifting his arms to direct the force and moving little else. He stood by then and watched as the others did similar to hold the Master in place while the High Executioner and the Wraith dealt the fatal punishment for betraying the Empire, or pissing off Vex or any other reason she may have been marked for death.

But after watching the woman be reduced to a husk of flesh by the Eternal's force drain and the overkill of Vex's expert blade work. Vash had his fill of the entire thing, and released his hold on his one time friend. With the rest of his fellow HAND members joyfully picking at their kill, the assassin would use a considerable amount of his remaining energy to bath himself in shadows and darkness to teleport back to the Sith Temple. Leaving only a vape trail of grey smoke.

Before they managed to do anything Serie plunged her lightsaber into her chest, ending her own life before they had the chance to.

Well, just none of what Serie intended to do happened at all and everything went according to plan. She had already succumbed to the force grips so she didn't even move an inch. Vex continued as nothing happened and her blade went right through Serie's spine, killing her instantly right then and there. Now she was permanently no longer able to be contacted again, by any of them or her friends. The traitor was dead and it was one less nuisance they would have to worry about in the future that would drag the Empire's name through the mud.

As everyone let go of their grip on the dead woman and her body started to fall to the ground, the Eternal wrapped her in the force again before lifting her up and simply flinging the carcass to the temple stairs. It would land with a thud on the large steps, serving as a message to anyone who exited from it. The Black Hand was real and it was not something to be tested with, they were the hounds the Empire released when it needs it's dirty work and contained bloodshed.

With that done, the Eternal just nodded at the rest of the Nightbringers and Shadow Guard, signaling it was time to take their leave. Without a second word, the High executioner and the others stepped right back into the shadows, seeming to happily latch onto all of them and welcome them like family. It was as if he and the rest had disappeared from sight and just simply vanished, returning as the monsters that lurked in the shadows.
