OOC: Open to Jedi and allies
Zerath Eblon had been following the Galactic Senate proceedings since the beginning of the session. Even with the vote yet to be confirmed, it was clear that the room was not in favor of the Jedi Order. Perhaps it never had been, but the writing was on the wall; a resumption of the war with the Sith was imminent. Not for the first time, the Miralukan internally bemoaned Fynn Tarrell's decision to invade Mustafar without first holding the Sith accountable to the galaxy for their actions on Nixor. A more diplomatic approach before going on the warpath might've helped win the Jedi some allies; now, it was debatable if even the FWA would vote to support the Jedi in their struggle against the Sith.
Not only were the Jedi running out of allies, they were running out of time. The Sith Empire dwarfed the Jedi Order in size, resources, and bloodlust, and now the galaxy was giving the Sith free rein to continue their strikes on Jedi temples and Jedi-aligned worlds. Millenia of Jedi lore had been plundered and lost after Palpatine had come to power, and while Zerath was confident in the security of Yavin IV he did wish to avoid a potential repeat should the jungle moon come under attack again.
And so, the Miralukan stood near the entrance of the archives, trying to think of a way to ensure that the information and treasures stored here might not be lost if a tragedy were to befall the Order's headquarters. If they were able to develop some sort of system here, it could be extended to all the Order's temples and help the Jedi maintain their thorough archives if any of their bases were to be attacked.
