Plot The Hunt

[Etr Wyara]

"I guess my people werent much of fighters"
Etr Looked at his hands, crooked fingers and filthy clothes. He had always had a little pride about his heritage, fantasies of being saved from his predicament by the mandalorians he heard other slaves talk about... but it seemed to him he was just another tool for them.
"No sir, Kabian had me cutting fire wood, but your fight with the TIEs had the whole camp going crazy. They didnt even notice I left. But they'll come looking for me now, They'll get the hounds out now."

 

[Dolworth]

"Karabesh!" spat Dolworth, "What do you mean going crazy over the TIES?" He asked, "Do they know were here?" he looked at him intently, "And how many hounds?"

 

[Etr Wyara]

"Last I heard they thought it was pirates coming to raid. They will probably be on patrol tonight to make sure theres not any. Kabian keeps about 4 hounds. Bloodhounds, sir. They'll try and find me by my scent."

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth let out a heavy sigh of relief, "Well that's good news" he stated despite being told that they had 4 hounds, "Right. When sundown comes we need to get him somewhere safe but somewhere the dogs can sniff him. They find him, we jump em, and we kill em all" he said bluntly as he started checking his gear, "Does anyone have a problem with killing animals?" he asked, looking at Talon and Adenn, "And I'm not talking about the dogs."

 

[Talon Vizsla]

"No sir; dogs are my specialty." Talon grinned and returned to his ship, throwing down his guns and pulling out his chain whip.
"The quiet way..."
A couple hours passed by as the group waited for night; the dogs wouldn't find the kid that far our.
When nightfall approached, Talon walked up to Dol.
"Ready for this?"

 

[Dolworth]

“As I’ll ever be.” Replied Dolworth. He checked his vibro knife, giving a grunting sigh as he looked at Adenn and the kid, “You two get ready” he instructed before turning to Talon, “Let’s kick this off”

 

[Talon Vizsla]

The quad trooped closer to the hut, stopping about half a mile from where Talon thought the guards should be. "Hey, you two, I shouldn't need any cover but you guys need to get in a tree."
He turned towards the boy.
"Boy, you stay here until they find you. We'll kill--uhh, we'll incapacitate them before they hurt you. You run, we let them do whatever the...whatever they want. Got it?"

 

[Etr Wyara]

"With respect, Im not five. I know whats gonna happen. Make em suffer, mando." He looked Talon in the eyes, his face now serious.

 

[Adenn Rytt]

Adenn took up a position nearby, His Beskad was sharp and he was prepared to draw it.

 

[Talon Vizsla]

"Ahh, you're not five? Maybe six or seven then. Maybe you know what the words 'stay put' mean..."
Talon shook his head in annoyance and shrank into the shadows, electro-whip still in bludgeon mode as he disappeared.

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth moved down, crawling on his stomach and prepping his knife when the hunters came for Atr...

 

[Etr Wyara]

The dogs began to become audible, their baying grew closer and closer until 4 guards, each weilding a blaster aimed at Etr, their spotlights iluminated the boy
"There he is, On your knees, Scab, We're taking you back to the camp."
The guard demanded.
Etr began to comply, placing his hands behind his head and turning around before dropping to his knees so that the guard could place cuffs on him.

 

[Adenn Rytt]

"When? When to pounce, Vode?"
adenn had his sword at the ready.

 

[Dolworth]

“Talon strikes first.” Said Dolworth, “He hits first, then we hit” he gripped his knife, “Gut em all.” He said bitterly

 

[Etr Wyara]

The guards pointed their blasters at him
"Youre not going to like going home. The boss has been talking about selling you off to hutts. Theyre looking for fresh slaves to use for Arena Fodder"
Etr turned his head toward the guard
"I-I got lost, I wasn't my fault!"
The guard smacked the back of his head
"BS Etr, This is your fifth time "Getting lost" In two months. And your collar? Wheres that?"

 

[Talon Vizsla]

Talon didn't give the boy a chance to answer.
He deactivated his clothing and walked up to the group.
"Who the hell are you?" A guard asked.
Talon paused, bringing his bludgeon shaped weapon up in front of him.
"I am...we are...death."
With that, he snapped his weapon and the whip hummed to life, illuminating the dark.

 

[Adenn Rytt]

Adenn charged from the opposite side of Talon, He gave a brief Howl as he swung his beskad. The first cut Created a seambin the guard torso, his intestines spilled from the slit. A quick following downward slice Cut from the left side of his neck to his right armpit. The mans upper neck held on by a small flap of flesh. He fell to the ground. The blood spewed as he fell. Adenn hastily dispatched the dog.

 

[Etr Wyara]

Etr quickly threw his cuffed hands around another guards neck and threw himself back. His weight caught the guard by surprise and he struggled for a few minutes as Etr Struggled to strangle the man. The dog had gotten a clamp down on his leg.

 

[Dolworth]

Dolworth sprung up behind the third guard burying his knife into the mans throat before engaging the vibro function. The guards throat exploded in chunks before he could even grab weapon or comlink. Dolworth didn’t even wait, launching himself at the last guard and uppercutting the vibroknife into their jaw. He pulled back, practically disfiguring the man before driving his knife into the flank of the dog biting Etrs leg...

 

[Talon Vizsla]

Talon had simply watched as his vodes did all the work. He was planning on doing nothing until Etr began struggling. Sure, he had the surprise, but a 13, 14 year old was no match against a trained guard.
The guard gasped for breath, holding his throat, until he realized he simply had to go for Etr’s throat. His stronger grip began to slowly weaken Etr’s until he released the guards neck.
The guard, oblivious to what was going on around him, rose up, picking Etr up with him.
That’s when Talon jumped in.
The man seemed to finally realize the danger he was in and so decided to end his fight quickly; however, as his vibroblade plunged towards the boy, a flash of light blew by his face. His vibroblade was caught in a firm grip by the long whip, then pulled backwards out of his hand in quick succession.
The man dropped Etr and stared at Talon in awe, defenseless, barely even flinching as a powerful crack of the whip ended his life.
Talon quickly brought his whip back into bludgeon mode. “Four down…8 to go.”
