The Heliel Cup! Non-FS Tournament

Celebrating the innauguration of Arch'elie'lia as Grand Imperator and to prepare for an up-coming rebellion on Yashuvhi, the Chiss will be hosting a tournament called the Heliel Cup. The Heliel Cup, named in honor of the new Grand Imperator, will focus on non-Force combat. Combatants with no Force Sensitivity will take priority over Force sensitives; the latter may participate, but will not be allowed to use the Force or lightsabers. Melee weapons and blasters will be allowed, but no explosives will be allowed (smoke bombs will be allowed). Armor must be of medium stature or lower (meaning no Beskar armor). The ring has been treated like other dueling rings, to prevent serious injury and death, though scars can still happen.

The Heliel Cup will cap at thirty-two. This is not a first come first serve, as to allow priority to non-Force users over Force users (again, the latter may participate, albeit without the Force or lightsabers, but will not take precedent). Unlike previous tournaments, the Heliel Cup is tag team matches. In other words, you will work with a partner in each match. It has not been decided yet whether people will be allowed to keep their partners the entire tournament or if they will be reassigned a new one each round.

This tournament is for the Chiss, so we urge Chiss members to sign-up, but this does not mean it is a closed off tournament. Anyone, from any faction, is free to sign-up.
